Steve and his team are the best wedding video filmmakers out there! His film was exactly how we wanted it - romantic, but not too cheesy. Most importantly, he was amazing the day-of. As others have said, he was always there but never in the way. He captured every important moment and the true joy of the day. He also worked extremely well with our photographer (Jessa Schifilliti) and other vendors and was very friendly to the bridal party. To our great surprise we received our trailers and video only a few days after the wedding. He will make your dream wedding video.

From the moment I met Steve from Color Room Films, I knew he and his team would be our videographer of choice to capture our wedding day. Luckily, I was referred to CRF through our photographer, and the two of them worked seamlessly together! CRF provides a very personal videography experience and instilled confidence from day one. We loved working with Color Rooms Films! Steve was awesome to talk to and spent time going over all the details that would be included in our video, and how day of the wedding would work. I cannot say enough about the team at Color Room Films! When planning my original wedding, I had to cut videography from the budget. As plans changed, I knew I needed them to be able to share my "little/big day" with the family and friends that could not physically be with me. Steve is awesome ! The most relaxed guy and easy to work with throughout the wedding! We were originally supposed to get married on 5/2/2020 but we postponed in March due to the pandemic. We ended up emailing Steve very late at night and he responded so fast with the dates he was available. I ended up replanning my wedding in under 24 hours. He is very responsive with emails, very clear with communication all the way up to a few days before the wedding! We ended up getting married on 8/21/20 and it was the best day. Steve and his second shooter captured the most perfect moments of the wedding and our video came out beautiful (even with the bad best man toast!!) My photographer Marissa, from Heyn Photography, recommended me to reach out to Color Room Films LLC to film our wedding day as my husband and I mentioned we were contemplating the idea of also having videography. I then looked into their work and contacted them as their past work was in line with our wedding vision. Steve reached out to me in a timely manner and sent me a pricing guide and we set up a phone call to discuss all the details. Steve worked up a proposal for us based on the budget we could manage and we highly appreciated his understanding in working with us on a package and price that was in line with our needs. We recently worked with Color Room Films for our June 2019 wedding and we had a truly great experience! From our first conversation with Steve, we could tell he was extremely knowledgable and passionate about the work. My husband is an amateur photographer so he was able to ask specific questions about the equipment they use and other things relevant to photography/videography and Steve was able to answer all his questions in detail. He had great suggestions about the flow of the event too - like the timing of our sparker sendoff and how to coordinate it. The day of, we worked with his wife Jane. She was truly a sweetheart and very easy to work with. Her second shooter was so discrete, we actually thought he left after the ceremony! They delivered our videos in less than 2 week while we were still on our honeymoon - the first time we watched it, we were both crying hysterically all over again. They did a beautiful job capturing all the wonderful moments that made up our big day and we're grateful to have these videos to look back on for the rest of our lives.

Steve was one of the best vendors we hired for our wedding, he also was one of the last... My fiance and I spent our entire engagement trying to convince each other that a videographer wasn't needed for the wedding. My husband and I chose Color Room Films to make a movie for our biggest day and boy did they go above and beyond anything we could've dreamed of! Steve and his team produced a video that made us think we were in a Disney movie! I knew from the moment we started wedding planning that I wanted to hire a videographer, but the problem is there are so many out there! It’s a very big decision and you want to be sure that you hire the right person, who captures the most important parts of the day, who is hidden in the background but somehow gets the best shots and doesn’t miss a second. I was lucky enough to hire a photographer who recommended Color Room Films. After watching just a few of their trailers I knew we had found the one. My fiancé wasn’t too thrilled about it but agreed it would be nice to have the day on film. My first conversation with Steve was perfect, he was so easy going and clearly an expert in his field. Although he had never shot at my venue, his wife had, so he made sure to review her film and familiarize himself with it. We were able to watch all of our films en route to our honeymoon and honestly cannot stop watching them. We just received our films back from Steve (4 days after or wedding!) and are incredibly happy with the trailer and full film. Steve did an amazing job capturing all the moments and people that meant the most to us. The song he chose for the video alone had me in tears not to mention all the touching moments he captured. He was also super nice, cool and a pleasure to be around the morning of the wedding while getting ready. During the reception I didn’t even know he was there that’s how well he blended in and was behind the scenes but his camera caught everything! It was exactly what we were looking for, not