We used Hope for our photographer. She did great capturing all of our special moments. Very respectful of how we felt. Chandler was our DJ, he did great with our requests and kept the party going. Both of them went above and beyond, even made sure of we needed any refills of drinks or anything in general.

The engagement/wedding photos were incredible and available in a timely manner. The DJ did a fantastic job of fitting the vibe of our receptions. Communication with everyone was excellent and their portal helped organize the photographer and DJ details.

I have been in the event industry for over 14 years. I previously managed an event venue and later worked as the GM of Banquets for the convention center in Omaha, NE. I was looking to make a change, but I wanted to stay in the Wedding & Event industry! The opportunity to become the owner of a Complete Weddings + Events franchise presented itself, and I am thrilled to say I purchased the business in April of 2019 and moved to Des Moines, IA! I'm so excited to provide you with exceptional wedding & event services to make your special day AMAZING!!

d all the photos we received. I was not as impressed with the DJ service. The music was good but the DJ (Darcy) was just ok in our opinion. He kept asking the groom and I questions throughout the night about timeline things. We had a day of coordinator and a timeline printed but we kept getting questions. It was just odd to us that we kept getting interrupted when we hired people to handle this. This is partly a reflection on our day of coordinator as well.

with Sue throughout our wedding planning journey put me completely at ease as she was eager to answer my millions of questions and assist us with managing all of our wedding planning details. Our photographer Jennifer was a complete joy to be around, and her sneak peek photos are already more beautiful than I dreamed they would be. Our assistant photographer Megan was essential for capturing additional angles of photos during our ceremony as well as the getting ready process. Her work is stunning as well and we are so glad she was with us. Our DJ Trey was energetic and accommodating for every single thing we requested (as well as kind to our families throughout their requests). Our Photo Booth attendant Andrea was so lovely and generous with her time; our guests LOVED the photo booth and we laughed so much looking at our album after we returned home. I could not recommend the Complete Events team more highly. Take it from me as someone who planned her wedding from out of state- you will not regret working with the experienced and coordinated team of Complete Weddings and Events. They made our day simply magical.

understanding, helpful, or easy going people. They were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed. pful, providing planning sheets and contact via email to help us plan how our wedding will go and to answer any questions. Getting closer to our day they gave us the names and contact information for our vendors and when I lost that information they were quick to send it to me again. We were able to chat with Quinton, our DJ, via Zoom a week before our day to iron out some details including the timing of the evening and the type of music we wanted (we have an odd taste in music and he was able to accommodate us without any issue, I walked down to Hamilton and Ryan Bingham was the artist for our first dance song). Emily was our photographer for the day. She was great! She coordinated really well with our private videographer and even accommodated some odd poses we requested. She made sure we had time to mingle with our guests as well as time for photos. During our dances I barely noticed her, but I could see her working hard on the sidelines. She really liked her. We also got the photo booth and up lighting. We were able to get the lighting in mint green, which was one of our wedding colors and it really put a nice polish on our decorations. The photo booth was definitely the biggest hit of the night. Andrea and Misty were super friendly and were even seen dancing when they weren't busy. We received a copy of all the photo strip in a book with notes from our guests, which was one of our favorite items from the night. The pictures were a blast to look through. Overall, will definitely recommend to all our friends.

Our videographer was absolutely AMAZING (Kelsey). She did a great job with our video and was getting the most precious moments of the night. Our photographer also did a great job,...

but made us spend time outside on 110 degree weather. 😂 Our DJ had a couple issues which is why I rated this at a 4. I had my phone plugged into the aux cord half the night because he only had CD's to play from (which was not new music) and his Spotify wasn't working in the building we were in. This was slightly annoying considering the price we paid for Complete.
