You and your partner can meet with Nicci beforehand to lay down your vision for the day and how your dessert table will reflect that. I started Confectious in 2014, and I have genuinely loved working with all my wedding clients. I am so grateful to work alongside with all the wedding vendors.

We worked with Nicci for our wedding cake and had a great time with the process and then eating it on our wedding day. We started with a tasting to get an idea of the flavor options. Nicci was very helpful in helping us understand how many servings would be ideal and different ways to decorate the cake. We worked with her to create a cake that both of us were very excited for.
On the day of, Nicci delivered our cake to our venue and decorated it with the flowers we had provided and our topper. It was beautiful - and we and our guests loved how the cake looked and tasted. Thanks Nicci!

We cannot thank Nicci enough for the incredible wedding cake she made for our special day. She was an absolute lifesaver, stepping in at the last minute after our original caterer went out of business. She was incredibly nice and able to quickly provide a tasting and help us plan our wedding cake within 45 days!
Her selection of gluten-free offerings was both vast and delicious. We were amazed by the taste and texture—hands down the best we’ve ever tasted for gluten-free desserts.
The cake design was nothing short of amazing. She listened to our vision and worked with us to carve out a special spot for a figurine of our beloved dog, adding a personal touch that meant the world to us. We highly recommend Nicci and her incredibly delicious cake to anyone!!

Our cake and cupcakes turned out so beautiful and delicious for our wedding. I sent Nicci photos of our dream cake and she brought it to life so perfectly. Working with Nicci was a breeze! I had her create a WONDERFUL cake and cookies for my husbands 30th birthday. The cake was perfectly moist and had the perfect amount of caramel spread between layers! The topping on the cake perfectly fit the theme of the party as I gave her full creative freedom! The cookies were soft and delicious! They were the talk of the party forsure! Will absolutely be a repeat customer 🩷

We loved working with Nicci from Confectious. The tasting was so much fun and we got to try so many delicious cakes. Ultimately we chose a classic vanilla with fruit flavor for our wedding and it was a total hit. We had the top layer of our cake made to be Gluten Free for some of our guests which was amazing too.
We even had a small version of our cake made to celebrate at an engagement party prior to the wedding!!
The price was super reasonable and the quality was excellent.

Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience working with Confectious Pastry Shop. When my husband and I initially did the tasting, everything was delicious and we loved the flavors. We were looking forward to working with Nicci. However, the actual cake on the wedding day was a huge let-down. It was super crumbly and dry and seriously lacked flavor. The cake barely had any berry compote. We also asked for two fondant corgis, but we received figurines ordered off Amazon that looked like cats. Looked nothing like our dogs. We even sent multiple pictures to her beforehand for reference. Nicci was kind enough to refund the fondant corgis. However, the owner really lacked attention to details, and the experience could’ve been better. Definitely not the cake that we expected. Not worth $500.

Nicci was amazing and so helpful in answering my questions and working with me to get the dessert table of my dreams! We had a selection of full size cakes (key lime pie, chocolate, single tier wedding cake) and then some smaller options of sugar cookies, and various flavor cookies etc. They all tasted delicious! Guests are still complimenting us on how great they were. Highly recommended!

We had Confectious Pastry Shop do our wedding cake (lemon blueberry with white wine) and grooms cake (German chocolate with bourbon Carmel filling) and they were absolutely perfect and everything I asked of them and more. Every guest went on and on about how delicious it was and was definitely the talk of the wedding. If you ever need the perfect cake for any special occasion, make sure to use Nicci from Confectious Pastry shop because she will give you a delicious cake you will never forget.

Nicci is the sweetest person to work with! First of all she makes an amazing assortment of tastings with all different types of cake flavors, all were amazing!!! She was always very responsive and answered any questions I had. My cake was decorated with my florals and it was so beautiful she did an amazing job, it was everything I wanted! The cake was completely gone at the end of the night because it was so amazing!!!

