- Shawn LabadieOwnerShawn Labadie started with Complete Music Omaha in 1989 as a DJ. He moved to Lincoln for a job in 1994 and started working as a DJ for the Lincoln-Norfolk franchise in August of 1996. Due to family obligations he stopped doing events regularly in the 2001. Shawn was adamant that he didn't quit being a DJ, he just took a "prolonged sabbatical". He assumed he would continue as a DJ someday, but fate had a different idea. In April of 2012 he started as the General Manager of the Lincoln-Norfolk franchise of the newly renamed Complete Weddings + Events and two years later he bought the franchise.
- Briahnna HultgrenGeneral ManagerBriahnna Hultgren has been part of Complete Weddings + Events since the spring of 2019. She graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2021 with a degree in veterinary science. She worked in her field for a few years, but decided that wedding industry would be a great career path too. She was hired as the operation manager in 2024 and was promoted ot General Manager in 2026.

as it all. Working with Logan initially was a Ā great amount of help. He answered all of our questions on what packages include what, how each service worked, provided us with multiple invoices to see what would work best for us and our budget, and so much more. When we needed to make a change he was very quick with his responses, clear with his communication, and very helpful and knowledgeable which helped us feel less stressed about things.
Emily was our DJ booked through Complete and she went above and beyond for us. From our very first meeting with her, she made us feel more excited for our wedding then we were before meeting with her. Sitting down with her to go over playlists, songs we want played and when we wanted them played made this process go super smoothly and stress free. On our wedding day, she did amazing at keeping things on time, playing songs at the right moments, checking in with us, seeing how we were doing and if we needed anything which was all greatly appreciated. From her professionalism to her kindness helped make our wedding day special. We lucked out when we got her as our DJ.
Jess was our photographer through Complete and we couldnāt be more happier that she was chosen for us. From the initial engagement photos, with it being our first time taking couples photos, she made us feel super relaxed and comfortable. We truly had the best time. The quality of her photos is outstanding and we were very happy with how they turned out. Her ability to provide clear and quick communication and willingness to help clean up my day of photo timeline helped the stressful process of creating timelines less stressful. Jess went above and beyond for us. She was continually checking in Ā on us, clearing off our table when we were done eating, getting us drinks, all while capturing such beautiful moments and memories that we will cherish forever. The ability for us to get sneak peaks within a few days made us so incredibly happy and we canāt wait to get our album to see the rest of the moments she captured. She is incredible and we couldnāt be happier with her.Ā
Everything both Emily and Jess did for us, we will forever be thankful to them for helping make our special day become more special.

vibe. They do have a separate office for Lincoln vs. Omaha though so you have to make sure you're on the correct lists because you can't pull from both. (That is a reason it's only 4 stars because we were not made aware of that in the beginning and it threw a wrench in some of our choices.) Dan (our DJ) interacted with the crowd, made sure everyone was getting music they wanted, and frequently checked in on myself and my husband to see if we needed anything. He included the kids immensely and was fun and kind to them.

Our videographer scheduled for the day of ended up having Covid, but I was immediately notified and provided a new videographer and was reassured they had the same vision as the previous videographer. Cion was wonderful to work with, super genuine, and I would love to work with him again. I have not received the video back yet but my hopes will remain high. Emily the DJ was the bomb.com! Her energy matched mine and she even got out and danced on the floor with us. She made sure to come and check on me to make sure everything was going the way I wanted. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this company again.

Logan was wonderful in setting up a package for our DJ, Lighting, and photo booth that accommodated our budget. Our DJ Jared was AMAZING. The dance floor was a party all night. He stopped in to check on us multiple times throughout the night just to make sure we were doing alright, which was so nice. We got numerous compliments on how awesome of a DJ he was.
The Videographer Jaz was AMAZING too! He was so helpful throughout the day and always there capturing our day. I am so excited to see our final video from him!

It was very easy to be comfortable around him as well. I really like the way he interacted with the crowd as well and didnāt just sit behind the table. He really made our wedding evening perfect.
