My Husband and I got married here in June of 2024. I cannot say enough good things about the staff at Columbia Ballroom throughout the wedding planning process. They were so incredibly responsive to all of our emails, calls, and text messages. Amber always did everything in her power to help us work through any problems or issues we came across in coordinating things with our vendors. She went out of her way to make sure our day was perfect, and to mitigate any problems that came up. She took so much of our stress, and really put us at ease. The food at Columbia Ballroom was excellent as well. We had our rehearsal dinner here too and received so many compliments from guests on the food, especially the Italian wedding soup! This venue was wonderful to work with and I would highly recommend it to anyone hosting an event.

My husband and I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Columbia Ballroom. From our first consultation to next day clean up after the wedding, the venue staff was nothing short of incredible. Working with Amber and Vanessa was very easy and communication was above and beyond. Staff ensured our wedding day went smoothly and helped with anything they could. Food was delicious and the venue space was prestige. We continue to receive so many compliments about how beautiful the grounds, horses, and overall experience was. I also recommend using the bridal suite. It’s the perfect place to get ready and enjoy moments with your girlies prior to the wedding. We can’t thank everyone at the Columbia Ballroom enough for making our day a dream come true!!

The Columbia Ballroom did an absolutely fabulous job with my husband and I‘s wedding! The entire day was perfect and that is due to the dedicated staff at the venue! Amber and Vanessa were great answering questions and staying in constant communication with us about our big day. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing and the bartenders and food service staff did a fantastic job with all of our guests. The Columbia Ballroom was spectacular and lived up to every expectation I had when I first dreamed of having my wedding reception there! From the staff, beauty in the hall, food, horses , etc. I would highly recommend this location to anyone! I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect reception venue.

Columbia Ballroom was the perfect wedding venue! The outdoor ceremony was absolutely beautiful. All my guests keep raving about how amazing the food was and how spectacular the reception area looked. There is truly nothing I would change about my wedding day. Amber and Vanessa were absolutely amazing to work with. Amber answered my (many) questions leading up to the big day. Vanessa was our day-of coordinator and she was amazing to work with. She calmed any nerves I had and helped me truly get to enjoy the night. Everything went perfectly! WOW! Literally helped me achieve the wedding of my dreams. Amber sold me on the venue, helped me select everything I could ever want, and made communication so easy. Vanessa made my day of SO SMOOTH, I could not have asked for a better day of coordinator. My entire wedding party loved her and she was perfection. The bridal house add on for the day was the *chefs kiss*! 10/10 would recommend everything 100 times over!

Getting married at Columbia Ballroom was always a dream of mine. They blew my expectations out of the water. Amber was great to work with throughout the whole process and made my planning so easy. She was always available to answer all of my questions. On our wedding day everyone made sure everything ran smoothly. The food was so delicious and all of our guests loved it as well. My bridesmaids and I stayed at the bridal house the night before and we absolutely loved it. It made getting ready in the morning so seamless and so convenient for getting to the ballroom.

We just got married here in June, and had an amazing experience with the ballroom! The staff was so polite and attentive to all of our needs and questions! Was so easy to get in touch with all personnel for any questions or concerns! Having the hall provide catering, set up, and the bar took so much stress off of our plates when we were looking for vendors (huge bonus!!). Our wedding day came out so perfect! The staff helped everything run smoothly and get everyone organized for the walk down the aisle. The hall was such a gorgeous location, the guests loved being able to celebrate in the hall and the outdoor area. The food was amazing all of our guests loved the menu! The property is so photogenic and we got amazing shots inside and out (we especially loved the horses!!). Cannot recommend the Columbia ballroom enough!! Thank you to all for your kindness and help in the best day of our lives!

Do not hesitate to go to this venue!!! Amber and Venessa were a dream to work with prior to wedding. The bridal house was perfect for getting ready!! The reception was AMAZING ! The food was 5 star Quality!!! The entire staff at this venue were kind, helpful, and went out of their way all night! Venessa made sure the entire night ran smoothly without me having to worry!! 10000% recommend!

