Choosing Jen and Heath Combrinck of Combrinck Photography as our wedding photographers was one of the best decisions we made for our special day. Their talent in capturing beautifu...
l moments is truly unparalleled.
Our wedding day was marked by unexpected craziness, leading us to a visit to the ER. In the midst of this chaos, Jen and Heath didn't just fulfill their role as photographers; they went above and beyond in the most heartfelt way. Understanding that we missed a significant part of our reception, they took it upon themselves to create video diaries of warm wishes from our guests.
Receiving a flash drive filled with these touching messages was a true testament to their dedication and empathy. It not only captured the essence of the moments we had missed but also allowed us to experience the love and joy our guests shared. It warmed our hearts in a way words cannot express.
Despite the challenges of the day, Jen and Heath's commitment to ensuring we had a complete and cherished record of our wedding is something we will forever be grateful for. Their ability to turn what could have been a setback into a beautiful and memorable experience speaks volumes about their character and passion for their craft.
We wholeheartedly recommend Combrinck Photography to any couple seeking photographers who not only excel in their art but also deeply care about the people they work with. Their professionalism, creativity, and genuine kindness make them a dream team for capturing the most important moments in life. To Jen and Heath, thank you for turning our wedding day into a story we will joyfully recount for years to come. You are simply the best.

Jen and Heath really know what they’re doing and have mastered the art of getting timeless shots. We loved the way they captured our big day and the engagement photos as well!

d I getting ready. There wasn’t one picture I didn’t love and I’m picky about my pictures 🤣. We had our dogs in the wedding too and there was a couple cute pictures of them which I will treasure. They were also quick to send a preview of pictures and we love them all. We also had our engagement photos done and she made us feel comfortable and gave great instructions on how to pose that was flattering. I happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great photographer!

. We have worked around shifting schedules, bad weather, changing light times, and so many other factors. They were understanding, kind, and professional through it all. And best of all, the photos came out fantastic! They do such a good job with even less than ideal conditions! Both with candid shots and planned ones, I have no regrets. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a photographer at any time.
Jen & Heath were an absolute pleasure to work with and so great at making you feel comfortable in front of the camera. It’s been 6 months and I’m still swooning over our photos!

t as if a friend was with us. They made us so comfortable and really felt like getting photographed was such an seamless process. They made themselves hardly noticeable in our big crowds, yet somehow managed to capture every emotion and moment to be had! Not to mention the photos. I have never felt more beautiful than I did in the photos Jen and Heath captured!! The lighting, emotions, details, and beauty of these photos will be something we cherish for the rest of our lives. We cannot say enough good things about Combrinck Photography!!!!

ncredible engagement photos in 95 degree weather and even got our dog to pose! We only had our dog in photos for about 10 minutes, and Heath wrangled her for the remaining 1-1.5 hours of the session (talk about going above and beyond!).
Our wedding photos are nothing short of perfection. Jen and Heath not only made sure to cover everything on our shot list, but they also found other shots at our venue we hadn't thought of. They got some incredible candid shots of us, and captured all the details we worked so hard to create. They work so well as a team and it was clear they were in sync and had a plan for the entire day. Our families loved working with them, and they were very effective at corralling all our extended family for photos. They made such an impact on my family and wedding party that my sister gave them a shout out in her maid of honor speech!
I unfortunately got hurt at work a week before the wedding and had a few scratches on my face, but Jen was able to cover them all seamlessly with her editing. I emailed her to give her a heads up before the wedding, and she put me at ease by assuring me the scratches would not appear in any of the photos. They all came out beautifully, and we could not be happier with them!
Jen and Heath were such an amazing duo! My fiancé and I were actually both nervous to take our photos to start. However, after a few encouraging words from Jen and Heath, we were a...
bsolutely calm and thoroughly enjoyed our engagement shoot! When we received the photos, the detail in editing was clearly seen. You can absolutely tell that they love what they do!

