ho is considering using them for their own events. Our photographer was Todd. He was personable, funny, took great pictures, and was willing to get as many shots as we wanted during our engagement shoot as well as the wedding. He sent the pictures to us in a very timely manner and I believe we received a great large set of photos. Unfortunately we can’t remember our videographers names as we had only met them the day of the wedding but they also did a great job. The only reason we didn’t give a full 5 stars is because of two reasons: 1–During our vows video, as we transitioned to doing our unity sand, the videographer seemed to have let go of the camera and it wasn’t focused on the ceremony for a few seconds but at the sky instead. It was momentary but wasn’t edited out and we would’ve preferred if he would’ve just held the camera focused on us/ the ceremony during that time. 2– the recording of the MOH’s toast was cut off in the beginning. (We have communicated with the company to see if that part was accidentally edited out or if the videographer unfortunately started recording late- at the time of this review we are unsure of the answer as of yet). Otherwise, they did a great job and we do truly appreciate their hard work.

nth prior to the wedding. Once we booked Complete, communication would take 1-2 weeks to hear back. We did not get any photographer or videographer we requested for our wedding. When I asked Tia when we could set up a time to talk with them, she eventually told us it was not done until the week prior to the wedding. We heard from our photographer and videographer the week of our wedding. We sent photo ideas, our timeline with "must shots", and all other details. The videographer, Kevin, was incredible! He was prompt and so kind. He made our teaser video, sent it to us 2 days later and we loved it. We had 2 photographers who were fine. They were pretty soft spoken and did not really direct to get the typical posed shots that we had asked for, or kind of tell you what way posing would look best. The photos still turned out beautiful. A month later we got our final edited video back. The video was nothing like the teaser that was produced because Kevin sends off the footage to the production team. The music was horrible, like slow background elevator music. Shots that were selected were shaky, had too much exposure to even see the details, included footage of things that were not part of our wedding, included audio from a toast that mentioned another couple's name and not ours, and lacked must shots we had requested on the form they send out. We felt that the company did not even think about who they were making the video for, or read the form they request to be filled out for how you want the video. We expressed our concerns and Tia stated she would work on re-doing the video. Three months later we got a new video back, which was better but still not worth what we paid, and still did not have the shots that we requested as "musts". We responded back inquiring why the must shots had not been included. We were told that some of the files were not to "their standards or corrupted", so none of it was included. We were offered to have the raw footage sent over to make up for this. We have still not received these files, but hope that we can create our own video that we are excited to rewatch for years to come. Overall, I would not hire them again if we were to redo the whole thing. The photo and video are something that we will hold onto for years to come, and for the price they charged, we wish we had hired another company that would care more about the product they are producing.