Reception of our dreams! This space is absolutely gorgeous - a rustic meets modern venue. Plenty of space for our 260 guests without shuffling tables or chairs. Large bar area so there was never a long line to wait in. Food was phenomenal! Highly recommend the Mac and cheese. And of course the service - top notch. Amber was so easy to work with during the planning process. Quick to answer any questions we had (and we had a lot), responsive and helpful. The in-house catering team and bartenders were also all so amazing and pleasant. 10/10 would recommend.

Columbia Ballroom was the most elegantly beautiful and rustic wedding venue. It fit the aesthetic that my wife and I were looking for and our pictures were beautiful due to the natural lighting inside and outside of the venue. We solely took photos at Columbia Ballroom because of the multiple photo locations on property. The catering was top notch - our meal was the best we've had at a wedding. The staff and coordinators were incredibly helpful and professional. We had a completely stress-free experience as they took care of everything. The bride and bridesmaids stayed in the bridal house the night before and had a great experience getting ready right next to the property. Overall, we have been getting compliments about the food, the beauty of the venue, the wonderful staff, and we had the vest day ever. We would highly recommend Columbia Ballroom to anyone looking for an all-inclusive wedding venue with rustic/romantic vibes.

Absolutely beautiful venue, the only issue we had was with picking up leftovers the next day. It wasn’t really coordinated well, and we ended up not getting our cake until days later which by then it smelled like the other food in the fridge and we had to toss it. As far as wedding day, food and service was perfect!!!!

Highly recommend Columbia Ballroom! We checked CB out on a whim and went to their open house after the fire. We fell in love with this place. The space, feel and the outside grounds are beautiful. We didn't get to test our menu until our actual wedding, due to unforeseen circumstances, but were pleasantly surprised! Our guests raved about the food! We have heard from several family members that this was the best wedding food they have ever had. We also rented out the bridal house, which was awesome and a perfect place for the girls to get ready. There was plenty of room, the house was clean and they provided snacks/drinks for the evening before and day of the wedding. There were a few details that were missed that we had to remind the main planner about as we paid the final deposit. She also got a little short in some of her communications during our wedding week, as we reached out with questions, trying to coordinate with other vendors. Not exactly what we were hoping for, but the rest of the crew at CB were absolutely fabulous! We got a lot of great reviews about the bartenders being on top of their game, having drinks ready for guests as they were walking up. And the day of planner was awesome! She was on the ball and kept the day rolling smoothly, which we so appreciate! This place was great and we would recommend this to any couple in the area!

Our whole experience with Columbia Ballroom and Amber was amazing! She was the sweetest and answered the millions of questions I had. We originally were supposed to get married in October 2020. Due to covid, we pushed it to October 2021. We were devastated that we had to push it, but Amber made the whole process a lot easier for us! Our wedding was an absolute dream and I couldn't image having it anywhere else! We were married outside with the horses in the back. It was like a fairytale. The horses even came up to the fence after the ceremony, so guests were able to take photos with them. The inside of the venue was everything we wanted. It's a modern rustic vibe with great natural lighting! Perfect for photos in the venue. Also, the dance floor was a perfect size for over 200 guests! Also, I recommend renting out the bridal suite. It was so helpful to have a place next to the venue to get all the girls ready together. We had 12 girls & 4 hair/makeup ladies & it fit us all!

Where do I even begin. We absolutely loved Columbia Ballroom, fell is love with the venue as soon as we stepped foot on the property! The planning process was absolutely seamless, thanks to Amber! From the outdoor ceremony, to the food, the horses, reception, everything was beyond our wildest dreams. We look forward to having future celebrations at Columbia Ballroom!

From the moment my fiancé and I started planning our wedding, we knew we had to have our reception at Columbia Ballroom. We had previously attended wedding there, and loved it! We booked them within a month of getting engaged. Once we started telling our guests and our other vendors where our reception was going to be, all we kept hearing was good things about the venue, food, and service. From the time we booked Columbia Ballroom up until this day, they have been nothing but amazing to my fiancé and I. Unfortunately, we were not able to have our reception at Columbia Ballroom due to the fire that took place exactly three weeks before our big day. What I say speak on is that Columbia Ballroom has gone above and beyond to provide us with THE BEST customer service (even when they were going through such tragedy). They stayed in touch with me to keep me informed of what was going on after the fire took place. They reached out to other venues on my behalf to see if our date was available, and to see if they could accommodate us. Even before the fire took place, they always responded in a timely manner whenever I had any questions or concerns. They provided us multiple food tastings (which made it very difficult to choose our food menu- everything was so delicious)! They were extremely flexible on specific requests we had. We were able to be picky about all the details for our special day, no matter how big or small they were. They made planning our reception so much easier than I ever anticipated. I cannot thank them enough for all they have done for me these past couple weeks, and the last year & a half of our wedding planning. I worked with Amber through out the entire process of planning our wedding, and she was amazing to work with. She makes planning your wedding reception so easy. She is truly a professional at what she does! The owners Shane and Heidi were also great to work with before and after the fire. All three of them truly care about every couple steps foot into their venue. Future brides, PLEASE consider Columbia Ballroom for you let big day— they are an amazing venue with an amazing team behind them. I PROMISE you will not be disappointed with their food, staff, and services!

