That first year, the catering division began humbly—with just one wedding booked solely through word of mouth. Since then, the company has experienced remarkable growth, catering 80 weddings in 2015 alone. Under Gary Wagner’s leadership, the business has expanded its reach through strategic advertising, participation in bridal shows, community involvement, and partnerships with a variety of venues.
