Located in Concord, MA, Concord Teacakes is a cake company that caters weddings and special events. This beautiful bakery is home to handcrafted, artistic wedding cakes that are bursting with freshness and flavor. Owners Judy Fersch & Peter Mahler specialize in traditional baking styles and recipes and strive to produce sumptuous sweet treats that will wow prospective newlyweds.
In 1984, chief cake artist Judy began with two simple recipes, one mouth-watering chocolate, the other a zesty lemon and almond creation. A raisin brandy cake named in honor of Emily Dickinson soon followed, and from there this talented baker began building her reputation for delectable desserts. Today, she runs a thriving cake shop, café, and studio alongside Peter. As well as fashioning fabulous tiered-cakes, they also provide an array of treats that will no doubt create sweet memories at any reception. A snapshot of such delights includes scones, cookies, and cupcakes.
Concord Teacakes offers both custom and pre-designed cakes for special occasions. You can avail of a consultation to share your vision and tastes, from colors and aesthetics to flavors and fillings. You can choose intricate floral icing or opt for an original icing illustration or themed design that reflects your personality. Judy and Peter also supply box sets of brownies, cookies, teacakes, or shortbread biscuits. These are ideal for favors or gifts for members of your wedding party.

ding cake and cookie favors. The cake was beautiful, tasted fresh, and was a big hit with all the guests (young and old). I had found a specific cookie design on Pinterest and sent it to the bakery, they were able to replicate it wonderfully and even went out of their way to order a cookie cutter in the specific shape.

amazing job with that.;They did not provide me with anything written when I booked the service it was my fault for not insisting on it. Then I dealt with someone else (not the original woman I spoke with) when I finalized everything and it seemed that the price had gone up. Also I had to leave 2 messages before they got back to me and it was the week before my wedding!