We had our wedding at Columbia Ballroom this past August and it was absolutely perfect!! They were a pleasure to work with and the ballroom is absolutely stunning. It was the perfect blend of rustic and formal. The horses in the back added an extra special touch for our pictures. The food was absolutely incredible. There is a lot included in their price that makes it very affordable. We had about 200 guests and there was plenty of room for dancing. I would HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone and thank all the staff at Columbia Ballroom for giving us our dream day!

Had our wedding at Columbia Ballroom in November. Our big day was PERFECT. Amber was so helpful throughout the process. The food was absolutely delicious. Our wedding day couldn’t have been any better!

We had the most amazing wedding reception at Columbia Ballroom! Amber helped us with anything and everything and she was available to talk to whenever we needed something. All of the staff the night of the wedding was wonderful and they did everything to make our night perfect. It is the most beautiful venue.

I had my wedding here August 4, 2018. It was the most perfect Venue. The food was delicious, the ballroom was spacious and so dreamy. Perfect for rustic and romantic decor. The outdoor back patio is so nice too and GREAT for photos. 150/100. The ballroom made mine and my husbands wedding day absolutely perfect and it was everything we wanted and MORE! Heidi is super helpful and is always willing to answer questions. Wish I could relive this day over and over again.

I just had my wedding ceremony and reception last weekend at Columbia Ballroom and it was nothing short of amazing. The whole process went smoothly and we had no issues! Amber was our coordinator that day and made sure everything was perfect. They cook the food onsite and all of our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had! We were even given the leftovers at the end of the night. We originally planned to have the ceremony outside but due to weather we had to switch it to inside at the last minute but it was still beautiful. I can’t say enough good things about the venue and staff and am SO GLAD we chose the ballroom for our big day.

This was the first venue I toured and knew as soon as I walked in that it was just the right place. (They do indeed book up quickly and I settled for a Friday ceremony as I knew this was the best place for our big day). They had the option of having the ceremony outdoors where they let out their horses. They stayed out all night so guests could visit with them post-ceremony. The large room held enough space to comfortably fit all of our guests (~230) and leave plenty of room for dancing. It is a gorgeous venue that can easily wear farmhouse chic decor. Heidi was open to hearing our ideas and incorporating as much as she could between food, set-up, and anything in between. I have received nothing but compliments on how delicious the food was. The bartenders were great. The bridal suite is lovely and spacious. It's no wonder Heidi picked Amber as her assistant as she always takes the time to respond and check-in that everything is still running smoothly. Overall, the Columbia Ballroom is a fabulous place to celebrate your big day. Heidi, Shane, Amber and staff will not let you down!

I would recommend Columbia Ballroom to anyone planning their wedding! Heidi and Amber were amazing throughout the whole planning process, responding to my many emails and texts always within 12 hours. We received so many compliments on how amazing of a venue it was for our day. Their prices are reasonable for the quality food, drink and atmosphere you get. My husband and I could not have had a more perfect wedding and we would choose Columbia ballroom again and again! THANK YOU!

If you have the opportunity to have your wedding here, DO IT. The dates filled up quickly when I went to plan our wedding and we changed the date of our wedding specifically to have it at the Columbia Ballroom. It was 100% worth it. The food, the ambiance, the coordination and contacts, everything was amazing. I can't praise this venue enough!

