ut from the wedding and immediately took over every single aspect of the last minute planning/coordination for me. Considering I’m from out of state, having someone local to the venue take over and finalize details was so relieving. I think we texted back and forth every day for that entire month! And even before then she was available to answer questions and recommend vendors. Danielle really goes out of her way to ensure you don’t feel overwhelmed. About 2 weeks out, she created a timeline and was the point of contact for all vendors and made sure everyone was on the same page. I didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
On the day of the wedding, it was down pouring and I was so stressed, but Danielle’s calm demeanor truly helped so much. She managed everything outside (like making sure important items stayed dry), so I could stay inside and get ready. Thankfully, the rain let up just before the ceremony and it turned out to be a beautiful day. We had multiple guests comment on how smooth the event ran and how amazing our coordinator was! Thank you again, Danielle, for making our wedding weekend a literal dream!! We couldn’t recommend her enough!

ordinator, where I thought maybe it wasn’t as important because I have family willing to pitch in and help on the wedding day. We ended up hiring Danielle and I was seriously blown away. I can’t believe I ever thought we could do it without her!
The week leading up to the wedding was as low of stress as it could have been because Danielle put together a timeline.
We had our wedding at the Coconut Palm Inn (also highly recommend). Every vendor was contracted separately, and Danielle reviewed all contracts and made sure they would arrive according to the timeline.
Danielle set up all of our decor just as we imagined. We forgot a card box, so she loaned us a beautiful one. We were traveling from Chicago, so she also loaned us an easel to use for our seating chart. I didn’t have any decor planned for the sand ceremony table and Danielle made it look beautiful by using some of the flower girl petals to decorate. Oh and is there a chance your best man will forget the rings before walking down the aisle? Not to worry! 😅 Danielle does final checks before everyone walks down the aisle.
When my bridal bouquet arrived and left a bit to be desired, Danielle quickly coordinated with the florist to add in more florals, and it turned out stunning.
I could tell that Danielle was always listening to our vision (and our goal to keep our budget in check).
Multiple wedding guests commented to us to that our planner worked very hard and was very organized.

She was always on hand for advice and provided us with a step by step guide to the day so everything ran smoothly. She was so organised and helpful, we met up for a run through the day before and she put any last minute nerves we had at ease. As we were heading to our room to change outfits, a stranger approached us wanting to set up camp on the beach even though the venue had signs saying it was reserved. We were so grateful when Danielle ran over (from out of nowhere, it seemed) and saved us from the awkward encounter. We wanted a very private, low-key, casual beach wedding and she made sure we got the night of our dreams.

Danielle is very passionate about what she does and is gifted at wedding planning. Punctual, professional, kind, calm, hard-working and genuine, she is the perfect wedding planner for the perfect day. (Coming from a bride who was at ease planning a wedding from Kansas City because it was made seamless.) more involved than we ever imagined. Having Danielle to guide us in our decisions made things a million times less stressful as the big day approached. She was readily available to answer any questions we had and to make calls that we didn't have time to handle ourselves. She has great taste and we fully trusted her opinion throughout the process. When it came to the big day, everything went completely flawless! Danielle handled everything down to the last tiny details and we were free to enjoy our day. We forgot to pick up a few last minute things on the wedding day and within minutes Danielle was on it! edding and helping us have a better day than we even dreamed about. Being able to relax, drink mimosas and spend precious time with family and friends leading up to the ceremony was invaluable to us.
We did most of our original planning on Pintrest because it is such an amazing resource. However, the result of my 'pinning' was a pile of shabby-chic-rustic-modern-natural-earthy unbalanced, hot mess of ideas with no rhyme or reason between them. Danielle knew the 'vision' we had for our wedding. She took our 'hot mess' of a pile and turned it into a Farm Style wedding that still has our guests raving.
During our reception, Danielle kept our event flowing naturally. She discreetly guided us when we were in a happy, blissful fog. If there were any issues, we did not know about them because her focus was making sure we remained virtually stress free. We don't know what we would have done without her there.
