You guys were very easy to work with and always answered any questions I had quickly! EZ was our DJ and he did not disappoint. I was begging him to play an encore at the end of the night because I did not want it to end! He was so AMAZING!!

We used Complete Weddings + Events for our wedding DJ. The staff were extremely responsive and I loved their online forms, which were easy to update! Our DJ, DJKB (Brandon) was the BEST! During our planning meeting we covered all the details and he executed the day to perfection! So happy that DJKB was a part of our day!

My husband and myself rented the photo booth services for our wedding on 4/22/23. This was, by far, one of the most fun things that we rented for our day! We have so many wonderful photo strips of us and our guests having the best time! The employees were super helpful during the planning process and very patient with questions. Easy way to get a bundle of different services! I loved that our photographers and videographer had worked together before. You could tell they vibed off each other and it worked really well!

(4.5 stars) My wife and I were recommended the Complete company through our venue. We were very pleased with the customizable package deals they offered and we believe we got our monies worth. We would recommend the Complete company to anyone who is considering using them for their own events. Our photographer was Todd. He was personable, funny, took great pictures, and was willing to get as many shots as we wanted during our engagement shoot as well as the wedding. He sent the pictures to us in a very timely manner and I believe we received a great large set of photos. Unfortunately we can’t remember our videographers names as we had only met them the day of the wedding but they also did a great job. The only reason we didn’t give a full 5 stars is because of two reasons: 1–During our vows video, as we transitioned to doing our unity sand, the videographer seemed to have let go of the camera and it wasn’t focused on the ceremony for a few seconds but at the sky instead. It was momentary but wasn’t edited out and we would’ve preferred if he would’ve just held the camera focused on us/ the ceremony during that time. 2– the recording of the MOH’s toast was cut off in the beginning. (We have communicated with the company to see if that part was accidentally edited out or if the videographer unfortunately started recording late- at the time of this review we are unsure of the answer as of yet). Otherwise, they did a great job and we do truly appreciate their hard work.

We booked Complete photography and videography for our wedding on 11/5/2022. Tia was great and responsive when inquiring initially. We were told we could request a specific photographer and videographer, and would be able to talk with them a month prior to the wedding. Once we booked Complete, communication would take 1-2 weeks to hear back. We did not get any photographer or videographer we requested for our wedding. When I asked Tia when we could set up a time to talk with them, she eventually told us it was not done until the week prior to the wedding. We heard from our photographer and videographer the week of our wedding. We sent photo ideas, our timeline with "must shots", and all other details. The videographer, Kevin, was incredible! He was prompt and so kind. He made our teaser video, sent it to us 2 days later and we loved it. We had 2 photographers who were fine. They were pretty soft spoken and did not really direct to get the typical posed shots that we had asked for, or kind of tell you what way posing would look best. The photos still turned out beautiful. A month later we got our final edited video back. The video was nothing like the teaser that was produced because Kevin sends off the footage to the production team. The music was horrible, like slow background elevator music. Shots that were selected were shaky, had too much exposure to even see the details, included footage of things that were not part of our wedding, included audio from a toast that mentioned another couple's name and not ours, and lacked must shots we had requested on the form they send out. We felt that the company did not even think about who they were making the video for, or read the form they request to be filled out for how you want the video. We expressed our concerns and Tia stated she would work on re-doing the video. Three months later we got a new video back, which was better but still not worth what we paid, and still did not have the shots that we requested as "musts". We responded back inquiring why the must shots had not been included. We were told that some of the files were not to "their standards or corrupted", so none of it was included. We were offered to have the raw footage sent over to make up for this. We have still not received these files, but hope that we can create our own video that we are excited to rewatch for years to come. Overall, I would not hire them again if we were to redo the whole thing. The photo and video are something that we will hold onto for years to come, and for the price they charged, we wish we had hired another company that would care more about the product they are producing.

Our wedding guests LOVED Complete's photobooth! They provided the full set-up, fun accesories and the lady that helped everyone was incredibly nice! I certainly recommend!!!

Complete weddings have an amazing team of talented and professional people. Tia was very attentive and easy to work with. We contracted the photo booth and DJ for our wedding. Our guest had a blast at the photo booth and Dj Survivor keep the party going all night! He was on point with all the details as we planned from the first dance which it was magical until the last song. Thank you Tia, you and your team are the best!

This company was amazing! The DJ had such a good personality and a lot of energy. Our photographer was so helpful and took amazing shots. He was open to suggestions and had great ideas of his own. I would definitely use them again!!!

Our videographer, Jimmy Hofstadter, was absolutely incredible! Tyler, our DJ, was also a perfect fit for our wedding. Each vendor filled their role, and then some! Management staff, Dan and Jeff, were easy to work with and really made sure to take care of us. Our wedding was perfect, and we thank COMPLETE for being part of our day and making sure that their roles went smoothly. Highly recommend this company, and their prices are very reasonable. We are a very satisfied bride and groom.