First off, there needs to be a picture of this place on The Knot because more people need to know about it! Columbia Ballroom was an excellent site to celebrate our big day. My wife and I could not be happier with how the night turned out. Heidi was always pleasant to talk to and was accommodating to our wants and needs for the reception. We were given the ability to customize so that everything was very personal. I especially enjoyed how the dance floor, bar, food, etc, were all in the same room which really brought everything and everyone together. Oh yeah, and Heidi's husband Shane did an amazing job with dinner! The prime rib was well worth the added price and the stuffed chicken was a huge hit. Overall we were very pleased with this venue and highly recommend it.

Everything about my wedding was absolutely PERFECT, starting with the Columbia Ballroom. I fell in love with the ballroom since the moment I saw it. The ballroom, despite it's name, is not a ballroom, but a rustic-barn feel, with exposed wood beams and hardwood floors. It's a big main room and dance floor, complete with a large bar, and stage to keep the whole party in one place. A horse farm out back, gives it that extra touch. The venue books fast, so if you want this place DON'T hesitate. The year I wanted was completely booked, so I ended up putting my name on a waiting last. It turned out the venue had a cancellation and we quickly scooped up the date. Heidi (the owner) and Amber were both a phone call or text message away throughout the whole planning process. They were both so helpful in making my day exactly how I wanted. My finace and I quickly picked our food, and our tasting was delicious. Closer to our date we had to pick table cloths.... I changed my mind a million times, and went up multiple times, and Heidi and Amber were always eager and accommodating. The month or two before the wedding I changed the table cloths (again) and even wanted to add in a taco bar, and again they were quickly there to help! The day of the wedding finally came. We opted for a plated dinner instead of buffet and the severs executed it flawlessly. We received SO MANY COMPLIMENTS on all the food, from the Italian Wedding soup, to the main course, to the late night taco bar! Every single guest had something good to say about the meal. The bartenders were equally amazing. There is an older blonde lady bartender who took care of me all night! I wish I learned her name because she definitely deserves a shout-out! The bartenders had hustle and the drinks were great! I can't say enough good things about this place. If you are considering it for your wedding venue, just book it now!

There are truly no words to describe how amazing The Columbia Ballroom is. From the absolutely beautiful venue to the incredible staff and service and the DELICIOUS food - everything was beyond perfect. Heidi and her crew provided the best service and attention to detail - our ceremony transitioning to reception was seamless and it’s truly all thanks to these amazing people. THE FOOD! Hands down the best. We still dream about it and wish we could have just ONE more bite of steak. Not only were Sean and I pleased, our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. Absolutely incredible. You guys are amazing. My first wedding memory will forever be walking into The Columbia Ballroom, seeing the ribbons tied on the chairs and the tables set, and I walked right back out and cried so hard over how beautiful everything was. My fiance and I just had our wedding at Columbia Ballroom 12/2/17 and we could not have asked for a more amazing experience. Heidi and staff were extremely helpful and acomidating. Our guests raved about the food and the beauty of the venue. Could not have asked for a better place to have held our wedding at!

Heidi made planning my 7/29/2016 wedding from NC a breeze. She was always willing to meet with is when we came home and answered our emails quickly. She was so calm and helpful on the wedding day and even helped direct our ceremony. EVERYONE at our wedding kept telling us that the food was delicious and still have been talking about it. Overall, the ballroom was the perfect place for our wedding ceremony and reception and I would recommend it to anyone.

What a wonderful venue and beautiful too! Heidi is absolutely wonderful and so very helpful. Every email I sent to her was responded to quickly and always what I needed to know. She was a great help during set up and it was very nice to have her at the reception for any last minute questions or concerns. She does a beautiful job with the table set up and the lights and lanterns decorating the ballroom were already enough sparkle for us! Her husband Shane is an awesome chef and prepared a delicious meal for us and our guests. People couldn't stop talking about how delicious it was! We are so happy that we chose The Columbia Ballroom as our venue and catering because we now have the most wonderful memories from our wedding!!

The Columbia Ballroom was absolutely perfect for our wedding day. Heidi, her husband, and their staff work so hard to make sure your day is exactly how you want it. We got married outside under beautiful maple trees in the sunshine while their horses walked around near by giving us gorgeous photo opportunities. Our reception was held inside the rustic ballroom covered in twinkly lights, making everything look dreamy. They allow you to be creative and decorate it as much or as little as your heart desires (the place is very pretty as it is, and really doesn't need a lot if that's not your style). We received so many compliments about the ballroom and the food (it's amazing), and were told that our wedding was original and not like anything anyone has ever been to before. I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for a place for their rustic/vintage inspired wedding. We were truly happy with everything and would not change one thing!

