Cindy was hands down the best money we spent for my daughters wedding. She was very professional and took the stress off of us prior to the wedding and more importantly the day of.

Cindy is amazing! We booked her 8-hour day-of package, but she put in a ton of time and attention from the second we reached out. She is a great communicator, funny, sweet, and incredibly organized. She helped make our day perfect and stress free, and we would recommend her to anyone who is curious about day-of coordination!

Cindy was a great help for our daughter’s wedding. She was extremely detailed and made sure everything was just right before the ceremony and during the reception. Cindy is a MUST HAVE on your wedding day! She was this brides saving grace. She kept the day going so smoothly and was so organzied. She relieved all my stress and took care of everything for me. Cindy was very responsive and great with communication too. She really cared about my needs and listened to everything I said. She contacted all vendors a week before the wedding to make sure everything was in order. She also gives you a detailed timeline with everything laid out for the day. She is very professional and so easy to work with! I recommend her to any bride!

This venue is top notch! Cindy was a perfect coordinator she kept the day in smooth working order she as easy to communicate with and very professional. The building was clean and was a beautiful back drop for the wedding! We would highly recommend with venue for your wedding needs!

Our beautiful wedding was last Saturday at Merrick Hollow. We were first introduced to Cindy through the venue and we are so glad we had her as our Day of Coordinator! The wedding was a huge success and the best day of our lives. We couldn't have done it without Cindy. Cindy initially helped us through the planning process. We gave Cindy all of our ideas and events we wanted to happen throughout the day and she was able to create an amazing timeline for us and keep us on track that day. She contacted all of our vendors before hand to make sure they had the timelines and any questions answered. Cindy was so responsive to my emails and text messages. She was so kind and sweet with any changes we had and updated the timelines with what we needed. She did a 30 day walkthrough with us at the venue to make sure we had our vision set and knew what to expect. We were also able to hash out some final details. She gave so many wonderful recommendations that really helped make the day successful. Day of, Cindy was a tremendous help. She helped our friends and family set up the venue, decorate, check in with our vendors, and answer any last minute questions we had. Cindy was able to lead us in a quick wedding rehearsal morning of, so that we were prepared for the ceremony later. She helped everyone in the wedding know what to do, where to go, and when. She even helped us with a few vendor and officiant issues that came up day off and quickly got everything solved and back on track. Our officiant didn't show up for our rehearsal in the morning and was unresponsive to our text messages and calls. Cindy immediately stepped in and started calling officiants she knew to make sure we had someone there for our wedding ceremony. Once we had an officiant confirm, she made sure they were aware of all the things we had planned for our ceremony and made sure they would be great for our ceremony. The officiant that came ended up doing a fantastic job and Cindy did a fantastic job handling the situation. There was little to no stress on our part because it was all taken care of. Cindy did a fantastic job keeping everything on schedule at our wedding. She would always check in with us to see if we wanted more time on something or needed anything. She even grabbed our food and drinks so we could spend more time with our friends and family to mingle during our wedding. She did a fantastic job coordinating with the other vendors at the wedding including the DJ and the Photographer so that they knew what was coming and when to start specific events. At the end of the night, Cindy even helped our friends and family clean up and pack our stuff. I am so thankful we had Cindy there at our wedding to make our wedding day a huge success. We are still talking about our wedding today and how much we loved it. Thank you Cindy for all your amazing work and being so amazing to our friends and family. Our youngest son even came up to us and wanted to make sure he gave Cindy and hug before we left. If you are looking for a Wedding Coordinator I highly recommend Cindy!! We couldn't have done it without her!

Truly the best money spent on our wedding! I could not have had a smooth wedding planning process or wedding day without her. She answered all my millions of questions so quickly and organized our entire day. She thought of things I never would have and created the most smooth wedding day for me and my husband! Cindy was so easy to work with! I usually don’t write reviews, but with this being our first child to get married, and with me wanting to enjoy her special Wedding day…Well, that is where Cindy put my worries to rest. We were Very pleased with Cindy! She went above & beyond! I never had to worry about anything once she arrived the day of. Cindy was constantly running around taking care of all the little details. Cindy at Completely Coordinated was amazing!  She was great to talk to about everything I wanted/needed.  She always listened closely and had a positive, "can-do" attitude.  Her attention to detail at our wedding was stellar!  She made the whole day and night go by smoothly.  I didn't have to worry about drama or making sure everything was in its place.  She had the instructions and made it all happen beautifully.  I am thrilled that we picked her!  She even did a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied with everything and to check on us post honeymoon.  Cindy is a sweetheart and you couldn't pick a better coordinator for your big day!! <3

Cindy is a wonderful planner and coordinator! I highly recommend booking her as she is organized, professional, and incredibly kind. She makes sure all details are well thought out and executed, and creates a calm and reassuring environment for all involved. You should absolutely hire her for your wedding day!

