I opted for the Wedding a la carte option for my micro-wedding and was so pleased with the outcome! The flowers were gorgeous and the price was exactly right. They communicated well with me beforehand and delivered exactly on time. I went with the PNW colors and am so thrilled that I did. Cannot thank them enough!
Columbia City Bouquet absolutely blew me away with my flowers! I reached out to them pretty late in the process after having to reschedule our wedding multiple times due to coronavirus. I told them just a few things I like and cannot believe how they managed to create the most perfect bouquet, flower crown, and boutonniere for us! So many people who watched our wedding remotely or saw pictures after the fact commented on the flowers and wanted to know who made them. The brightness and joy they brought into that day, after so much stress and anxiety, is something I'll never forget. Not to mention that the price was incredibly reasonable - can't recommend them enough!
We used Columbia City Bouquet for our 9/15 wedding this year, and couldn't have been happier with the results. Our order was not terribly large (small centerpieces for 8 tables, 3 bouquets, and a few other things), and we felt very comfortable being able to put together a package that had exactly what we wanted, and nothing unnecessary. Other than featuring sunflowers, I didn't have a strong "vision" of what I wanted, only that I love bright colors and wanted to have flowers that were in season. It was awesome to be able to just let the experts do their jobs, and enjoy the beautiful results. I also appreciated being able to stay well within our established budget. We had the option to keep our vases for a minimal extra charge--this felt well worth it, as we were able to send home the centerpieces with local guests. And they were able to arrange pickup early on a Sunday morning. Overall, highly recommended!
I wish I could give more than 5 stars. Columbia City was simply amazing to work with. In meetings with other florists, I felt judged for my very average budget lack of wedding planner . Columbia city was so kind in every way. They heard my vision completely , and worked with me to make it a reality and completely within budget. They showed me how they could add or save costs in different ways, and were totally flexible. The final product was so beautiful!! Not only that, but they delivered the bouquets to my house, the church flowers to the church, the reception flowers to the reception, AND moved things from one place to another, all for free!! It was such a delight to work with them
I absolutely loved working with Emily on my wedding flowers. I asked for sunset colored flowers with not much greenery and Columbia City Bouquet completely knocked it out of the park!!! They took the boxes that we made and filled them with big beautiful summer flowers. I could not be more happy with how all the bouquets, centerpieces and flowers on the arbor turned out! I totally recommend working with Emily for your wedding flowers.
Emily and her team at Columbia City are THE go to people for wedding florist and design services! Emily was extremely flexible in her ability to meet with me in-person several times to do an initial proposal as well as walk through of my venue, in addition to promptly exchanging many emails back and forth. She uses the Honeybook software to manage her contracts, which made it all super easy and clearly documented for planning purposes. She understood my vision, made some great design suggestions and executed everything with ease. What set Emily apart for me was her cheerful attitude and willingness to make changes along the way, along with her organization and attention to detail. I felt extremely comfortable with her from the get-go and she made the floral/design portion of my wedding planning a piece of cake. Best of all-- the flowers were all super fresh and even lasted for several days after the wedding!
Emily went above and beyond to make our special day absolutely gorgeous! She was so easy to work with and was able to bring my vision to life with limited photos and descriptions as inspiration. We are beyond pleased with everything Columbia City Bouquet did for us, and our flower girl can not stop taking about how her flower crown made her feel like a princess!!! I cannot recommend them enough!
We worked with Emily from Columbia City Bouquet on ordering our flowers for our wedding. We met with other florists, but what made Columbia City Bouquet stand out the most was their amazing customer service. From every email to in-person meetings, Emily was super nice, professional, and listened to what we were wanting for flowers.
When we met for our consult, we did say we were hoping for peonies, knowing the wedding was at the tail end of the season. Although she couldn't guarantee them, she did say she would try her hardest to get peonies for us. When the wedding day arrived, Emily delivered our bouquets to the hotel and was so excited to tell us we were able to get peonies!
We are so happy and thankful we worked with Columbia City Bouquet to make our wedding day amazing! We highly recommend them!
I found Emily at a BHLDN Sip and See in Seattle and had such a nice chat with her that I thought that seemed way too easy! And it was easy, we met and discussed the vision I had (which changed throughout the months leading up to my wedding), the budget I wanted to be in, and how I had no idea which flowers were which! She was easily able to stay within my budget while executing the vision. I really let her take the reins on the types of flowers and she did the most perfect job! I wanted a cascading bouquet and she totally delivered that, and some wow-factor tall arrangements that we placed on barrels for our alter. Friends who "know flowers" were blown away by her work and how the look all came together and I could not have been happier!
