Rachel, Paige, and their staff did an amazing job for my daughter’s wedding! Rachel made sure everything; every tiny detail was taken care of. After speaking with Paige, we cancelled the rest of our wedding planner interviews because we saw that they would run the event like a business. Our venue changed their point person three times, but Rachel stepped in and made sure nothing fell through the cracks. They worked with all the vendors to make sure we got their best effort. They kept us on track throughout the planning process and made sure my daughter was taken care of and all her needs and wants were fulfilled. There were so many little things they did that I would never have thought of that made the experience a dream come true. They advocated for us as their clients every step of they way. The level of detail was truly unbelievable! Also, the planning software you have access to is super helpful. The best money I spent on the wedding was for their services. I was able to relax and enjoy the whole wedding day and night with no worries. I honestly don’t believe you could hire a better company than Confetti & Co NOLA!

Rachel and her team made our wedding day an absolute dream! We spent 2 years perfecting the most amazing day. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure that each vendor was aware of the entire day’s plan down to the minute! She also became one of my biggest supporters on our big day! As we all know, weddings are complex! The planning, creating and producing is all very important work. So imagine, having a wedding in a different state and city. That was our dilemma. A host of venues, lots of vendors and planners to match. However, no one was meeting my expectations. That's was, until we stumbled upon Confetti & Co! My wife and I got married in April 2024 in New Orleans and our wedding was genuinely the best day of our lives. We would not have changed a single thing about it, and I don't think we'd be able to say that if it weren't for hiring Confetti & Co as a day-of coordinator. Initially, we were nervous about outsourcing any aspect of our wedding because we weren't sure about how our marriage would be handled given that we are a queer couple. Rachel and Paige eased our worries immediately during our first meeting. It was obvious they were professionals and genuinely only interested in giving us the wedding we wanted with whatever traditional or nontraditional aspects we were including. Our head planner was Elena, and she was an absolute gem. Our moms still talk about how glad they were to have her around on the day of. Throughout the planning process and our wedding day, she never made us feel like a burden with whatever we needed from her. One of the main reasons we wanted to hire a coordinator was for a wedding day timeline because we didn't feel like we could predict how long the getting ready process, set up, and pictures would take. That's where Elena came in and absolutely blew our minds. For how seemingly laidback our wedding day was, you would have never known that it was, in fact, planned out down to the minute. In some weddings we have participated in, planners have felt sort of like drill sergeants trying to keep everyone in line. This could not have been further from what we experienced. She sat back quietly, making sure everything went as planned. All of our vendors were on the same page thanks to her prepping which made the day flow seamlessly into the night. At our ceremony and reception, Elena and Paige ensured we had everything we needed, whether that be food, a drink, or water. Midway through our reception, I needed to change my shoes, but my pants were too long so Elena transformed into a seamstress and hemmed my pants for me with safety pins. Truly whatever we needed, they made happen without hesitation. Elena even captured some photos and videos throughout the day of all of our most important moments on her phone, which are some of the only photos we have as we wait for our professional pictures to come back. I must admit, being from New Orleans and having a smaller wedding, I didn't think that we needed to spend money on a planner and that I could do it all on my own. In the months leading up to the wedding, I realized I was wrong and that so much more goes into the day than what I thought. I ultimately didn't want that stress to fall onto our friends or family on a day where we just wanted everyone to enjoy themselves and celebrate. Hiring Confetti & Co as a day-of coordinator was hands down the best decision we made leading up to our wedding. It is 100% worth it. You can't get that day back, and I am forever grateful they were there to make sure we could all focus on the important things.

My husband and I were planning a reception to celebrate our elopement, and I quickly learned that planning this remotely was so overwhelming! I began to look for help, and knew right away I wanted to work with Confetti and Co. Our event was far from traditional, and after my initial call with Paige I knew I could trust her team to take my vision to life. They listened, first and foremost, to what we wanted, and what we didn’t want! Elena was our planner, and my goodness was she a godsend. We had about two months to plan this, and she was so organized and communicative throughout the process. I was never stressed. I was never nervous. She handled everything. Of course we had small hiccups with vendors, but she was so transparent and had a sense of urgency and calmness than instantly put me at ease. The day of was seamless, and without hand holding, she knew exactly what I wanted everything to look like. It was perfect! She kept us on schedule and allowed us to actually have FUN and enjoy the night. We will be planning another celebration in England for our family across the pond, and I already know we want to work with her again. 10/10!

