He was kind, funny, lively, and overall had a great vibe. He was confident and asked many questions during our zoom call to make sure he knew what vibe we wanted for our wedding, this really put me and my husband at ease. We went into our day with complete trust. He rocked the event! The music he played was great and he knew how to read the room! He went above and beyond to make our day so special. We had Ben and Nick for videography. They were excellent as well. While I dont have the entire wedding video back, based on the minute long sneak peak, I can say I loved it! Ben was so nice and easy going, he was amazing and very easy to work with. Truly from the start to the end Complete Weddings and Events out of Bloomington was nothing short of phenomenal. They were professional, excellent at their jobs, affordable, communicative, on time, and truly fun to be around! Thanks again!

o detail. It was my (bride’s) family who was watching pictures taken and noticed clutter in the background of portraits and that I was standing on a brightly colored doormat. When they asked if they should move them, the photographer said no. Now these are the number one things I notice when looking at my wedding pictures. She rushed all of our family photos, and didn’t take the time to adjust people into open spaces. Our videographer was nice but missed some very key moments of the day. While these were frustrating, the main issue was the editing. Our wedding video was awful. Instead of crying tears of joy watching it, I cried tear of disappointment. While they re-edited the video, it was still bad. We ended up hiring someone completely separate to edit the video, which cost over a thousand dollars. I’m not normally the type of person to leave reviews like this, but it’s been 2 months since our wedding and I am still so upset about it. We have about 20 pictures that we actually like from the wedding. Family members aren’t even looking at the camera in our pictures of them because they didn’t know they were taken. Please be cautious booking complete. Know the photographers and videographers at the event ARE NOT editing the photos and video. The people who do are looking to finish the project as quickly as possible with no concern for the end product. If I could go back, I would pay double the price to get photos and videos to cherish of the biggest day of my life, not ones that make me cry when I see them.

When calling our DJ ahead of our wedding to discuss details, he made it clear he would do everything possible to ensure we had an enjoyable event. He asked clarifying questions and explained how he would honor our wishes to bring our vision to life. The week of our wedding, he reached out Monday morning to confirm details and offer additional support. At our wedding, he kept us on schedule with our timeline, quickly adjusted to weather and timeline changes, and facilitated fun activities that got our guests engaged in dancing and celebrating us. Even with the unplanned activities he implemented, Lucas still maintained the class and wishes we had for our guests and event. We highly recommend Lucas and his DJ services!

Austin did a wonderful job with some of our stranger requests and checked in with a few people when the volume got too high and asked for him to turn it down. He also did a phenomenal job curating the playlists. Caiti was also very professional and was popping in and out getting her footage, I just, unfortunately, didn’t get to talk to her much on the day.

wedding before ours. The music was perfect. Everything was on queue and I didn’t even have to remind him of anything. It’s like he wasn’t there and the music was just playing to the timing of our day. Might have to knock of some points for him not getting out on the dance floor but we are still reeling from the good vibes he helped provide so A+ 110 percent. Jordan was perfect as well. Kept us on schedule and calm when we would start to worry about deadlines. Very little was required of me and his availability seemed like 24/7. Incredibly communicative and was always ready with an answer. Great pricing too for what they offer. If you’re not using complete I’m not quite sure what you’re doing. :)

n it came time to match us with a DJ, he got to know my fiance and I and matched us perfectly with Austin Hart! After our virtual meeting to put together our plans, we instantly clicked with Austin. We had so much in common, and he was so attentive to our various requests as fellow music people and made sure to assure us he would do his best to make our day perfect. He sure outdid himself in that aspect! He was engaging, fun, and upbeat, which was the exact vibe we were looking for! He played every one of our requests and made it SO much fun to tear it up on the dancefloor during our reception! We were so grateful to have him as a part of our special day!

