Jenny was amazing from the very beginning. The cake tasting was very personable and every option she came with was amazing. We had a personal cake and then cupcakes for guests. All of our guests loved all the flavors and the options were unlimited.
Jenny is absolutely incredible. From the tasting to the wedding, she was incredibly communicative. She’s such an incredible person! Now her cake… is the best thing you will ever taste. Every guest at my wedding is still talking about how delicious the cake was!! My grandma showed up at my house the next morning ready to eat left over cupcakes for breakfast! I cannot recommend Jenny enough. She’s the baker you NEED for your wedding!!

Confectious Creations is owned and operated by Pastry Chef Jenny Braitsch. Since childhood, Jenny has had a passion for crafting delicious pastries and tasty desserts. After studying at the Culinary Institute of America, Jenny soon baked extraordinary cakes for showers and weddings. Today, Jenny is thrilled to help you one frosting at a time.
Jenny is happy to provide a tasting consultation to discuss your dream dessert. This consultation will help you and your significant other decide on the flavor, size, and decor. Jenny can also deliver your creation to your desired location and arrange flowers and/or toppers for you.

Owner
Trained at the Culinary Institute of America in Baking and Pastry Arts Management, Jenny has been cooking and baking practically her entire life and has known she wanted to make a career out of it since 8th grade. The first clue should have been the poem she wrote in 5th grade entitled "Butter and Sugar." Since graduating she has been at various places including a 5-star 5-diamond hotel in Tarrytown, NY doing pastries and plated desserts, and several places around the triangle in NC doing cake decorating, catering, and some culinary classes.