Absolute nightmare!! Our photographer had no plan, took no direction and was the most stressful part of our day. Our photos were an afterthought to her. Completely careless! She didn't listen to anything we said about our family dynamics so there are maybe 4 photos of my mom ( who raised me) I am completely devastated by the experience. We can't get that day back! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! I spoke with the owner and GM and their response was basically "Thank you for the feedback." There are way too many amazing options in Greenville to go through the heartache of hiring someone who could not care less about your day.

Complete provided our DJ services as well as our photo booth. Tyler our DJ was so much fun! He was great at engaging our guest. we gave him complete free rein over the music choices and he did not disappoint!

I would like to say that Paul was the best DJ ever! If this review was only about my DJ, it would have a 5 star review! Paul went above and beyond the call of a DJ, he even carried my plate through the buffet line and carried it to my table for me! I would recommend him 1000 times over! As for the photo booth, I wasn't as impressed. The attendant wasn't very interactive with the guests and just kinda sat there ((I think she might have been new)). And then the computer apparently stopped working so they couldn't give me the flash drive. The pictures were okay quality but when my bridesmaids and I tried to go in for a cute group photo, we couldn't even get half of us in the picture ((there were only 5 of us)). They need a bigger station or a camera that can get a wider picture.

Dan, who manages the Greenville sector of the company, was very kind and helpful and gave us a great deal on our DJ and videographer and we were very appreciative. Our DJ was Jeremy and he was great. He had some really fun ideas at the reception and he got everyone into the dancing from the very beginning. Our videographer was Anthony. He had some really cute ideas for the video and was very willing to get out of the photographers way if he needed to. My only complaint was that the DJ played too many slow/shag songs in a row and people got bored. I was also supposed to be contacted about final details the week before and was only contacted after I had questioned Dan about it. Other than that, I recommend this company. They make the planning very easy and go through all details with you to make sure the wedding is everything we wanted it to be.

They offer many services - this is only a review of the videographer! Our videographer Anthony was fantastic - had fun ideas, arrived on time, and worked well with our photographer. We checked prices of several companies, and this was the most reasonable. We're so excited to get our video back! He also let us add an extra hour of video time the week of the wedding for a fair price because we were nervous about a time crunch.

If I could give these guys a sixth star, I would--and in a heartbeat. When our original photographer became unavailable due to tragic events, they had a backup plan and everything went super smoothly. There were no complicated 'rights" to buy to my photos--my CD was in the mail a few weeks later. Easy peasy! Book them!

Emily was the photographer for my wedding day. She did a fabulous job. I loved her personality and her willingness to take pictures off site at a playground. She was able to position my quite difficult bridal party. We are a talkative bunch and to get all of us looking at the same place at the same time can be difficult. She accomplished this. Also, she had the pictures back to my so quickly which was great. I saw them only 5 days later. Thank you Complete

We had COMPLETE do our wedding photography. The manager, Dan, immediately contacted us - very professional and clear on details and services provided. He assigned our photographer from his team, ,Emily Snyder, who was quick to touch base with us and introduce herself. She then scheduled a call to set the agenda and understand our expectations, etc... Although both of us were not comfortable around cameras, our pictures turned out beautiful! Emily did awesome to make us feel at ease. We wouldn't have picked any other photographer. Thanks to COMPLETE, Dan, and Emily for an outstanding job. Highly recommend them.

My husband and I used Complete photography and their DJ service and we were very impressed by both services. Both of their employees were very professional and came prepared to do their job. Our photographer had some great ideas and he was so helpful, even with things that had nothing to do with photography. Sometimes, he felt like another bridesmaid. The DJ was wonderful and he helped a crowd ,that usually doesn't dance, get up on their feet and have a great time. He also help so much with the flow of things and getting people where they needed to be. We couldn't have asked for a better night and COMPLETE made it even better!

They offer everything! The photographer was very calming and professional. My wedding party all raved about his great attitude and we loved the photos.

Our assigned videographer was Zachari Medina and he did a documentary film of our wedding. Zach arrived early and was working hard throughout the cocktail hour, ceremony, and reception. He made sure to place the camera on its stand to get a great angle almost every time. My husband and I have not yet received our video and are nervous that Zach recorded our ceremony from behind all the guests and the day was windy, we are concerned that the sound will not be clear from the ceremony=the most important part. A tip I would give people looking to book Complete for videography, I would suggest that you be sure to explain exactly what you are looking for and ask about the different video options. Dan was our contact person and he was very professional, timely, worked within our budget, and tried his best to match his services with what we were looking for. There was some miscommunication in the beginning but after additional discussion, Dan made it work by scheduling Zach as our videographer to do a documentary instead of a short film by another videographer. My husband and I are looking forward to receiving the video!
