During the planning process, there was a hiccup with one of the travel companies, but Jen was great at reaching out to them and trying to secure a refund for us. e the honeymoon planning process fun and stress free....exactly how it should be when you're planning your first trip as Mr & Mrs! Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we ended up changing honeymoon locations several months after we had already booked our original trip. Jennifer was AMAZING in helping us through what could have been a terrible experience. Within 24 hours, she had information regarding cancelling our first trip and 5+ options for the new one (locations/resorts, flights, pricing, etc). The most we had to worry about was which beautiful Caribbean location we wanted to be in after the wedding. We were absolutely thrilled with the whole process, from the pre-planning meeting to find out what we wanted/bucket list items to the follow up emails asking how things went for us.