over edited, not super staged, it was the type of video that somehow captures the wedding day even though you're not there. There are not enough words to describe our amazing experience with Steve. He is nothing short of professional. We were originally on the fence about recording our big day and we could not be happier we did. Steve’s video felt like we were watching a movie on Netflix. Initially my husband and I weren't going to use a videographer, but I'm so happy we did! Steve was so responsive, professional, and knowledgeable in filming and he was so easy to work with. Both he and his wife, Jane, were filming on our wedding day and they definitely captured all of the important elements and details that we asked for. Jane was so sweet and helpful for me personally! At different points throughout the day, she would ask me if I needed a glass of water, and helped me sit down with my wedding gown. I was a river of tears before our first look, and Jane definitely helped calm me down. She was super attentive, and I absolutely appreciate everything her and Steve did! Color Room Films was recommended by my makeup artist, and when we saw Steve's work on their website, we knew this is what we were looking for! Steve is so easy to work with, we told him our expectations and he delivered everything we asked for! Him and his brother showed up early on the wedding day and took care of all the drone footage, which came out incredibly nice! He was also able to capture a lot of the fun details at the reception. Steve was wonderful to work with from the beginning. He is flexible attentive to detail and diligent. Had some requests of my own for our full vid and Steve was so patient with everything we needed. Had a language barrier with some of the bridal party and he still ran everything smoothly. Felt comfortable during the taping sessions and felt a friend was there. I am so glad we found Steve! We booked Color Room Films for our wedding almost a year ahead of time after seeing their work for my husband's sister's wedding. Working with Steve and the team was easy and stress free. I connected with Steve a few weeks before the wedding to go over the logistics of the day and he made sure to ask about all of the specific moments I wanted to be captured from the day. They hooked my husband up with a concealed microphone for the vows so you are able to hear the ceremony clearly. We got the short movie trailer style video and the longer version as well. We watch the short film frequently and it is a great way for us to continue to relive our day. Color Room Films was very professional and easy to work with. Two words - book now! Initially we were not going to hire a videographer for our wedding, but I am so glad we did! Booking Color Room Films was one of the best decisions we made. My husband and I had a difficult time when it came to choosing a videographer. When we came across Color Foom Films, the videos we watched really stuck out to us, so I gave Steve a call and it was the best decision. We never actually met in person before the day of the wedding but we had multiple talks over the phone and via email. Steve just knew exactly what we were looking for. On the day of the wedding Steve and his crew from color room films followed us through the entire day starting at the hotel and ending after cake cutting. About two weeks after the wedding we received our full wedding film and we love it. The beginning 4 minutes of the film is a recap of the morning getting ready, opening our gifts, hair and make up, and photos with family. That really added such a special touch. I even had an extra request about adding a specific clip into the into cinema and immediately Steve edited the video and made it exactly what I wanted. I’m so greatful for color room films taking such a special time in our lives and making it into a perfect film that we can watch and relive our most important memories. Everything about Color Room Films was amazing! Steve was so quick in responding and very helpful throughout the whole planning process. On the day of the wedding, he answered all of my questions and his crew was so unobtrusive, I didn’t even know they were filming most of the time! It took him ONE week to edit our footage and create a beautiful trailer that our family and friends raved about for weeks, as well as our full length film. ONE WEEK! Steve and Jane were both so easy to work with on the day of our wedding and were so considerate of our personal wishes and requests. They were so respectful and conscious of not getting in the way of our photographer, yet ensured that they captured excellent footage as well. Our family members, as well as members of our bridal party, even went out of their way to mention how kind they found Steve and Jane to be, and how much they enjoyed working with them. We were unable to go outside for photos during on our wedding day due to single digit temperatures, but Steve's drone footage, paired with his full coverage of the exterior/interior of the venue itself has helped us to capture the beauty of our venue that we were unfortunately not able to do through photos. The videos that Steve and Jane have produced for us have helped us to relive the joy and love on our wedding day, and will allow us to do so for years to come. Steve and Jane took two people who hardly believed that videography services were important for a wedding and turned us into a married couple that cannot stop watching their wedding videos on repeat! Steve was so awesome!! He just s super quick to respond and very flexible which was crucial as we did wait until last minute to decide we wanted a videographer! He caught every single amazing moment and we barely knew he was there!