y. Both Jen and Heath were so nice and helpful when it came to posing for different pictures. Each picture is better than the last, it's going to be so hard to pick our favorites! I have loved showing my family all the photos, my grandparents cannot believe how Jen and Heath were able to "capture our love" in so many photographs! Thank you Jen and Heath!
Jen and Heath are amazing photographers and the nicest people! I fell in love with their bright, crisp photography and editing style. Jen really knows how to capture these beautifu...
l moments, which she proved during our engagement session when I trusted in her vision, suggesting both the venue and types of shots. For our wedding, Jen put me right at ease checking in before our big day and I knew she had it all covered. I have received our wedding "sneak peek" and I cried with how amazing they are. I'm so excited to see the rest. Both Jen and Heath were such a pleasure to work with, they listened to all the necessary shots I was hoping to get and suggested other creative ones, having scoped out all the best places at our vineyard venue. I highly recommend them for all your photography needs and I look forward to calling on their fabulous photography skills again in the future.

ul diversity of compositions in their photography. Jen started us off with a fun, relaxed engagement shoot that helped us be at ease with her behind the camera. On the day of the wedding, they kept everyone moving while, at the same time, allowing space for important and special moments. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to do engagement/wedding photography in the greater Boston area!

sion photos, so you can imagine my excitement when Jen sent me some 'sneak peek' photos from our 8/21/21 wedding at the Cafe Escadrille in Burlington MA - WOW! Her style is calm and beautiful - she has a gift for capturing moments when you don't even realize she's there, so the result is genuine and you can feel it through her photos. One of my favorite so far is a moment where my now-husband and I were sitting at our sweetheart table before the toasts sharing a laugh. Jen and her husband Heath were beyond accommodating and very easy (and fun) to work with. I can't thank them enough for being the wonderful people they are and capturing our special day so beautifully :)

f our desired shots, and more, and we were amazed at how they were able to capture all the candid moments throughout the day while being so inconspicuous and not in anyone's way. We're so excited to enjoy these beautiful photos for years to come. We could not be more happy to have had them for our big day!

ay. Everything except for the payment check was handled online, which saved lots of time and eliminated the need for in-person meetings during the pandemic. Very convenient! We received a small selection of photos very soon after our wedding, and the final, much larger set was available just a couple weeks later. They asked detailed questions to make sure every important moment was captured, and they were great about adhering to COVID-19 guidelines, which was very important to us. Pricing was upfront, and we think they were well worth it. We have absolutely no hesitation recommending them as wedding photographers. They did an excellent job and were an absolute pleasure to work with!

nably priced, made us feel very comfortable/helped to direct us to look our best the day of (something I was nervous about going into the shoot), and was VERY quick to turn around the images she sent back to us. She estimated a week turn around and did it in under 3 days. AND I am so happy with them! I feel like these photos will be something we cherish for years to come. Jennifer has a great eye for detail and helped to make this time very special for us! If we weren't getting married back in my home state, we would certainly be happy to have her as our photographer for our big day, as well!

ots and candids we wouldn't have otherwise thought of while ensuring they captured what we wanted. They also sought out the best locations for photos and took the time to research and prepare in advance. The touchups looked beautiful and were done way before we were expecting, we even got to view some on our honeymoon! Even though there was a lot of uncertainty due to COVID and the weather, we knew we could count on Jen and Heath. They were respectful of our space and willing to accommodate unforeseen difficulties (which we really appreciated!!) We are incredibly happy with their work and thanks to them, can look back on these photos and remember our special day!

ll that she was going to be a pleasure to work with. On the days leading up to our ceremony we discussed different poses that we wanted to capture as well as confirming our location and timing. We had a simple park ceremony due to COVID-19 but you would never tell because of the way she shot our nuptials. Jenn paid attention to detail, captured all of our photos that we wanted, and was a joy to work with. It was the best day of our life and we are so happy that Jenn was able to capture our memories. If you are looking for a photographer in the area, do not hesitate because you will be blown away by her work!

