Nicole was excellent! All of our vendors were super impressed with her communication and attention to detail, I got several compliments from them about her. She was very easy to work with and checked in on me every month leading up to the wedding (we chose the day-of coordinator package) and was super responsive to all the questions I sent her. She has a fun personality and is easy to talk to. Our wedding day went so smoothly because of her. I highly recommend her to any bride getting married! 😊

Hiring Nicole as our day-of coordinator was the best decision we made throughout the whole wedding planning process. Nicole was prompt, thoughtful, and generous with her time and attention at every turn, and blew our expectations for a coordinator out of the park. I think it says a lot also when other vendors who do events like this frequently have good things to say, and our other vendors were positively raving about Nicole to us as the lead-in and the actual wedding day unfolded. Some highlights: * Monthly check-ins: Nicole was prompt and helpful in answering questions and making suggestions at each check-in. We got grateful feedback on some of Nicole’s suggestions about venue directions from several of our guests who used the website to navigate. * Very organized run-of-show: Nicole really set us off on a good foot with the wedding itinerary she sent over the month-ish before the wedding. The questionnaire that she sent us to build the initial draft of the itinerary was well-balanced with both brass tacks details and more open-ended questions about the flow and spirit of the day. What we didn’t expect was the amazing job Nicole then did of turning around and communicating with our other vendors about the details we settled on. Over the next week or so we started having our one-month-out check-ins with catering, photography, music, etc. and the major theme was “well I had a long list of questions for you, but your coordinator reached out to me–she is just FANTASTIC–and if we can confirm [insert all the correct details] then actually there’s nothing to do on your end”. It was AWESOME. For example, here is one of the actual quotes from one of my vendors emailing me:   “Nicole and I talked and everything is taken care of, she is delightful and I can’t wait to meet her! Soooo excited for the big day!”  In the chaos of planning such a large-event I’m sure that anyone reading this review can imagine what a pleasure and a relief getting message after message like this is. And those messages were repeated by all of our vendors and many of our guests on the day. The thorough planning Nicole orchestrated really paid off. Our photos got knocked out like 1-2-3-DONE with Nicole’s cat-herding skills and thorough lists of names, and even when there were a few shuffley moments in the day (there will always be *something*) we were able to sail through them pretty breezily because Nicole had a firm handle on the broader spirit that we wanted the day to instill in us and our guests. At the end of our night, Nicole had already gotten most of the venue turned over (definitely, definitely recommend her services at Rural Hill in particular, a venue that she also manages). Our things to take home were neatly packaged to be loaded into our car. It was crazy easy and we were wrapped up in plenty of time for our rental period. As an extra bonus, I remembered the next day that we needed to collect and return a cake stand to our baker–when I reached out to Nicole about it the afternoon of the *day after our wedding*, she had already taken care of its return for us. There is even more I could go on about but my first draft of this review exceeded the character limit: there is really too much to type. TL;DR: Nicole was amazing. I don’t even feel like I covered everything, but she was absolutely key in making our day TOTALLY MAGICAL and RIDICULOUSLY EASY. 10/10 recommend, she is a pleasure to work with and really on top of things.

Nicole is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! She really made our vision and dream day come true. She was so helpful during the planning and really shined the weeks leading up by contacting all the vendors, creating a very detailed timeline and making sure the day ran smoothly. Highly recommend Nicole and her team to help with your dream wedding!!

So very thankful we hired Color Me Glitter. They took the stress off of us so we could focus on other things for the big wedding. Color Me Glitter did an amazing job. The wedding was so beautiful in every way because of their hard work, and extra effort. We were all SO impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing a wedding planner. Top notch service !

Time and time again, Nicole made our wedding better and less stressful. She should be your first or next hire. You don’t want to wait. Nicole helped us choose a new venue and seek restitution when our first venue cancelled. She wrote in calligraphy on our seating chart mirror when the cricut letters failed. She recommended the best photographer and videographer. The communication she had with vendors, who all had very different styles of communication, was excellent. She kept everything afloat and moving. anything we needed, whether we knew it or not, she had covered. My only regret was not hiring her sooner to have through the whole process. If you’re not sure or teetering on decision, just trust me and do it.

We used Nicole with Color Me Glitter for our Day-Of/Month-Of Coordination of our wedding, and we can't recommend her highly enough. Even prior to the month of our wedding, she was in constant communication with us regarding checklists and items that we may not have missed. In the "crunch time" of the month before the wedding, Nicole was able to coordinate with all of our vendors and created a beautiful setting - indoors and out - for our special day. She made what could have been an incredibly stressful day seamless - and was on top of every single detail, no matter how small/minute.

Nicole is literally the best!!! I wish I had booked her to plan our entire wedding instead of just her as our coordinator. She made the last two months of our wedding a breeze and I have to mention that if anything went wrong the day of I had no idea because Nicole was literally superwoman. She made everything exactly how I wanted and she made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Thank you Nicole for dealing with my crazy family and for making our day unforgettable💜.

Nicole was a consummate pro: so organized, calm under pressure, and met all our needs while just being the most pleasant person to be around! We loved working with her. She helped us with day-of coordination but was available for all our questions ahead of the big day, including helping us sort through some unexpected pricing surprises with another vendor. She also had a list of recommended vendors and we ended up choosing almost everyone else from this list and we loved ALL our vendors. She knows what she’s doing and does it so well! One highlight that stuck out for us was as we were lining up for the procession, a groomsman’s wife was locked out of the venue. She deftly took the phone, said “leave it to me” and arranged for her assistant to let her in all while she was orchestrating the ceremony. All of our friends and family raved about how Nicole was so nice and had just effortless control over the rehearsal.

Nicole was our wedding coordinator and she is AMAZING! Our wedding was at the Brawley Estate on 9/30/23 in Mooresville. She is very professional and on top of everything, She would check up on me once a month in the months leading up to the wedding and even the day of the wedding she would check on me to make sure that I'm okay or if I needed anything, She reached out to my vendors to stay in the loop with them and had everything handled the day of (even helped set up/break down some wedding decor for us). I would highly recommend Nicole to be your wedding coordinator! She was perfect! :)

Wow - do yourself one favor and hire Nicole for your party planning and coordination needs. We hired Nicole as our day-of coordinator for our post-elopement celebration. Nicole took all of the stress out of our day. When we were short on candles, she express delivered some from prime. She tracked the weather so we didn't have to. She took over vendor communications and coordination. She set up the event beautifully and broke it all down so we could keep the celebration going with our friends at the after party. We had some small programmatic notes, and she nailed every single one -- helping us get our friends and family organized for our brief program, delivering on an incredible birthday moment for a guest, and coordinating announcements with the band throughout the evening. She's a great communicator, a kind and relaxed soul, and a top-notch events professional. 10/10 recommend.

I AM OBSESSED WITH NICOLE. We worked with her for the full wedding planning - starting from picking a date, and ending all the way down to day-of coordination. She’s organized, flexible, professional, and well-connected in the wedding industry in Charlotte and Huntersville. AND she did our wedding invitations, wedding signage, and DIYs (including our flowers), all of which were GORGEOUS. Even when I wanted something other than what she recommended (which was extremely rare), she would 100% support my decision and was 100% on-board with my vision. She was super flexible in how I wanted to be involved in the process and how I made the ~1 million decisions to be made in wedding planning. Plus, she was also my wedding-planning-bestie - she listened to ALL of my feelings about every single detail during the planning process. AND I think I was one of her first full-wedding planning brides! Better book her soon!!!
