timistic, and more. I can say with 100% certainty that I would not have had as much confidence and joy going into my wedding day if it weren’t for her. She solved every problem I had, worked hard to make sure my ceremony went smoothly (which was hard for numerous reasons I don’t want to get into), and would check up on me throughout the reception in a way that wasn’t annoying but was reassuring! She even helped me with my dress numerous times because I kept having dress-fit malfunctions (my wedding dress was a size too small and would bunch up, so Drew helped me fix my dress whenever I asked). Even before working with Drew, Complete Events was great with communication and answering questions. I struggled not having great communication with me venue, and working with Complete Events was such a relief because it felt like the kind of wedding planning process I wanted this whole time. My only regret is not reaching out to them sooner. Thank you Complete Events & to Drew for saving my wedding day with all the chaos I was struggling with, and solving literally every problem I faced. I can’t recommend you all enough ❤️

nd I cannot bring myself to look at our wedding photos without crying. I've gone back to Complete now numerous times for edits on our video (which originally had footage from someone else's wedding) to resolve the brightness, the title sequence, make sure the volume level was consistent, and to have them revise a portion of the video where they cut off the audio on my husband's vows mid-sentence. I got no response to many of my emails after the one revision, so I asked for the raw footage and now am on my own to figure out another way to get a quality wedding video put together. In terms of my photos, I provided the photographers with a list of the photos I wanted and did not end up getting vitally important images such as my husband and I together with our immediate families. In addition, in our large family photos, multiple people are standing in direct sunlight and the photos were not checked in real time to make sure that they could see everyone's face and that everyone's eyes were open. Since our wedding day on 06/10/2023, we have had multiple family members pass on, and so these photos are incredibly precious to us and we can never go back and recreate them. Additionally, I don't have one group photo with my wedding party where someone's eyes aren't closed. I don't have one photo with each of my bridesmaids where the saturation and lighting isn't atrocious. When I called Complete and asked them to fix those photos I was told there was nothing they could do and that unfortunately the photographers may need additional training. This is unacceptable given that I will never be able to recreate these moments with my friends and family and these images are the only thing by which I have to remember our day. I have been ignored and placated by this company and now it's been left to me to do what I can to fix my wedding photos and wedding video. I honestly feel that this company is running a scam by charging clients thousands of dollars and then finding freelance photographers who they can pay as little as possible with no regard as to their level of experience or making sure that their skillset matches what the couple is wanting for their day. When I talked with Complete about what I wanted in a photographer, I said I wanted somebody with a lot of experience in bright and natural looking photos, yet my photographers said they mostly did boudoir shoots and were best at dark and moody editing. I just hope that some other couple in can avoid going through the devastation and regret that I am with this company.

We also used the company for videography. We filled out a form on the style and order of the video and Erica did an amazing job! It was nice having her do her own thing since we took so many pictures, we didn’t have to worry about her missing anything. Their pricing is great compared to other companies in the area! Can’t recommend them enough!
