te, and were so gracious about the many back and forth emails as we finalized our order. Thanks to Caroline and her team for all their help!
We had a great experience working with the whole Columbia Tent team. From our visit to their showroom, where it was easy for us to quickly compare chair and linen options--to Brett...
's visit to our backyard venue, where he was able to take measurements and propose a custom lighting solution for our patio--Columbia Tent was extraordinarily helpful and responsive in the year leading up to our event. In the final weeks, Caroline was willing to work with us to make many minor revisions to our order, and we were so impressed by the professionalism of the final install. When there were minor issues (a missing extension cord, a problem with the location of the bathroom trailer), Columbia Tent promptly made the hour-plus trip back to us to make things right. We were so happy with our beautiful sailcloth tent and various fixings. Thanks again!

ding to be overly involved. We made a couple of changes toward the end and they were very accommodating and responsive. The inventory is clearly laid out on their website so you can choose the look. you're going for. Everything was beautiful and their prices were very reasonable. Highly recommend!

Through their rentals, our wedding was everything we had envisioned and more. We highly recommend Columbia Tent Rentals!

Amy was always willing to jump on calls with me and talk through any changes. I felt they were so honest and helpful in figuring out what we needed for our event vs. what we could skip or not need. Getting to go to the showroom and see what items we were choosing in person was so great and really helped us with picking out the details for our day! Delivery, set up, and pick up were quick and easy and everyone was so professional. We definitely recommend!

o and behold it started raining just as the ceremony began, so their tent saved the day!
They also went above and beyond in supplying chairs, cutlery, and place settings for our reception -- we got tons of compliments from our guests on this. Overall I would highly recommend working with Columbia Tent!

r as our event changed in response to changing COVID regulations. They ordered specialty glasses for granitas we were serving, and were also able to add on last minute coolers so we could ensure all of our ice didn't melt! Would highly recommend. I would also recommend reaching out directly if there's anything specific you have in mind, as their inventory on their website doesn't include everything they have!

quickly to get everything set up for us. Great experience all around!
Our wedding planner had recommended Columbia Tent Rentals for the benches for our ceremony, chairs for our reception, and stage for our band. We chose them because they had the col...
or and style chairs we wanted, and were pleased we did. Kelly Reinckens was very easy to work with on the initial contract and she was accommodating to the changes we wanted to make. Everything arrived as described and looked great.
The one caveat was we asked Kelly if she could help us do a layout for our rehearsal dinner venue too, which is far from where Columbia is located. She kept putting us off and leaving us hanging for an answer, before finally having to decline. We don’t begrudge her for not being able to do it—we just wish she would’ve told us sooner. But overall, we’re very happy with the pieces we rented from Columbia and had a pleasant experience.
I would highly recommend using Columbia!!!! Always a pleasure working with Bryce and Kelly and there crew. All there rentals are in great condition and working properly!!! When it...