Cindy seemed phenomenal at first, but completely fell apart on our wedding day. Here are a few examples why: (1) Prior to the wedding, Cindy had stated that she would handle all set up including a tent we had for our string quartet. This never ended up happening, so my dad and the groomsmen had to go set up the tent AFTER the florist had left. The florist had a garland and floral arrangement she was unable to put on the tent (because it was never up), so Cindy remedied that by zip-tying a single strand of leaves to the tent. (2) Cindy spent the majority of the wedding hiding because it was her son's birthday. This would have easily been remedied by her not accepting a job on her son's birthday. (3) After our initial meeting with Cindy to go over the day-of itinerary and rehearsal plans, my mother and I thought everything would be perfect on the wedding day and we wouldn't have to handle any set up/take down/logistics with vendors (spoiler: that didn't happen). Not only did Cindy never send us the itinerary (my MOM had to create the itinerary), but she repeatedly claimed she sent it to our vendors multiple times. At least 3 vendors including videographers, DJ, and photographers NEVER received the itinerary. The groom and I were asked multiple times during our wedding "what's next?" Cindy also somehow forgot everything that was discussed/written down during our planning meeting (she wrote down everything on a clipboard during the meeting) and texted myself (and my mom) about things like dinner orders/the quartet/etc. repeatedly. That should've been a red flag for us. (4) During set up, some vases we provided were broken and Cindy never informed us about them being broken. We had also taken pictures and written descriptions of how we wanted things set up. Cindy took great liberties with those descriptions. (5) Cindy was supposed to be present to help the parties interpret cues walking down the aisle but instead spent the time capturing pictures for her social media page to advertise her work. (6) Cindy locked my photographers out of the bridal suite (they were using the suite to put together a slideshow of pictures from the day of, eat their dinner in their spare 5 minutes, and store all of their gear). When the photographers asked her what the keycode to get into the suite was, she informed them it wasn't her job to know that and that she didn't work at the venue. She was the one that had locked the suite so nobody could enter and refused to help the photographers get into the suite. (7) We had a playlist for the reception that was carefully curated. We had picked a song to end the reception and cue everyone to exit the reception for the send-off. Ever absent Cindy was not present to guide the DJ on when the song needed to be played. She also did not inform the DJ to announce the cake cutting. Nobody in either of our families or parties knew the cake cutting was even going on. At the start of the reception, we were told that Cindy would manage dismissing tables so they could collect their meals. Cindy was aware that we did not have table numbers but had the DJ announce tables by number (?!). When confronted, Cindy gaslit us and refused to take any responsibility for her actions. If you are wanting to spend a great deal of money and end up doing her job alongside your bridal party, family, and photographers, this is the company for you! I will state that Danielle was wonderful! She is why I'm giving 2 stars and not 1.

Cindy was a DREAM to work with!! We were so lucky to have her as our day-of coordinator, but she went above and beyond that title in many ways!! She answered texts/emails/questions with timeliness and grace for several weeks leading up to our event, giving us so much peace of mind and clarity in planning. She offered ideas and helpful tips to help the day go smoother and was two steps ahead during our big day!! She was calm and so very kind in her guidance of our wedding party, family, guests and everyone involved with the event. We could not recommend her more!!!

Cindy was awesome for my wedding! I recruited her as my day of coordinator. We met about a month out and went through the whole timeline for my day. She knew all the right questions to ask for me to figure out all the details for my day. She even texted me all the questions that we had thought of after the fact so I wouldn’t miss anything! She was so receptive and answered all my questions big and small. I asked her about a month out to help me for 8 hours instead of 6 and she agreed no problem. Day of, she was doing all the things that I was unable to handle as the bride. She showed up early to help decorate and handled any problems that arose. Everything turned out perfect and a big part of that I contribute to her! Cindy is so kind but also is not afraid to take charge and handle a problem! Pick her as your day of coordinator!

When we asked Cindy to step in to help with our wedding planning in mid June 2022 for a 90 guest wedding in November of the same year she didn't hesitate to accept! Oh and did I mention it was in a remote cabin in Broken Bow, Oklahoma that none of us would see in person until the morning before the wedding! Cindy never worried and kept me from worrying and my daughter the bride! She got us quotes and choices of vendors and did it all so easy that we never felt the wedding planning craziness (nightmare) that people warn you about. And to think I was worried that a wedding coordinator would be too expensive or not really needed, we were so wrong on both accounts! Her prices are so reasonable and we could not have done any of it without her! And one last thing....It was everything and more my daughter and I had envisioned. Don't hesitate to call her for your wedding planning!

We had Olivia as our coordinator for our wedding on 11/12 and she was the absolute best! We had a couple hiccups with some vendors and she made sure everything was handled without us having to worry about it. She was so much fun to work with leading up to the wedding and honestly I couldn’t imagine anyone else handling our wedding day! She is the absolute sweetest.

Cindy was the engine behind my wedding. I’m a DIY bride but I really needed an extra hand during the wedding so my parents didn’t have to stress the whole night. She knew exactly what she was doing. The rehearsals were efficient and the procession was perfect. Everything I needed during the chaos of the wedding, she got for me right away. Everyone came up to me during the wedding and told me how great she and her helper were doing.

Katherine with Completely Coordinated was AMAZING!! We hired her as a DOC for our wedding, and let me tell you, she was so worth it.
