hey didn’t carry, and they went above and beyond by subletting them just for my event. Emily was incredibly helpful with the lighting, working closely with me and my planner to make sure every detail was perfect. They were great in walking us through the process of what we would need and flexible in getting additions added up to the day before the event - special thanks to Ashley for her prompt responses and attention to detail to make sure everything was in order! Their team arrived on schedule and assembled the tents in amazing time. The same can be said about the tear down process after the event. We highly recommend working with Tents and Events for any of your large gathering needs. Thanks again!

s and made sure we had all the extras we needed, from lights to heaters. The tent allowed us to have a space for dancing and a quieter space for people looking to sit and talk. When we had to cut our ceremony short due to rain, the tent became a great place to finish the ceremony and start our cocktail hour. Our reception photos came out beautiful, in part to the atmosphere of the clear top tent. The CTE staff was super easy to work with and because of their experience in Summit county knew both our venue manager and our wedding planner, which made it seamless for us - couldn’t ask for anything more!

If you like reliability, look elsewhere. We ordered 80 chairs and 5 high top tables and they never came the day of the wedding. The delivery window was between 8am-12pm. Also, the ...

Sales and Event Manager, Ally, was rude and gave us no clue as to a more specific window when they might be delivered and would not change the delivery date to the day before because we already had a "final call." Apparently the driver broke down and they could not get a hold of him. Unacceptable and they need to have a plan B as a business. Cars do break down, so what is plan B? They never called to inform us what we going on either. Luckily our event manager pulled some strings and got chairs from another company, High Energy Productions. I do not recommend using Tents & Events. Bad customer service. Not reliable.

for our reception which were beautiful and fit perfect with our wedding decor, and the wooden benches for our ceremony space. They have an option for delivery and pickup and on arrival and they offered to set up the tables for us! They called when on their way out to drop off the stuff and called when they were on their way to pick up. They were also very responsive via email and called a week or so before our wedding to go over the final order. Due to us living out of state, we didn't want to drag a lot of stuff out with us and were able to rent a large majority of our supplies from them. From water jugs, to roasters, to coolers, outdoor heaters, they have almost everything you could need! Would definitely recommend!

Maya was amazingly responsive during the entire planning process and quickly provided an updated quote with every large or small change of glassware, tables, etc. She came to our house to measure our yard to make sure the tent would fit and suggested a creative solution to make space for a dance floor that we never would have thought of and it turned out perfect! The set up and tear down crew was on time and efficient. The quality of the tent and everything Colorado Tents and Events provided was excellent. I would HIGHLY recommend this company for these reasons: excellent communication, quality products, on time delivery and pick up, competitive prices, creative solutions, nice people!

thing we needed to make sure our guests were comfortable and set the scene beautifully. CTE also provided lighting, table runners and umbrellas (that luckily we didn't need!) at the wedding at Timber Ridge Lodge at Keystone and our guests were in awe of the setting. CTE was incredibly professional throughout and the deliveries and tear-downs were perfectly coordinated. We cannot overstate how important Jenny was to the success of this weekend. We felt like we could email or call her at any time and she would respond quickly and address our needs completely (we even called the day before the wedding and added umbrellas based on an ominous forecast!). We recommend Colorado Tents and Events wholeheartedly!

ties which are really important when working on a rental order for a 200 person wedding that had multiple tents, heaters, generators, a stage, dance floor and multiple locations for ceremony, cocktail hour and reception. They were on site a few days in advance to set up and helped make sure everything was set up and working properly and even drove out to shore up the tent when it was extra windy and rainy the day before the wedding. Unless you want to pay outrageous prices for their monopolized market, don't bother contacting them. I had to move my wedding location from Carbondale to Breckenridge at the last ...

minute (making for a VERY stressful time adjusting and switching vendors) and this company did nothing for us. Not only did they quote us almost $500 more than our Carbondale company, when told a Carbondale company was willing to provide the service including a 5 hour round trip delivery, they still didn't budge on their quote. They even had the audacity to email me and try to shame me into using their services, warning me that if I were to use an outside company I would probably be "embarrassed in front of my guests" because there was a "high chance the other company would get stuck in traffic" making such a distant delivery. Well, needless to say, I didn't even bother responding to such an offensive email and I kept my contract with our Carbondale company--aside from financially being better, the employees were simply wonderful to work with at the Carbondale company. Wouldn't have changed our decision for the world--we couldn't have been happier with our choice to rent from Premiere Party Rental!