I am so excited to give this MILLION STAR review. My story with Confetti & Co Events started with my wife and I being completely unsure what a wedding planner actually does, also not sure if the cost was even worth it. To those of you wondering if you should hire this magical duo? 100%, the answer is YES. My wedding would have been complete and utter chaos had they not been there handling, facilitating, directing, doing. Paige and Rachel allowed my bride and I to actually ENJOY our day, taking everything off of our shoulders. They helped us not only mentally, emotionally, but took care of every possible detail that I never could have even foreseen. Even down to getting us iced coffees and smoothies!! Paige and Rachel are PRECIOUS souls and having them by our side on our wedding day was not only meaningful but NEEDED. I cannot say enough good things about Confetti & Co. From our first conversation, Rachel and her team were fantastic to work with. I began this process with a lot of ideas about what I wanted and after speaking with a few other planners, Rachel was the only one who understood our vision from the start. Neither my husband and I, nor our guests, live in New Orleans, so we were essentially planning a destination wedding. Rachel guided us over the months leading up to our event, making sure that each piece of the puzzle fit well, from a local perspective. She referred us to other vendors that we were thrilled with, even saving us money over other vendor quotes we'd received. Going into our wedding week, my husband and I felt calm and confident, and instead of stressing, we were able to look forward to the celebrations. The day of our wedding was seamless. From the ceremony to cocktail hour to reception to second line, everything was handled perfectly. All we had to do was show up and say our vows! Thanks to all the hard work Rachel and her team put in, we didn't have to worry about a thing, and so we were able to truly enjoy our celebration, connect with all of our guests, and even have a few special moments just the two of us. Since the wedding, we've had multiple guests -- including some of my very picky family -- comment about how well-organized the day was and many said it was the best they've ever been to! We highly recommend hiring this team -- they made our day the best it could be.

Rachal and Paige did my daughter's wedding and it was perfect! They thought of absolutely everything. My only regret is that I can only give them 5 stars - they deserve 100!!!

Where do I even begin?! Rachel + Paige were exactly what we needed in a planner. I'm typically 100% a 'pushover' and do whatever is easiest on everyone else, even if it's not what I really want. Rachel would have NO part in that--she made sure things were exactly how I wanted them and constantly reminded me that it was OUR day! Anytime we had an issue with a vendor she advocated for us + got it resolved. I truly have no idea what we would've done without them on our wedding day--all of the *things* simply wouldn't have gotten done. Rachel constantly made sure I had everything I needed all while making sure the set up was going perfectly. Paige was a lifesaver, also! I think my veil weighed 20 pounds and she somehow got it to stay in. She even held the weight of it from the moment it went in until I walked down the aisle! They gathered us a plate of food during our cocktail hour to make sure that we ate, Paige carried my makeup around all night so that I had it anytime I needed, and Rachel caught a 'wedding crasher' at the door and had them out before anyone even knew. I can't possibly list alllll of the things they did for us, but our day would NOT have been what it was without them! They were the absolute best wedding investment I made.

Rachel and Paige were the best addition to our wedding day. They bent over backwards and had every backup plan in the book up their sleeves. The weather moved our ceremony indoors then back outdoors multiple times. I swear Paige was drenched, in the pouring rain, holding tarps down outside so I could have the outdoor wedding that I had imagined. They communicated efficiently and calmly with us throughout the day. Rachel’s email communication beforehand was professional, quick and she tied up every loose end that I didn’t know was loose. Rachel also had the sweetest reaction to first seeing me in my dress and I truly loved having her there to hype me up. They were thoughtful, fun and easy to work with. Working with Rachel and Paige was such a pleasure. They alleviated much of the stress that comes with wedding planning and they went above and beyond to make sure every detail of our wedding day was perfect. Rachel is an excellent communicator and you'll be hard pressed to find someone as connected as her in the New Orleans area. She's very resourceful too, always considering the backup options if something doesn't as planned. In short, our big day could not have gone any better!! Without Rachel and Paige, things would have been very different (for the worse).