Our photographers, Joey Aquino and Jessica Hall, captured our most treasured moments in such a beautiful way. Of course, their amazing talent made sure the lighting was perfect and the camera was lined up just right, but they also caught every moment. Even the special moments where we thought nobody was watching. Every moment that you will hold close to your heart for the rest of your life. They both also had us giggling all day and night long! They had so many ideas of new photos to take, new poses to try, and new ways to make us twirl around with joy. Our videographer, Devin Rohrs, took what felt like normal routine moments and reminded us how special each breath with each other and our loved ones is. His attention to details made the simple things magnify. He captured the love in our hearts and made it shine brightly before us on replay. Devin makes you feel like you are one of the most special couples he has ever met and that all of your hard work planning for this day paid off in a huge way. He makes you feel seen and beautiful for who you are. And somehow all of that shows up in the videos, too. Our DJ, Omo Jimoh, was the life of the party at our wedding. Omo came early, and set up not one—but two stations so he could be a part of everything at the reception. He checked in on us frequently, making sure we had everything we needed and that we were having the perfect evening. Then when dinner was over, the party came alive through Omo’s music and the captivating way he interacted with the guests. He kept everyone having the time of their lives out on the dance floor. You can tell that he knows how to speak through music and his personality is one of the kindest and most energetic personalities that blends to become someone you can’t help but want to be around. He makes you want to jump with joy and his talent has you dancing all across the room. You don’t realize it when you book your photography, videography, and DJ team that they are going to be doing everything with you all day. As you get ready, as you walk down the aisle, as you say your vows and light your candles, as you pose with your bridal party and your family, as you make your reception entrance and get introduced as Mr. And Mrs., as you’re toasting, dancing, cutting cake, crying over your best friends’ speeches, being whisked away by your limo after a sparkling send off, and every moment in between. You spend a lot of precious moments with this crew that you’ve hired. But Joey, Jessica, Devin, and Omo weren’t just a crew of paid vendors. No, they became special friends that made everything more fun, they hyped us up, and reminded us to soak it all in and feel how special each moment is. Even further, when their shots lists were complete and the last hour we booked them for was up, they stayed late to continue capturing the moments. And then, they put their gear away and celebrated right alongside us on the dance floor. Genuinely wanting to have fun and celebrate our marriage with us. DJ went above and beyond to ensure we were on the same page, communicated to the photographer, and did way more than just play our music! He stepped in to ensure we ate, put our wedding cake away, danced between songs to encourage guests to come out and join. Our photographer said that he was the best collaborator she’s ever worked with at a wedding and made it so easy for her to work with our timeline and have it all run smoothly. Tristan was so kind and polite to our guests! He encouraged guests to come visit the Photo Booth, which was a popular part of our wedding night. He communicated to me through the entire process and was so flexible when guests asked for copies of their photos. Up until the very end of the night, both DJ and Tristan were so professional and did whatever they could to make our night run smoothly and fun! Could not recommend them enough!!

DJ, Jon, was OUTSTANDING and totally lived up to his word to keep the party up and the dance floor busy. I so appreciate that he is a genuine DJ - blending the music and building the sound - not just a guy with a playlist. He listened to what we wanted, what we didn't want, and just made the night a huge success. I cannot thank him and the rest of the team enough. Oh, and the uplighting made the BCPA ballroom even more beautiful than it already is and made the space feel more full and intimate, with no extra effort on us.

obooth was such a fun addition to the night, and getting access to the digital photos right away made for a fun time the day after looking through them. Our DJ, Blake, was incredible. From starting the dance floor in a great way, to the song selection throughout the night, and counting down to New Year at midnight he did an amazing job keeping the party going! Multiple people have told us how great he was, and that they couldn't believe how packed the dance floor was all night! Our videographer was Ben, and he absolutely knocked it out of the park. He was prepared for everything, our microphone didn't work during the ceremony but he had personally mic'd us so the audio on the video will still be crystal clear. He was able to send us a teaser trailer within about 48 hours of our event, that was just beautiful and a great thing to be able to immediately share to family and friends who couldn't make it. Finally, Jordan was incredible to work with. His experience and easy personality make Complete an easy recommendation to make to anyone planning their Wedding!
