d we loved the ability to rent out the entire club. Communication was excellent and the staff was fantastic at our wedding. Wedding planning during a pandemic is not easy, and Lindsey was patient and accommodating throughout the whole process. Our guests commented that the food was some of the best they've had at a wedding.

CCC has a new chef so that could be the reason, the food was great at the tasting but not the day of the wedding. I also was told that they had ran out of chicken. Other than that, the venue is absolutely beautiful and the event coordinator Laura Minton is excellent, she responded to all my emails and was a tremendous help on the day of the wedding. If the food was properly cooked I would give this place 5 stars.

process was made easy with the help of the event planner at the club, Laura. She listened to what we wanted, and made sure to pay attention to all of the little details. Laura was quick with communication, and ready to make adjustments as needed even within a week of our wedding. She offered great advice, and helped come up with ideas for details that we did not even think of ourselves.
Our taste testing was great. The Chef prepared such great options that we found it difficult to narrow down what we wanted. He really incorporated seasonal vegetables to take our fall wedding to the next level. Throughout the planning period, I felt so comfortable with Laura and had full trust that she would make sure everything went smoothly. This alleviated a lot of stress in the week leading up to the wedding.
Both sides of the wedding party were able to get ready at the club. The staff was very attentive making sure that we had everything that we needed and checked in with us frequently. They were very polite, and worked hard throughout the evening to keep us and our guests happy. The food from the appetizers to the salad before dinner and then dinner was all delicious. We had guests tell us it was the best meal they had ever had at a wedding.
Overall, we loved working with everyone at Columbus Country Club. They truly helped to make our wedding everything that we hoped it would be!

Laura Minton had great suggestions for outside vendors, and she was very organized in helping us plan our dream wedding. We got ready in the men’s/women’s locker rooms on our wedding day with a lunch buffet – which was so great! Our reception was absolutely beautiful and exactly what we wanted. The food was also great (which is hard to do at a 300-person wedding)! I highly recommend the CCC!!

having to shoot indoors, but this is a place I would book specifically FOR it's indoor space. It is so beautiful and the staff is also exceptional. Laura is a great resource and is helpful not only to couples, but vendors as well. We've worked together and she is just such a joy. I cannot wait to be in this space again!

sing the ballroom for the reception because a member with a terminal illness wanted it for his son's wedding. Instead, they offered to put a tent on the putting green for our reception. They considered this still within the contract since it stated that the room could change. When I asked about this before signing the contract, I was told that wouldn't happen because they did not have another room that could hold the number of guests that were attending our reception. We did not want to have a wedding reception in a tent. At the time, I did not want to focus on this unfair and unfortunate turn of events. Instead I scrambled to find another location for my daughter's wedding reception. I preferred not to even write a review but decided I would. I counted on the reviews on the Knot website for much of the wedding planning and decided it was important to caution others about this venue. Should this have not come up, we believe it would have been a wonderful wedding reception there. It is a beautiful location and the staff was great to work with.
I've been going to the CCC since I was a kid, so when we decided to get married in Columbus (we don't live there anymore) it quickly shot to the top of the list for reception venue...
s. The staff are great - and worked patiently with us to make sure everything was just perfect. We had a seated, served dinner and the food was interesting and delicious, the bar service was great (we had a bar on the patio and one in the living room). The only slight negative was that we had 155 guests seated in the main dining room along with the band and dance floor (we wanted to keep everyone in one room) - and it was pretty crowded. Overall - the reception was exceptional.
It looke like a southern plantation house. The whole country club is beautiful.;You have to be a memeber or know a member in order to have your reception at the club.
