If you are considering the Columbia Club as your venue for a wedding I encourage you to take the step. Taylor in the events office is remarkable, but really the whole staff at the club is amazing. First and foremost the level of service you will receive is top shelf, everyone is helpful and on pointe. Second they are flexible and truly work to give you what you want for the wedding day, not just something from a list of what they have. My daughter had several small items on her list come up along the way and Taylor and the team there went above and beyond to consistently accommodate her and her fiancee. All of that aside it is a STUNNING venue such a beautiful place to host a wedding.

We had the most wonderful wedding at the Columbia Club in September of this year! It all came together beautifully and I could not recommend more. The Columbia Club went the extra mile, made things convenient, and truly worked with us like a partnership through this entire process. We worked with Taylor and she was fantastic. Breaking it down: -The CC was very easy to work with as far as design and rentals go. They have a personal relationship with one of the major rental vendors in Indy that makes it super easy to get things done and source things for the wedding. -The food was FANTASTIC! We got so many comments that people loved the food and it was much better than the normal wedding food meal. I attribute this to the CC having a full kitchen that they use for many events etc. So they were very prepared the food tasted restaurant quality not wedding quality. -Drinks: The CC kept drinks flowing all night. We never had a long line at either bar and they were super accommodating when I asked to add additional drinks to the menu. This was at an extra cost but a cost I found to be very reasonable. -Service: They had TONS of servers, bartenders, etc at our disposal for the cocktail hour and the reception. It really kept things moving. They also recommended to add a couple more bartenders which we did again at a very reasonable cost. -They let the band play until pretty much midnight, they let us drop off our wedding cake the day before and pick it up the day after. They are overall just really easy to work with and professional. If you are looking to have an upscale event I think this is absolutely the team and place to do it.

Taylor is the social event manager for the Columbia Club & she has a passion for weddings & events. She brings passion when creating memorable experiences & celebrations for couples. With over fours years of experience in the event industry along with being apart of the Columbia Club team for the past two & a half years she specializes in guiding couples through every detail for their venue wedding experience. From the first tour experience to the final send off Taylor is here to make the planning process smooth, fun, & stress free. I requested an agreement from Taylor and noticed a different client name as well as misspelling of my fiancé’s last name. She had to send it several times because she kept misspell...

ing the last name. Her lack of attention to detail worried me, so I contacted the Columbia Club to see if there was another event manager I could work with. They said they would look into it and call me back last week. I have yet to receive a call. Also, during my conversations with Taylor, she advised she would not act as a day-of coordinator for our event. She would only be working with her staff. With the amount of money you pay for a nice venue like this, you should at least have the event manager take care of things the day of to alleviate some of that stress.

WOW! We had our December wedding here and it was perfect. Between the atmosphere the venue provides and the staff, it was truly the most magical day. The entire venue was decorated...

for Christmas already which we had planned for and they even let us come tour the venue again a couple of weeks ahead so we knew how their decorations were going to look. We worked with the event coordinator Brian Swan and he was AMAZING!! I cannot say enough good things about him and his staff. They ensured everything was exactly the way we wanted it and walked us through all the selections from tablecloths to cutlery. Even accomidated our special requests to bring in a large faux wedding cake to have on display! LOL it was gorgeous. I grew up in the area and coming down to the circle for the holidays every year so I was semi-familiar with the venue but once you step inside its like stepping back in time, the beautiful woodwork, large fireplace, and massive stained glass windows that overlook the circle!! I swear I cannot say enough about how perfect this venue was and how easy they were to work with, communication was top notch. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

y. We could not have picked a more perfect venue for our wedding. We ended up hosting our entire wedding weekend here, utilizing nearly every event space in the building. We had a welcome party on the Crystal Terrace, got married in the Grandy Lobby, and had our reception in the Stardust Ballroom on the 10th floor. I cannot emphasize enough the benefit of having a venue that is all inclusive with regards to food, bar, rentals etc. It made our wedding planning process so much easier. Brian was absolutely wonderful to work with, answering my never ending list of questions with timely, clear, and helpful answers. Our guests raved about the food and consistently tell us it is some of the wedding food they've ever had, especially our vegan guests! There is nothing I would change about our wedding day and if we had to do it all over again, I would pick the Columbia Club in a heartbeat!