er than we could've imagined. But we were truly impressed when, due to the coronavirus, we had to reschedule the wedding to two days earlier than we had originally planned. With 24 hours notice, they were ready to roll and were so accommodating of the wacky circumstances. We were so happy with how the pictures came out and would highly recommend them to anyone for any events.

ation leading up to your big day - whether it be face-to-face meetings, emails, or texts! Having Jen shoot our engagement photos allowed my husband and I to get comfortable with her prior to our big day. She was very accommodating at every turn. Our engagement session was out in the park in 15 degree weather, but our photo's still had that “cozy feeling”. She really let us be ourselves while also instructing us ways to look natural. Prior to our wedding day, we made a detailed timeline with shots we wanted and all family members. On the day, she was always nearby to capture candids, and with her right hand man Heath we got our beautiful photos within the expected time frame. I was blown away with them! Even though the wedding shoot location was VERY dark, the photos turned out fantastic. I constantly open up the digital album to re-live the day.
Jen and Heath did our engagement photo session in scenic Back Bay of Boston. We felt nervous posing for photos at first, but they instantly and kindly put us at ease. We loved the ...
area they picked out for the photos. They took time to ask questions about our personal preferences and then chose scenic locations personalized for us. The photographs captured the vivid colors so well!
Jen and Heath were attentive to capture candid moments while we walked from location to location, but gave us plenty of space to enjoy our walk together.
The quality of the digital photos was excellent. We have used them to make a photo book and were pleased with the results.
Combrinck Photography did an amazing job with our engagement and wedding photos . I loved how attentive they were towards us.
When I had my engagement shoot it was freezing cold,...
and snow everywhere! I am not used to this type of weather because I am from TX, where it is always so hot!!
However, Jen had so much patience with me during my engagement shoot and waited for me to warm up and then we started shooting again . It was so much fun!
The wedding photos were great as well. She emailed me beforehand to make sure what I wanted captured at my wedding. I also had a videographer for the wedding and they worked together so well. Heath and Jen are very kind and professional, they will capture every moment.

k our first look and family photos, working with the lawn and dock space available to create some truly memorable shots. They were also flexible with our travel arrangements (we arrived to our ceremony by boat) and our scheduling throughout the evening. At the reception, Jen shadowed me so that she was never in the way, yet always right there to capture every special moment. And the photos we got are incredible! I especially love all of the candid shots which preserved our spontaneous laughter and joy so clearly. We will have a hard time narrowing down our favorites for the wedding album! I cannot thank them enough for all that they have done.

a family members wedding June 2016--and we're thrilled that we did! Jen and Heath were communicative, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to get to know our vision and even visited the venue a couple months before our wedding to scope it out for the best spots for photos day of. We were also impressed with the timeline as we received all wedding photos 3 weeks after our wedding! We truly love the photos from our wedding, they captured true, special and genuine moments throughout the day! We couldn't be happier!
Jen and Heath were so helpful with all of the little details. The pictures were returned so fast and they came out beautiful and very professional.

I got a bunch of "teaser" pictures a week after my wedding, which were so fun and exciting to look at. And then the entire collection was done two weeks after the wedding! I was so happy to receive them so quickly! The pictures are absolutely fantastic. I'm getting a ton of compliments on them! I would definitely recommend Combrinck Photography!

ding the last thing you want to worry about it trying to hunt down your vendors. You will not have to worry about this with Combrinck Photography, they are prompt and thorough with their responses. They also really took the time to find out what we wanted from our wedding pictures and made sure any special requests we had were fulfilled. We appreciated the questionnaire they sent to us well ahead of time so that we all could be prepared for our pictures. Because of all of this and so much more we really treasure our wedding pictures, we couldn't be happier with them. The only night was captured for us. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. They really are the best!!!!