I am still obsessed with my flowers. And I am someone who seriously considered not even having floral bouquets. I only vaguely knew what i wanted and when the day came i couldn't even remember what i had said i liked, but everything was so unbelievably gorgeous and more perfect than i could have imagined or planned. There wasn't a ton of communication but a lot of faith that they knew what they were doing and it couldn't have turned out better.
I used Columbia City Bouquet for my wedding back in September. They made my bridal bouquet, 6 bridesmaids bouquets, and tons of boutonnieres (we kept needing to add more at the last minute and they were always so accommodating!).
I worked with Emily, and she was incredibly helpful. I had a tight budget and she worked with me to create exactly what I wanted. She always answered my emails promptly and the service that she used for billing was very easy to navigate.
Everything was gorgeous, and they sent me home with a bunch of extra lavender that we used to add to our table decorations. I couldn't recommend them more!
Columbia City Bouquet runs a slick operation. It’s a bright, shiny store and they show you potential arrangements on a tablet. Beneath that style, though, there’s plenty of substance. They weren’t fazed by us showing up with a village to make our decisions. They were confident about fulfilling our request for an asymmetrical chuppah arrangement. They showed up on Sunday of Labor Day weekend to deliver corsages and boutonnieres!
Flowers weren’t the focus of our wedding, but we needed to get the ones we ordered right. Columbia City Bouquet helped us do that, and with impeccable service. Flowers for the bride’s hair, the chuppah, the bouquet – they were all beautiful, sturdy, and matched our colors. We recommend CCB for your wedding needs. If you want to know more, feel free to message us.
After scouring Yelp, theknot, and several other sites, I interviewed three florists in-person to get their ideas on flowers for our wedding and price estimates. I knew from the moment that I sat down with Arique that I was going to enjoy working with Columbia City Bouquet. We also worked with Emily along the way who was super professional and communicated with us quickly and clearly.
I am not a florist and they didn't expect me to be. While their prices were similar to others', they were better able to pull my vague ideas together and create exactly what I wanted (even though I didn't really know what I wanted). I cannot tell you how many people commented on how beautiful our flowers were - unique but not weird, elegant and classic, but still modern. Several of my favorite wedding photos ended up being those in which my bouquet were featured - they were that beautiful.
I worked with Emily and she made my wedding beautiful. My bridal bouquet was just like the one I had liked on Pinterest. To make it even more special, she wrapped it in lace from my mother's wedding dress. Once she knew my budget, she creatively found flowers and ways to add punch and pizzaz to my wedding decor. Her creativity and flexibility was unbeatable. From the boutonnières to the reception flowers, everything was perfect. I highly recommend Columbia City for any wedding.
2 days before my wedding I stopped in to see if KC's Flowers could put together a wedding bouquet. My only idea when I went in was simple and colorful. The woman who helped me showed me what they had available and put together a few examples. I ended up choosing a light blue hydrangea for the center piece with white roses, baby's breath, and greenery mixed in and around it. Unfortunately, I was not very happy with my decision as I couldn't see the finished product--the woman had this huge bunch of flowers in her hand and I was worried it was going to be way too big! After making my selections I then started noticing a lot of other more colorful flowers I thought the woman should have shown me. Turns out my worry was for nothing as the bouquet turned out to be beautiful. It was nice and compact with a nice mix of light blue, white, and greenery. Finished off with a white ribbon around the stems and placed in a simple vase with rocks and water so it could be placed on table when not in use. It ended up costing more than I expected, but it was worth it.
We wanted very simple flowers for our wedding. Erik at KC's Flowers designed a bouquet, corsages and boutonnieres that reflected our style and coordinated with our eclectic colors.
KC's delivered everything on time and with no hassles - everything was very easy and required little effort on our part. The flowers looks amazing in the photos and lasted long after our wedding day.
Willing to work with small budget.;They upsold (a little bit) us into something we didn't need and the ribbon color was wrong on the day of the wedding and they gave us a little bit of trouble for changing it (it was Mother's Day). We were very clear about what it should have been - they mixed it up.