We had our ceremony outside and our reception right after inside the ballroom.The staff and services were wonderful and I would highly recommend this venue!

You will NOT be disappointed with this venue. We just used it for the reception, however you can also have the ceremony there. They provide all table linens, do all of the cooking on site, and have a full bar - including beer and cider on tap. Food was outstanding. The couple who owns is are a wonderful tag team. Heidi runs the show and her husband does the cooking. HIGHLY recommend this venue.

I got married in August of 2015 at the Columbia Ballroom. Both ceremony and reception were held here. I can't say enough how much Heidi and Columbia Ballroom made this experience and day so perfect. Heidi was so nice and easy to work with, answering all questions, working with my schedule and what I wanted or needed along with keeping in contact with me on EVERYTHING. I was not once stressed out working with Heidi. I will never forget my wedding day. Columbia Ballroom really helped me make it feel like a dream come true. My friends and family RAVE about the good time they had. The venue really makes you feel welcome, gives you much elbow room and with the laid back atmosphere, it is easy for you to throw a beautiful, elegant, yet fun celebration. I have also heard nothing but wonderful things about the food. How it is "the best wedding food. It doesn't even taste like 'wedding food' because it tastes homemade". I look forward to planning other parties and celebrations here. It's truly a beautiful venue and if I could give it 100 stars, I would.

I enjoyed all aspects of the overall experience with the Columbia Ballroom. Heidi was very accommodating and made us feel very comfortable. I never felt overwhelmed through out the whole planning process as well as during the ceremony and reception. I liked how she was laid back, it made me less stressed. Through out the reception I loved that Heidi would check on me, it made me feel special. The ceremony and reception were absolutely perfect. Also, We were planning on having the ceremony outside, but due to bad weather it had to be inside. It still looked stunning. I know the food is typically the most important part and that was incredible. We had the london broil, salmon, asparagus, and smashed potatoes. Everyone I talked to was raving about the food. I will recommend this venue to all potential prospects. Thank you to the Columbia Ballroom for such a wonderful evening. We couldn't have asked for anything better.

We had our wedding reception at the Columbia Ballroom, and could not have been happier with everything! The Ballroom has such a charming, romantic feel. The owner was so helpful and friendly, great to work with and really helped us make our party a unique and special event. The food was delicious, and our guests are still raving about it! This venue is definitely one of a kind, in all the best ways! We were extremely lucky to come across The Columbia Ballroom within our searches. We were looking for a rustic/country feel and that is exactly what we got. Heidi is a blessing to work with. She is extremely helpful, understanding, and brings so many beautiful things to the venue. The all wooden floors and lights strung throughout the place really stood out in the pictures. The pricing is very reasonable and the food is outstanding. Shane cooks the food onsite from scratch and it tastes amazing. We had chicken, salmon, beans and bacon, smashed potatoes, loaded baked potato soup, and salad. We heard not one complaint and our guests still rave about how the food and how it was not typical wedding food. I can't say enough good things about this venue and we recommend it highly to other brides + grooms!!

We had the most amazing wedding reception at the Columbia Ballroom. Everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is stunning and Heidi was great to work with throughout the planning process. She was available by email and answered our many questions. She was always very personable and flexible throughout planning. Day of the wedding, Heidi paid great attention to detail and made sure everything was more beautiful than we requested and happening as we wanted. She was wonderfully helpful and formed a contingency plan and schedule for us when our DJ got in a car crash and was an hour late. The food was perfectly done; many of our guests found us to tell us it was the best wedding food they have ever had. All 140 guests made it through the buffet line in under 20 minutes, and there was enough food for anyone who wanted seconds. Overall, they could not have done a better job on anything, everything was perfect from start to finish. I would recommend them without any hesitation.

Columbia Ballroom was beautiful, full of dark wood and old charm. Family owned and built in the late 1800's, it was a barn converted into a ballroom in 1931. Heidi was a wonderful contact with lots of suggestions and very willing to work with me to make my day perfect.
