She took the time to gather all the information we needed, worked with our timeline and budget, and helped ensure every detail aligned with our vision. Her guidance made the venue selection and planning process seamless. Yuani was the most incredible wedding planner we could have ever asked for. She was attentive, responsive, organized, and so thoughtful throughout the entire process. From our first conversations to the wedding day itself, she cared for us as if we were family. Her communication and attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind, allowing us to truly enjoy every moment leading up to our wedding. Lindsay was amazing to work with for our florals. She handled a last-minute change with ease, and the flowers were absolutely stunning. Every arrangement exceeded our expectations and brought our vision to life beautifully. The entire staff at the Williamsburg Inn went above and beyond to make our wedding weekend unforgettable. Everyone was warm, friendly, and genuinely invested in creating an exceptional experience for us and our guests. From the thoughtful treats left in our room to the impeccable service provided throughout the weekend, every detail was handled with care and professionalism. Even the tasting and every step of the planning process felt special, personalized, and completely stress-free. The venue itself is breathtaking, and the level of service is unmatched. We felt so well taken care of from start to finish. If you're considering the Williamsburg Inn for your wedding, we cannot recommend it highly enough. It was truly the wedding of our dreams, and we are so grateful to the incredible team who made it all possible.

ly enjoy being engaged. Liz guided us through initial options and contracts with clarity and Yuani coordinated every detail with calm expertise, and made us feel well supported throughout. They accommodated our bar package and worked with us to bring in our own family champagne, a personal touch that meant a lot to us. They made it possible for our procession to wind through the stunning Governor's Palace, and coordinated a seamless transition from the church via fife and drum, through the Palace, to cocktail hour in the garden, and on to the tent for dinner. Every handoff was smooth, every detail considered. Lindsay's floral work was stunning throughout the day and we could not have been more pleased. The bakery team also delivered exactly what we had asked for: an elegant, simple cake that was perfect (and delicious!!). On the day itself, the magic of Colonial Williamsburg's setting did exactly what you hope it will. We could not have asked for more!

Moving through the process, you really won’t find better wedding help than Yuani Valentin! She had us every step of the way with timing, planning, options, suggestions, and kindness. We really felt guided and supported.  Pricing was always very clear, and options offered but never pushed. We had cost guidance all the way through, with no surprises — really appreciated that! Yuani thought of things we had forgotten and came through with details. Everyone at the Inn was kind and made our family and friends feel special. Our wedding felt personal to us and seemed important to them.  We were delighted with the high quality of the food! We had several very special requests for cakes and fun food, and the team was playfully enthusiastic creating our vision.  The grounds and venues are top notch. We used the Inn’s Fountain Garden for a Friday evening welcome reception for all guests.  For the ceremony, we used the lawn at the Inn, patio for cocktails, and Regency room (and outdoor patio w fire pit) for the reception. You cannot beat the classy Williamsburg Inn for the venue — and wait for your beautiful pictures- every shot is gorgeous in this setting. The florals were high end.  Our guests loved the Colonial Williamsburg setting.  There are a range of accommodation options (and prices) with things for guests to do outside the wedding events. Many guests came a couple of days early, and we had fun impromptu meets ups with lots of time to enjoy family and friends.