Nicci made out wedding cake earlier this year. It was a real pleasure working with her, the cake tasting had us in awe .. the fresh berry cake was one of the layers we choose. Super tasty and moist, definitely came through with the design and look we wanted. She made us a 7 layer cake, it looked amazing, she did a really great job with it! Would definitely recommend for any big events.
We will be calling her to do our 1 year anniversary cake too!!

Nicci was the vendor included in our wedding package The cake tasting offered several selections of cake and we were excited with the selection of almond cake with raspberry preserve filling and chocolate cake; the samples were delicious. The sampling did not include a tasting of the buttercream icings to be used on the cakes. Unfortunately, the cakes Nicci baked for the wedding were extremely dry, crumbly, and had no flavor. There was limited raspberry preserve in the bride’s cake. The icing on both cakes was very hard and tasteless. These cakes were the only desserts served at the wedding and were a huge disappointment. The cakes were visually appealing, but the taste was lacking. The wedding guests agreed with our assessment, and we had plenty of cake left over.

First off, Nicci is wonderful and so sweet. We really enjoyed our cake tasting, it was a really special experience for my husband and I. We were a little disappointed on wedding day though because the cake was dry and a little crispy, our guests were confused by the flavor. It wasn’t bad, it just didn’t taste like the vanilla berry cake we had chosen, it tasted more like graham crackers because of the crispy edges. I also was a little disappointed with the design. I wanted a vintage style cake with these inspiration pictures, but the second picture is the cake we received. Again, it didn’t look bad, but it’s just not what I expected and the piping looked a little rushed. Nicci is wonderful and followed up with grace and was generally accommodating to changes in cake design. I had a good experience working with her, but was just disappointed with the final result.

Nicci at Confectious Pastry did such an amazingly sweeeet job for our wedding. We ordered a small 2 tier cake, and an assortment for a dessert table filled with cookies, macarons, cupcakes, lemon bars, brownie bars, and doughnuts. Her dessert were a hit among our guests. Her wide variety of dessert, designs, and flavors is beyond tasty. It was everything we asked for and more! We highly recommend her for your wedding or other events!

When it came to cake, I originally didn’t want one. I wanted to do an assorted dessert bar with cookies + other treats, and that’s when I found Nicci! She was super responsive to every single question I had. Absolutely amazing!! Would recommend 100%. Nicci is fantastic and did a beautiful job on our wedding cake and grooms cake. Her cakes are delicious and we had the best experience working with her from the tastings all the way to our wedding day. She is professional, responsive, creative, and reliable. Nicci made a very simple wedding cake for my step daughter and the cake was exactly what she wanted. It tasted wonderful. Nicci delivered the cake to the venue exactly as she said she would. She also did some amazing Hand decorated cookies for me at the last minute and delivered them with the cake. She was delightful to work with and very professional. I highly recommend her.

Nicci was nothing but wonderful. We had a very good experience with this bakery, I can’t recommend it enough! I asked for the top tier of my wedding cake to be gluten free. Usually gluten free desserts taste “off” but this was seriously delicious as well as beautiful. I didn’t taste the other tiers but they got rave reviews as well. Nicci was on time, service was fairly priced, and they were accommodating. 5 stars!!!

Nicci is amazing! I used her for my wedding desserts and every family party since then! My wedding cake and dessert table was absolutely perfect and exactly what I wanted. The cake was delicious and had a gorgeous edible rose gold foil as decoration that looked beautiful along with fresh flowers. Nicci goes above and beyond for her brides to make sure everything is perfect. I recommend Nicci to every bride I know!

Nicci is amazing! From the first call we knew we would be taken care of. She made the cake better than any of her pictures even looked, it was perfect! To top it all of, working with her was the easiest thing ever, she’s very responsive and listens to everything you have to say. My one task for the wedding was finding a dessert vendor and my wife was super impressed with Confectious so I passed the test thanks to her! Will be using nicci and her team again for future events!
