ed our event at Future of Flight—where they are also a preferred vendor—and the experience was absolutely exceptional. The food was incredible, beautifully presented, and received fantastic feedback from our attendees. Despite our event being on the smaller side, Andrew and his team went above and beyond to accommodate a variety of dietary needs while still delivering an elevated experience for every guest. What truly stands out is Andrew’s professionalism, responsiveness, and collaborative approach. He worked closely with us through several last-minute changes, helped us stay within budget, and made the entire planning process feel seamless and stress-free. Andrew does an excellent job of understanding a client’s needs and expectations, setting realistic budget guidance, and ensuring every detail is thoughtfully executed. ecks both those boxes!! Then you get to add in the fact that their food is absolutely delicious, with multiple menus to choose from in case you are going more of an Italian vibe or maybe a Mexican menu sounds more your taste. They provide those options along with other very delicious choices I promise you that you cannot go wrong when booking concepts by Lombardi's for your next wedding and or event.!!!

ns. Come wedding day, the food was absolutely delicious and the service was great. The servers were friendly and attentive during the appetizer service. It made such a difference to have a team that was not only efficient but also warm and welcoming. We’re so grateful to Andrew and Concept Catering for helping make the day so memorable. Highly recommend!

ore reasonable option with great value. We had recently attended another wedding they catered, so we skipped the formal tasting and already knew the food would be good. They absolutely delivered—our guests enjoyed hot, tasty food, and the appetizers in particular were a big hit. Because Lombardi’s doesn’t exclusively cater weddings, the booking process was a little different. I didn’t get a response to my initial email inquiry, but once I called and connected with their point of contact, communication was smooth and responsive. It took a little extra effort up front, but it was completely worth it for food that was yummy, crowd-pleasing, and far more affordable than most catering quotes we received.

he catering team was outstanding to work with. The staff were not only professional but also incredibly friendly, which created such a welcoming atmosphere throughout the evening. From start to finish, they made the entire process easy, seamless, and stress-free. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better catering experience.

e caprese skewers and meatballs with pomodoro sauce during cocktail hour, and dinner was just as good — fresh bread, salad, and two amazing pasta options that everyone raved about. It was also great to have vegan and gluten-free choices that made sure all of our guests were included and well-fed. Working with Andrew made the whole process so easy. From our tasting at the restaurant to selecting the menu, plates, and silverware, he guided us through every detail and made sure we felt confident in our choices. On the big day, everything was smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend Concept Catering by Lombardi’s — they’re professional, kind, and the food is fantastic!

best wedding food they ever had! Andrew and his staff were incredible to work with. Communication was excellent, and they made of run perfectly. Thank you for making our day so special! - Ellie and Isaac

, letting us know exactly what we wanted to order for our big day. There were so many good options it was hard to choose what we wanted. The communication with Andrew from day one was incredible. I even got to meet him at the wedding show and put a face to the name. He was absolutely amazing and easy to work with during the planning process. We had a lot of our guests tell us how wonderful the food was and gave compliments on how fabulous the service from the staff was throughout the wedding. We are so happy that they were such a huge part of our special day!! We are so thankful for them!

. Andrew is very easy to work with and gave excellent guidance on what options people would like in a buffet for our type of event, including several vegetarian, vegan, and pescatarian options. His guidance on alcohol and non-alcohol drink options was spot-on as well. His staff was also first-rate. The buffet was very well managed, looking fresh and appealing all evening. When they weren't tiding up, they were offering guests appetizers on a tray. The bartender was also very professional and kept the drinks flowing and area looking pristine throughout the evening. We also appreciated how well he worked with the staff at the event site and our event planner. It was seamless and the everything from set-up to clean-up came off without a hitch. Seriously, zero issues. We give Andrew and his staff our high recommendation and look forward to working with him in the future.

iful, high-quality, and served with excellence. We received several compliments on the food. I also appreciated the affordability of the menu selections. I highly recommend Concept Catering for your event.

and multiple people went back for seconds! For our entree we picked the penne Sicilian and the gorgonzola tortellini and they did NOT disappoint! One highlight is we had them set out a plate of appetizers for my new husband and I after the ceremony, which was perfect because we were able to have snack, and a private moment to ourselves (plus we were starving). The appetizers were DELICIOUS! We did the caprese skewers and bruschetta sampler for the appetizers which were a hit with guests. We also had them do a water, lemonade and coffee station last minute which guests loved! They also handled setting our desserts on platters, filled up waters, and set the tables with flatware and glasses! Plus we got sent home with our leftovers so that took cooking after wedding weekend off our plate! Overall Lombard's hit it out of the park, and we couldn't have hired a better food vendor.