The Club is so gorgeous that it doesn’t need a lot of decorating. Everything ran so smoothly the day of the wedding and that was due to their attention to detail. I highly recommend the Columbia Club.

I looked all over downtown Indianapolis for a venue. I had been to the Columbia Club before for a wedding and a few events; so, I was familiar with its service and interior design....

It wasn't until the tour that I learned about the Crystal Terrace. All of the other events I had attended were in the Ballroom. I fell in love with the Crystal Terrace because of the stain glass windows, marble floors, and wood paneling. It has a very romantic feeling. It was also important to me that the guest rooms were in the same building as the wedding/reception. It was easy for our guests to make reservations with the front desk. The Columbia Club Event Staff (Brian) was absolutely wonderful to work with. He was very quick to respond to questions via email and phone. I appreciated the variety of options for food and drink. The packages make it very easy to understand what you will receive for what price. On the wedding day, everything was set up perfectly and event staff were very professional and timely. For the bridal party, it was great to have the Presidential Suite. You are able to have your vendors fit in the space for the getting ready portion of the day. It is also a space to escape to if you need a break. It was also helpful that the Columbia Club sits on the Circle, so it's a wonderful backdrop to photos...even at sunset, too! I would absolutely recommend the Columbia Club to others who are looking for a venue in the Indianapolis area.

nd we wanted a place where we could have the ceremony, Reception, and a place for our guests to stay the night. Brian, at the Columbia club, was so awesome and accommodating throughout the whole process. Our guests thought that was one of the best meals they had ever had. Also the views from The Columbia a Club are awesome. While we had our wedding on the Crystal Terrace, no matter which floor you choose to have your wedding on it’s going to look beautiful. The Stainglass windows were such an awesome touch and looked beautiful in our photos. There is definitely a historic feeling to the Columbia club which we loved. My stepdad has been a member of the Columbia club so I had seen it before and I knew once I was engaged that it would be our venue. Highly recommend them!!

We booked the Columbia Club for our NYE 2020 wedding before the pandemic hit. We were originally planning for ~150 guests for our ceremony and cocktail-style reception all in the C...

As our plans started turning upside down, Brian was so knowledgeable about and kept us updated on the ever-changing gathering restrictions, and he was so kind and reassuring through it all. When we decided to go ahead with our original date, but with a significantly reduced guest count (25), they were extremely accommodating with waiving food and beverage minimums, and even refunded us money for what we had overpaid with earlier deposits. Safety of our guests was a top concern, and Brian was so mindful of that and helped us put together a beautiful, fun, and safe event. Further, all of our in-person and Zoom guests absolutely raved about how gorgeous the venue is. Planning and executing a pandemic wedding was certainly stressful, but Brian and the Columbia Club made it so much easier!

t the tasting and came out exactly the same at the reception. The wedding manager did change in the middle of planning our wedding, but the transition was smooth and the quality of their service didn't change. We had our ceremony in the Grand Lobby and the reception in the Crystal Terrace and since it was Christmas-time you could see the lights from the tree on the circle twinkling in the window (they also let us use some of their Christmas decorations which was really nice and very cost-effective!). It was also very nice that the venue is a hotel - our guests could rent rooms right in the venue. We are so happy we chose the Columbia Club for our wedding. It was an epic day and night and exactly what we wanted for our wedding.

d a great job leading up to the wedding, and Cassie went above and beyond during my reception. We did not have to worry about anything and could just focus on having fun. I could not have asked for a better reception venue. The Crystal Terrace is beautiful. The food was excellent and way beyond standard "wedding food."
