omes from. We also had problems with the DJ not playing the type of music we asked for and not playing people’s requests. My wife and I had a 25 minute conversation with the owner of the company regarding our complaints 2 weeks after our wedding in which he told us we were lying about every thing to try and get a refund and he hung up on us. Not once in any interaction with any one from this company did I say anything about getting money back. Beware if you use this company, they are completely unreceptive to any criticism and will only make excuses for why they didn’t do what you asked of them.

as located right near the DJ set up and they INSTANTLY came out, without anyone expecting them to, and swept up the dance floor. This was 100% above and beyond. D) They took everyone's requests but abided by our absolutely no country music rule. E) They even played into the fact that my sister and MoH has a flash mob routine to UpTown Funk that she LOVES to teach/perform at weddings. They played the song twice (with permission of the brides) throughout the night and were even going to play it as the last song but the final shuttle was on site and people had to leave. They were great. We tipped them well. And I wish I had more money to my name because I would have tipped them even more.

However, we were not assigned a DJ until a few days before our wedding, and had to very quickly compile a list of songs from their options. When we contacted the company about two weeks before our wedding to say that we hadn't heard anything yet, they told us we had to fill out a form online before they could begin assigning us a DJ. This is fine, however we didn't know this form existed until after we contacted them.
I've heard that it's pretty standard to only be assigned a DJ about a week before the wedding, but it did make me rather nervous. Still, Tony (our DJ) did a wonderful job with the event.

eception. We made a day-of time line but were nervous about it. Aaron, our DJ, took care of everything flawlessly and completely made our day. He announced everything perfectly, he engaged our guests, and he came and talked to us about the order of events and when to do what when we confessed to him that we were new to this. The night was PERFECT! He also played a game with our guests if they wanted us to kiss and we had so much fun with it.
