finger when they called her and left a voicemail telling her that her ring was ready. There was even a note specifically on the account to NOT call her. Of course, she had no idea what they were talking about because it was supposed to be her engagement ring. She then called back and asked about it saying she didn't have a ring. They then told her about the ring! They completely ruined one of the biggest and most important moments of our lives. When I asked for a refund of what I paid because I was so upset, they refused to return any of the money I had paid for it. They told me that it was custom ordered, even though they were only putting a diamond it and ordering the ring in her size. I was absolutely appalled. Now I am out my money I paid and out on one of the biggest surprises of my life.
