ake sure he was set up and ready to shoot at 9 sharp and made sure to get every detail I wanted. He was very professional and he gave us poses and showed us what to do for the best shots. We got tons of compliments about how friendly and attentive he was with our guests and I can't wait to see the video!
Darron was equally as amazing! Since it was a daytime wedding I was really worried about people not dancing much but he made sure to read the room and use the playlist I provided accordingly, he even added a song we didn't know that had our last name in it and it was SO special and truly a moment my husband and I will remember. Everyone was asking for his information by the end of the wedding because he did such a great job not only with the music but with the flow of the wedding. I can definitely see why he's on the preferred list!
As always there were a few hiccups. The angles of the live stream were off so while they got the bridal party walking to the aisle, they missed everyone walking down the aisle but it’s still a fun way to rewatch the ceremony and relive some of those moments.
The photographer we had was Marcy and her assistant Anya and my biggest regret was not being more clear about what shots were important to me. I created a shot list which I provided the week of the wedding but with timeline complications many shots were missed including any of me with my mother. We also didn’t receive any shots from cocktail hour even though we stopped group photos to join cocktail hour for the last 30 minutes. However, we received our pictures back from the editing team in about three weeks and they were great! We even received all the assistants shots in separate folders as well. You can definitely see the quality of the photos were amazing so in the end it all worked out.

I had the best experience possible working with Complete Media for my 40th birthday celebration. I began working with Damon & Arturo for the planning process and about a week out I spoke with Johnny the actual photographer who would be shooting...
my event. He spent a good amount of time discussing with me my event and really wanted to know what was important. He asked all the right questions to ensure he was going to be able to capture the photos I wanted. When it came to the day of the even Johnny was early and even assisted me with setting up since my rental company was running 1.5 hours late dropping everything off.
During the event Johnny was all over the place shooting away. He interacted with my guests and left a positive impression on them. I had numerous guests after the event telling me how friendly he was. The next business day Arturo touched base with me to see how everything was. He informed me my photos were in editing and I will be receiving them shortly. Once I received the photos, they were PERFECT! Johnny really made sure he got all the photos I wanted including every guest and of all the action. Without a doubt I would recommend Complete Media to anyone looking for ANY of their services offered. They are a top-notch company who really deliver.

They are not helpful. They are not professional. Even during COVID they aren’t respectful of issues going on. Do not recommend. Would never recommend them to anyone. Please please stay away for the sake of your sanity.

alking about our wedding. DJ Darren made our wedding fun and did not make it feel forced. I don’t like being forced to dance I’m very shy but even I myself got up and danced. I think I only sat down for five minutes at my wedding And that was during the toasts. Fast forward to almost 2 years later , My husband and I now have a beautiful newborn little girl. Complete did our first family photo shoot. Photographer Johnny was outstanding. His main concern was making sure that our little girl was comfortable and happy. It was very hot outside and he understood that newborns sometimes get very fussy. The second our little one would start to cry he would allow us to pause to cool her down change her or give her something to drink. He was very understanding and very patient which we appreciate it very much. Johnny was very down to earth and family friendly, I think we made a new personal friend. He made the photo shoot feel very natural. He did not pose as only directed us. He wanted to capture the natural beauty of our family. We had a blast and we did not feel rushed at all. Johnny made our first family photo shoot very special. This company is just outstanding. Everyone that you speak with is very family oriented down-to-earth and very sweet. I have no complaints about this company at all and will continue to recommend them to family and friends. I also have to give recognition to the event director Arturo. He’s very personable very friendly. He gets back to your emails right away. He always make sure that you feel like you’re well taken care of. He always follows up and always gets back to you. t songs. Love his outgoing personality, it was perfect for my wedding. He worked with my time or lack thereof and helped at the time when it was convenient for me. Very accommodating staff. Initially I wasn’t sure if I should go with this company because I found them online, I had no reason to work with them, but after my first conversation with Arturo it was clear that they would have done a great job and they did. Every song I had on my planning sheet was played every single one( even my Bahamian songs�) . Darron also worked really well with the other vendors which made that a plus. Definitely would use them again and would recommend them to anyone. Request Darron if he’s available you won’t regret it.

being Joe, who was a very kind guy. He seemed to play all the songs we asked him to. However, during the ceremony, the sound for our officiant kept going in and out the whole ceremony. The most disappointing part was that it cut out at the very end when our officiant announced us as Mr. and Mrs. Schwalbach for the first time. Also, we had discussed with Joe prior to the wedding that our officiant would be holding a wireless mike and would pass it to our friend who was singing during the ceremony. When our friend got up to go get the mike from the officiant, it was actually Joe who had the mike for her but he was back behind the guests. She went over to him to get the mike but then had to stand back by him (behind the guests) to sing. We would've liked our friend to be in the front so guests could see her as she sang.
At the reception things seemed to go very smoothly - Joe even made my (the bride) plate as I walked through the buffet line (very nice of him!). There were a few announcements that we had asked for which I didn't hear (I think he was just quiet/not attention grabbing). No one knew there was pizza out late night, but this could have been the venues fault for not telling the DJ to announce this. Overall, the music was good at the reception but I didn't think Joe had a loud enough personality for what we were looking for. If we had been able to meet the DJ beforehand we may have known this and been able to go with a different DJ. But the DJ we wanted backed out and Joe didn't have many, if any, reviews online so we weren't sure what kind of DJ we were getting. I think Joe is a great guy, and overall did a good job. I just think we would've gone with a different DJ for us.

I could only imagine what would have happened if you would have hired a DJ (and not a company) and they had an emergency come up. I would hate to think of all of the stress you would have trying to find somebody else with only 2 months before the wedding!!
I also appreciate the feedback about the ceremony. I will make sure our Operations Manager tests the equipment and talks to the DJ about the details like the announcements.
I hate that you have these dark clouds over your wedding day due to us. Call me so we can discuss how to make things right.

were even better. We had the videographer scheduled for 8 hours. He ended up staying a little overtime in order to get a few extra shots of the reception and didn't expect or ask to be paid overtime. The video turned out amazing and we all love it! Our DJ was a blast and really knew how to MC the entire reception. He was quick with dinner, confident and fun. The guests really enjoyed him. We had so much fun on the dance floor that we also kept him around for an extra hour for a small fee. I have nothing but great things to say about Complete. Highly recommend!

ent friends recommended him. He is a great DJ, the floor was packed all night long. However, I did feel that he wanted to be more of an emcee than a DJ. He is VERY interactive with guests (dancing with the guests, rapping/singing, bringing the mic around for people to sing during songs, etc)- so if you're looking for that style you will be impressed. I thought it was a little over the top for my taste- but at the end of the night the floor was still packed and I couldn't complain.

My sister-in-law used DJ Patrick for her wedding in St. Charles, MO and we loved him so much that we used him for our Chesterfield, MO wedding at the Butterfly House. He showed that he cared by running everything by us and kept everyone dancing...