My husband and I used Confetti & Co. as our planners for month of coordination. We could not be more pleased with the services provided by Rachel, Paige, and their team!! They are organized, very communicative, part of the LGBTQIA+ family, and all around great people to work with. One month out from our wedding date they contacted us for our first planning session. We discussed every little detail, and we were able to give them all of our vendors’ information/contracts and go over our GRAND vision for our wedding. From there they took over communication with our vendors (you have no idea how helpful this is; especially in that month leading up to the big day) and provided us with the most detailed timeline I have ever seen!! We had multiple check ins to make sure that we were on the same page, and would update the timeline if needed. We worked full time during the whole process and had a pretty serious family emergency, and they were able to alleviate copious amounts of stress and anxiety that come along with the whole process of getting married. Seriously don’t know what we would have done without them! Look no further for a wedding planning company…This is the company you want to work with! They are sooooo passionate about what they do and it just exudes through their personality and the vibes they give off. These ladies DO NOT put up with any bull and thoroughly get the job done. Rachel, Paige, and the team did a WONDERFUL job with our wedding. I live in London so as you can imagine, planning a destination wedding in NOLA was a challenge. Rachel went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They even did our tasting for us when we were unable to fly in for ours! Planning a wedding on top of life, working full time, and having little to no experience with the wedding industry, drove our desire to look for a planner to help us decrease stress. Being a queer bi-racial couple, it was crucial for us to work with vendors who stand for equity and we are beyond grateful to have found Confetti & Co. From the very first conversation, Rachel and her wife, Paige, brought excitement to the process, listened to our vision and needs, and provided us with tailored service packages to choose from. From those packages, we then decided to go with the 6 week package. However, as planning continued, my (now) wife and I realized that we needed additional support sooner. As soon as we suggested this to Rachel, she immediately scheduled a call with us and by the end of the call we had decided to begin working together sooner. This decision was one of the best decisions we could have made at the time. We began to meet at least weekly, we discussed every detail of the wedding, they were able to ease our stress and truly helped us have the most incredible night of our lives. Rachel's help went beyond any of our expectations: She came with me to my final fitting so someone would know how to bustle my dress (my family and MOH lives out of state), she created the most incredible detailed wedding timeline I've ever seen, she was readily available for any problem solving "emergency", and Paige and her make a fierce team on wedding day. When we say that we didn't worry about one timeline, one decoration, or one detail on wedding day, we are not lying. They were professional, they were confident in their abilities, and they proved to us that we hired the perfect company to plan our dream day. Without them, I don't even want to think about the kind of wedding day we would have had. The only regret we have is not woking with them from the very start and hiring them for full service planning. I am a very organized, type A person and even then, I could have benefited from Rachel and Paige's support and expertise the entire time. Therefore, not only do we completely recommend working with Confetti & Co, we recommend working with them from the very start- you will not be disappointed.

Where do I begin?? Hiring Rachel and her team for our wedding was hands down the BEST decision we could’ve ever made. We never wanted for anything, was always up to date on all things without the hassle of figuring out the small details. We had an out of state wedding and Rachel and it was as if Rachel was from there. All vendors were taken care of, she stayed in contact with everyone, everything was super organized, and honestly I had to even check to see if she needed anything on my end bc everything was seamless. Our wedding day was PERFECT. All I had to do was wake up and drink, snack, and enjoy the best day of my life. Her timeline was so detailed and organized that all vendors knew what to do and everything was super smooth. We were at the reception and she and her team made sure we were getting drinks and dancing our butts off. Cake cutting, sparkler exit, EVERYTHING was just amazing and not one single ounce of stress was needed on our part. We will relive this day over and over again for the rest of our lives. I am a procrastinator to the core, so having our frequent check ins helped me stay on track and helped me from being overwhelmed and eased my anxiety with everything that goes into planning a dream wedding. I was provided detailed timelines and spreadsheets that came in handy, big time! Through an endless sea of vendors, Rachel found me ones that fit my style and budget. They stayed on top of all the vendors throughout the whole process and on the big day, having to NOT worry about ANYTHING, was the greatest gift. We could not have had such a successful destination wedding with the help of Rachel and Jenna. They went above and beyond expectations from the very first discussions with them, through the planning process and on through the final moments of the wedding ceremony. ALL experienced an amazing weekend of celebration and lifelong memories of our wedding weekend! I highly recommend this company!!!! I reached out to the owner of the company, Rachel, to see if she could help me pull off asking the love of my life to marry me. Her company provided a seamless ease to making this the best day of our lives to date, and my fiancé was so blown away with all the surprises of my unexpected proposal!! We met one on one various times up until the day of the proposal to make sure my vision came to life. Her team made the day of the proposal stress free, and her and her team took care of everything from the decor to outsourcing the catering, and table/chair rentals. As well, she was able to book a photographer to capture our memory so that we can now have it to remember forever! We had the most beautiful ballon arch and helped me pop the question with “MARRY ME?” balloons and had the perfect music playing on speakers when my fiancé walked in. She helped bring my vision to life and for that I will always be thankful!
