Communication wasn't great leading up to our event. I had to call to ask when I would be reached out to plan Photography and DJ and was told to wait till month of to hear from them...
, we didn't hear from them till about 10 days before the wedding. They explained because that's how they worked and because of other events but as a bride to be planning a wedding this really sucked.
Our DJ was amazing she di da great job with Mexican music and even had one of our guest pay her to stay longer all while training somebody I might add. Selene is her name 10/10!
We also got our photographer through them and I was not please with her. We zoom before hand and explained to her my insecurities ( double chin, RBF) and she said no worries I will tell you throughout the day to adjust your face/head for pictures. This did not happen. We get our sneak peek and are posted on their company socials. Well come to find out one of them my undergarments' are showing, the photos are so edited that the clothes of guest and even the grooms suit are different colors, there was small details like straps, veils, or hands that where ignored or not mentioned my photographer and subsequently ending in pictures that don't look put together. After I asked to get those pictures taken down and was already disappointed we got our full album. She did not get pictures of dinner, cocktail hour, or photo booth (she did get 2 of this but they where off-center and as if she snapped them just passing by). In additional to lack of those pictures we also got a surplus of pictures of the most random moments/things. I mean easily 20 plus pictures of the same moment.
We chose them because I use to work for them in my teenage years and was very fond of the work they did. I am not sure when things shifted but for what we paid for it was not worth it and am now left with meh photos. Honestly would not recommend.

5th and we took down those photos right away and fixed the oversite with the sneak peaks. I also addressed with you the communication before the event with our staff. We understand that visiting closer to the day is not always ideal for everyone however we want to make sure that all the plans are finalized and also our staff can make sure they have a sole focus on your event before moving on to the next couple and their day. Our office staff however is always available to answer question that you might have leading up to your day and we sent several confirmations before you got to visit with our staff. We are sorry if you felt that we were not being there for you or not allowing you to get in touch with our staff as early as you wanted. We are however happy to hear that you enjoyed working with Selene as your DJ and that you would give her a 10/10. I know that she worked hard for you in making sure you were taken care of. I however will be visiting with our photographer about some of the missed opportunities that you have mentioned. Most of the time we are outside taking pictures of the couple during the cocktail hour and there are few pictures that can be taken during the dinner, but more detailed shots should have been taken of important things like the photo booth. We provided to you over 1000 images and to only have two pictures, taken from a distance, is not what I would consider enough also. I am not sure what you mean with the 20 random moment shots, but she must have felt they were important enough to have them included within your images count. We strive to provide all of our clients with the best possible service and in this case, it seems that we are only halfway to achieving that goal for you. For that we are sorry! We have an excellent track record of being a quality service since I have taken over as owner for the past 3 year as you can see with amount of perfect 5 star. We are sorry that we did not live up to your expectations though!

They have everything I did and didn't know I needed to have planned as a first time Bride.