mend them again and again. For top quality catering they are affordable as well.

our event was wonderful.

w yummy the food was! Last minute, I asked for a few servings of buttered noodles for some children at our wedding, and it was a hit! Communication could have been a little bit better, but at the end of the day, everything we requested came through exactly.

re set beautifully. The food service looked lovely and the food was delicious. They took care of cutting the cake and the dessert table as well. Concept packaged all of the leftovers andd left the venue so very clean. The entire experience was above and beyond. Super group for a wedding

d the day-of catering team was stellar. The food was incredible, with lots of options to choose from and built-in accommodations for our gluten free guests. Very grateful to this team and all the ways they made our special day stress-free and memorable.

ed appetizers and salmon picatta, but one of the main reasons we chose them was that the chicken marsala was the best that we have ever had. All of the food served on the day of the event was served at the same high standard they use fresh out of the kitchen in their restaurant. The biggest reason that we chose this vendor however, was the events manager, Andrew. Andrew was incredible. He was always prompt in his responses, flexible/quick on his feet, and just incredibly friendly and professional at the same time. Andrew helped bring our vision of our wedding dinner to life and we are incredibly grateful!

nd his team was well trained and extremely helpful! Andrew even stopped by the reception to check in with us! I wholeheartedly recommend them!

de this part so seamless and smooth for us. Their food is exceptional, and their service was high quality. Having all our food cooked on site was a privilege. We will never regret choosing their superiore menu--our beloved guests were so impressed!

was well taken care of). Pricing is very reasonable for the service they provide!

our home was truly impressive and much appreciated.

efficient replies! Our wedding was perfect with them catering! The food and set up was amazing! Everyone is still talking about how fantastic the food was!

t. The service was great and they set up and break down without any hassle or distraction. Service and food were both 10/10 I would recommend and use them again.

esserts were amazing, overall would 100% recommend!

uestions. The food and service at the event was great. All guests left happy.

d quality! Food favorites: lamb stuffed mushrooms, smoked salmon canapes, meatballs and bruschetta sampler. Guests also really likes the chocolate covered cheese cake bites! The events manager, Andrew, was great to work with! He helped us craft our reception menu based on our individual needs and wants. He was very knowledgeable and helped make our event special! Thank you!

worked with our custom venue. Andrew and his staff were very courteous and professional and added that extra special touch to the special day. And most importantly, guests are still talking about the food!

irming our decision. They made us feel so supported and reassured that the food would be exactly how we would want, including how the plates/napkins/glassware would be set up. Their team did a fantastic job creating the elegant and simple set-up that we were going for, and we couldn't have been happier that we went with them. Of course, we received so many compliments on how amazing the food tasted, appetizers and all! They were very easy to communicate with, which made the whole process even smoother. We would highly recommend the team at Lombardi's not only for their delicious food menu, but also for their exceptional food service!

rs during our happy hour. The dinner service went very smoothly and the food was incredible and everyone has been telling me how much they loved it. We have had great service at the restaurant and that continued over to our wedding. I completely recommend Lombardi's.

minute, and while we decided we want a different food than Italian, it was very kind for them to help us through the whole process and try to work with us. The service here is great, and if you’re looking for Italian food try a tasting!

life much easier for me. Other caterers had separate charges for small items, but the all-inclusive menu offered a single price. The food was delicious. We selected Picatta Salmon and Marsala Chicken. Salmon especially isn’t always easy for a picky Northwest crowd, but it was excellent. I highly recommend Concept Catering.

ose to go All Inclusive and were so glad we did....it brought such peace of mind to have all the fine details handled by Lombardi's! From setting the tables, the passed appetizers during the cocktail hour to seamlessly preparing and serving the delicious food, breaking down the dinner buffet swiftly and then transforming it into a dessert buffet to then clearing of all the dishes and ... poof...they are finished and gone. Professionals in every way. I highly recommend Lombardi's for your event!

ering so that we got exactly what we wanted without paying for anything we didn't. On the day of, he also brought a plate of appetizers over to us so we didn't miss out while signing our marriage license! All of the staff were courteous and helpful, and they went above and beyond to assist us. The food was also phenomenal and we received tons of compliments from our guests. We are planning on having dinner at Lombardi's every anniversary from now on - they are THAT good!

are so grateful for Lombardis and Andrew!!