Combrinck Photography not only provided great photos from our wedding day, but they were also very professional and accommodating. Not only were they willing to travel from Boston,...
MA to Portland, ME where our wedding was held, but they were on time and well prepared for the day ahead. As the bride and groom you have so much to do and think about that day, it was nice to know that the photographers were not one of the things to worry about.
They kept in contact with us right up until the wedding and was even willing to use some of our suggestions in their photos. Since we love the city of Portland so much, we really wanted our pictures to showcase all the area has to offer-ocean, lighthouses, beaches, beautiful homes, cobblestones streets and more. The Combrinck's not only worked with our wants, but also were willing to travel to several locations throughout the day to capture us in our favorite spots around the city. After all was said and done, we got a variety of beautiful shots-some posed, others candid- that we can use to look back in the years ahead. Bottom line- if you're looking for an excellent, hard working, professional, but most importantly fun photographer- be sure to choose Combrinck Photography, you won't regret it!
Combrinck Photography truly made a dream come true photo engagement session for my fiancé and I. After getting engaged, I really looked forward to our engagement photo session. My ...
fiancé and I love taking photos and have taken many during the time we were dating. So we really wanted something unique and that would really showcase our love for each other. Jen and Heath made that come true! We took props with us and photos with poses we wanted to imitate and they made it happen! We had our pictures taken at Central Park and finished on a rooftop in Brooklyn. The photographers, Jen and Heath knew exactly where the lighting would be best and when we could catch the sunset. When we arrived to Central Park, they already had mapped out perfect locations for our photos. They took into consideration all of our ideas and shared there own. They have great insight and can really make that special moment you want captured in a picture happen. Not only are they great photographers, but they have a hard working, sweet personality! We never felt rushed or overwhelmed. They made it a fun experience and didn't even mind my mother jumping in to take some shots on her cellphone!! The best part of the whole experience is our photos were given to us quickly! They were edited beautifully. I was more than happy with the outcome. I 100% recommend Combrinck Photography to all brides and grooms out there!! You will not be disappointed!

ations. We were a little nervous, but she really put us at ease, and it shows in the photos. She captured a wonderful time in our lives so well! When we got the pictures, we were absolutely delighted with how they came out - JMT Photography surpassed our expectations!
Before the wedding she was very helpful as far as timing and ideas for the wedding. The day of we had the package with two photographers and we couldn't have asked for better, or ...
more professional people to deal with. They were there for everything we wanted captured, but not overbearing or in the way. The price of the package was great, which was a big part of why we picked JMT in the first place. The price was great, but the service was even better!
Jen was a fantastic and professional photographer. As most of you know, your wedding day is the happiest and possibly one of the most stressful days of you your life. She arrived...
early on the day of the wedding (before we were even ready) and truly captured our style, the love, the fun, and the excitement of our day. She was very calm (which I definitely needed before the wedding). At the end of the night, she told us preview photos would be up the next day. My family was so excited and even the preview photos came out fantastic. We received our CD of our wedding photos just a few weeks after the wedding and also made us a fantastic photo book! She is a true artist and professional and I would recommend her to any of my family or friends!!

ave a formal office, so we had plans to meet at a local coffee shop. We set up a day and time and I plugged the appointment into my calendar. The night (6:00pm) before our appointment, she emailed me to ask if I could meet 45 minutes earlier instead. Ok, that's fine. Our schedule was pretty flexible for that day. I got up the next day to check for directions to the coffee shop and I have another email from her saying that she has suddenly reached the maximum amount of weddings for the month of my wedding and will have to cancel today's appointment - sorry and best wishes. The email was sent at 10:00am and our appointment was at 1:00pm. I'm glad I checked my email before we headed our for the day. I understand how quickly vendors can get booked, but I wish I had been alerted to the fact that she was getting close to having too many weddings for that month. If she has a limit to the amount of weddings she will do per month, this is something that a client should know in the beginning. I just assume that, if they are free for the day of my wedding, then there would be no problems unless someone came along and booked them for that date. I understand that she is only one person - but I think that the way this situation was handled was completely unprofessional. She is clearly unorganized in the way she handles clients and appointments. At least I know this now, instead of booking her and having something happen on the day of my wedding.
