We used Colt grill for our wedding catering. Anthony was fantastic to work with and the food was incredible. The entire process was very simple from submitting our deposit to organizing for the day. Anthony made everything painless and was just as we envisioned, and the food was extremely fresh just off the smoker. Our guests raved about the food! The price was extremely reasonable for 100 guests, buffet and clearing table service!

Anthony and Paris were absolutely ideal for our wedding day. Anthony took care of our quote, questions, updates and even food fact information for our guests with allergies. Paris and her team made sure that our day was successful and we had everything we needed. The food was phenomenal, and we had guests go back for seconds! It was exactly what we were craving after a long day of wedding festives!
