We couldn’t have been happier with our wedding cake! Every layer was moist, flavorful, and vibrant—the kind of cake guests kept raving about long after the reception. The design wa...
s absolutely lovely: elegant and eye-catching without being overdone, exactly what we had envisioned. It was clear how much care and artistry went into both the look and the taste. We’re so grateful for the skill and heart that went into making such a special centerpiece for our day. Highly recommend!

olutely a delight to work with.
She created two dynamic cakes for my couple - wedding and groom. They were such a sight to see.
Until next time, thank you for everything that you do.

dly, and thoughtful. She listened carefully to what wedding cake we wanted, made the tasting process easy (but so many options!), and asked detailed questions to make sure the cake was perfect. Our wedding cake was everything we wanted and more, and our guests raved about it – beautiful and delicious!!!
Margarita is the best! I planned my wedding fairly last minute and reached out to her about a small cake for 30ish people. Her communication was great and helped me get exactly wha...
t I wanted!
I seriously can't say enough about how great of a job Margarita did for me on my Groom's Cake! I asked for a Minecraft cake and she made the cake look AWESOME!!!
The best part....
.. I wanted a pickaxe sticking out of the top of the cake, but there was a last-minute issue that made the pickaxe not work. She instead made an awesome sword out of chocolate and brought the cake in it's glory. She didn't call me, share her tales of woe, give excuses, or add stress to me that weekend. She just solved the problem and made it look awesome! A Groom's dream! She was able to do that so well partly because she spent the time with me to know what I liked and wanted. I couldn't have been happier with her professionalism and ease of communication when I did have questions beforehand. She is very responsive.
Oh, and if you think for a second this perfectly designed cake wasn't the most delicious cake you've ever had, think again! I will probably find an excuse to have her make me a cake again just so I can eat more than the few small pieces I got to savor on our honeymoon

livered everything we imagined. The cake designs beautifully told our story, and we were also able to do a traditional New Orleans cake pull (which was very important to me living in Houston). Getting married during the pandemic, it was a lot of ups and down, but she was very reliable and understanding. Plus, she's super fun to work with and we enjoyed our consultation. Can't wait until our next big event, so we can order more!

cakes taste amazing & she offers so many different flavor combinations. She is flexible & understanding. She completely saved the day when my florist forgot to bring the cake flowers & went out on her own to purchase flowers to make the cake just how we wanted it. I could never thank her enough or recommend a better baker for your wedding day or special event!

ng to going with the flow as so much changed leading up to the wedding day, thanks to COVID. She really worked with us when things had to change, including the venue at the last minute (due to COVID). She wanted our wedding day to be perfect and would check in on us along the way to see how we were doing, with the pandemic affecting our wedding reception. She made us the most realistic looking Aggie Ring grooms cake and her attention to detail is incredible! Our wedding cakes were beautifully crafted and a huge hit at our reception. My bridesmaid even chose to use Confectionary Home to make the cakes for her wedding later! Hiring Margarita from Confectionary Home is the best decision you could ever make in ensuring you have a beautiful and delicious cake to celebrate your wedding day! We love Confectionary Home!
