Nick from Colt 45 Entertainment was amazing! He did both my ceremony and reception and it was more than I could have asked for! He kept my guests and wedding party entertained and on the dance floor all night! He checked on my husband and I through the night- we could tell he really cares about taking care of us! He also has the most incredible voice and sang for us!! I recommend Nick and Colt 45 Entertainment to anyone! He was great and made our day so special!!

Nick truly cares about your day. He makes sure things run smoothly and takes care of things so you don't have to worry. He makes you feel important and special and wants to make sure your day is the best it can be. He is extremely caring and helpful.

Choosing Nick with Colt 45 was an easy choice for us, as we had heard so many great things about him and he had also DJ’d weddings of several other people in our family. The process was so smooth – we had our first meeting to book our date, and then one other meeting right before the wedding to go over some day-of specifics and song selections, and then Nick took it from there! He was at the venue all afternoon getting everything set up for our ceremony music and reception, and we were getting pulled in so many directions the day of the wedding, we didn’t even get a chance to see or talk to Nick until right before our reception started – but he had everything done and ready and just handled it perfectly! And he was so great about letting us dance until 2AM with no problems. It was by far one of the least stressful parts of our wedding, which we were so thankful for! Would definitely recommend Colt 45 to any brides looking to have a great time at the reception!

We had Colt 45 Entertainment at our wedding June 1st of this year. Nick was amazing. He was so easy to work with and his library of songs is outstanding. He was able to help with recommendations if I had questions but in the same aspect wanted to do whatever he could to work with us and make us happy. My family liked him so well my cousin plans to have him at her wedding next year. Could not have asked for a better DJ! The pricing was reasonable and there was no limit to the amount of time they would spend at our reception which was great.

Has Nick for our DJ as he is a family friend. o could not be happier with his services for my wedding!! He was very outgoing, and even when everyone got up and left at once he still made it fun! Highly recommend for eveything.

We booked Colt 45 Entertainment for our wedding reception and weren't disappointed!! From the first meeting to the end of our reception they where professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Nick put us at ease with his knowledge and wedding expertise. Our DJ Cody made sure everything was set up right with myself and my bride from the beginning. He kept the night flowing great, got everyone involved, and played a great variety of music that kept all our guests happy and entertained. Fun was had by all!! We danced the night away. Nick was the dj at our family reunion. He was early and introduced himself. Very personable, had fun with the children and adults! Great sound and equipment. Excellent choice of music. Karaoke was fun for all ages too! Everyone enjoyed his great personality and music! Thank you again, Nick! Catch you at the next venue! 🎼 🎤

We booked Colt 45 at a wedding show. At the time we booked their services, the owner Nick gave us the clear impression he would be performing our wedding reception as there were no other events planned for that date yet. Even a few days before the wedding when we spoke on the phone, I was never informed that a different DJ would be performing at our reception, and I was left thinking he would be there. Much to our surprise, and just minutes before guests were to arrive a woman approached us and said she was our DJ. There was nothing we could do at that point. The services she provided were just OK. Not at all what we expected to get for the large amount of money we paid. I spoke with Nick a few times via email afterwards with no resolve. If we had to do it again, I would use a different service.

They did a good job during the reception..

Our DJ from Colt 45 was Ricky Bobby. He did a fantastic job! My wedding size was just shy of 100, and all night we consistently had 20+ people on the floor. Considering most of our guests were older, we were impressed to see all generations constantly represented on the floor. Ricky did a fantastic job, we would definitely recommend requesting him if you want an excellent DJ!

I went to school and performed with the owner of Colt 45 Entertainment. I didn't have a doubt in my mind as to the quality I would get by using them! I had heard from various people in town that Colt 45 was a great DJ service and that they provided a bunch of fun! Despite planning the wedding from 2,000+ miles away, Nick was quick to respond to any questions I had and was very helpful! My only reason for not giving a 5, (I'd give a 4.75 if I could!) was that the dinner was rushed through so the table visit time for my groom and I was skipped. It went straight to toasts, leaving us without a chance to go table to table (we didn't have a receiving line). I should have confirmed the order with Nick before the reception. Also, the sound was just a little off at first, making it incredibly difficult for us and our guests to understand him. However, we had a blast, and despite others just hanging out to chat, we had a GREAT time! I recommend Nick and his team!
