We had the privilege of working with Rachel and the Confetti team for over two years, and they were nothing short of exceptional. Their professionalism, creativity, and attention to detail are unmatched. We truly could not have planned our destination wedding without them. Paige supported us from the beginning. She took us all around the city to tour venues (and get po’ boys), and she even designed our dance floor and bar, creating beautiful custom pieces that perfectly captured our theme. Rachel, Hanna, and Maddy were our fiercest advocates, managing vendor communication, contracts, and negotiations with care and confidence. Their insider knowledge of the local vendor scene was invaluable. They knew exactly who to hire for the vibe we wanted (and who to avoid). Rachel and her team ran the show and managed every technical and logistical element flawlessly. Because the team handled all the behind-the-scenes work, we were free to focus on the fun, creative aspects of planning. There were so many details we wouldn’t have even known to consider. We’re so glad that Confetti and Co thought of everything. They even had a flawless rain contingency plan, so when the forecasts predicted the weather shifting, we didn’t have to stress for a second. Our guests raved that it was the most well-organized, beautifully detailed wedding they’d ever attended. And we haven’t even mentioned the best part: we actually got to enjoy our wedding day. Rachel, Jamie, and Paige executed our vision perfectly. We walked into our ceremony and reception and everything that we planned for and imagined was there. The music, the florals, the signage, decor, food, everything was placed and staged better than how we wanted, and we didn’t have to lift a finger. We showed up, and Rachel welcomed us with a glass of champagne. The amount of gratitude we felt in that moment was immeasurable. Our family and friends got to enjoy the day too; all of us got to fully experience the celebration without worrying about logistics or responsibilities. When couples plan everything themselves, it’s often on them and the wedding party or family to carry the load and put out fires. But because we had Confetti and Co on site, none of that happened. They handled every detail quietly and gracefully, solving problems before we even knew they existed. We’ve watched friends stressfully go through wedding planning without a planner, and by the time their day arrived, they just wanted it to be over. But because of Confetti and Co, our journey was joyful, and our wedding day was the best day of our lives. After two years of working together, they feel like family. Rachel and Hanna were encouraging, knowledgeable, kind, and organized, but beyond that, they are passionate about taking care of their clients, no matter the situation. Our photographer cancelled the day before our wedding. Yes, you read that right, DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING. We had less than 36 hours to find a replacement. I'm sure anyone could understand the desperation, panic, and heartbreak my (now) husband and I experienced. Rachel and Hanna read the cancellation email before we did and were immediately in contact with us. They assured us they would do everything in their power to help us with the situation.... Y'all, did they deliver! Their relationships with vendors in the city are so strong and full of mutual respect. They found the perfect photographer for our event who was willing to send over a contract, move around his own projects, and join us for the next day, all within three hours. I barely had enough time to panic before the issue was resolved. What was one of the worst things to happen on our wedding weekend ended up being our biggest blessing. It would not have been possible without Rachel, Hanna, and the entire Confetti & Co. Team. Though not nearly as dramatic or problematic, there was also a last-minute change to our attending DJ. Knowing how important it was for our vendors to be part of the LGBTQAI+ community, Rachel + Hanna guaranteed that the replacement met our request to ensure that our guests would be safe to celebrate to the fullest, without filter. All of our guests were raving about how smoothly everything went. We were running early rather than late. All guests felt supported during transitional moments (i.e. ceremony to cocktail hour) and informed on the timeline of events. I know for a fact that our event would not have run as smoothly without Confetti & Co. I am so beyond grateful for their expertise, compassion, and joy! I am so sorry I argued with you about getting day-of-coordinators because, [expletive], I love those two.”

We were shocked at how detailed they got on the schedule; many other vendors we talked to said we were some of the most organized people they'd worked with, but we were just thinking of everything because our Confetti planners were asking us about it first. On the day of the wedding, we ended up having more stuff for them to take and set up than we had initially planned for, but they seamlessly handled it all, set it up perfectly and beautifully, and handled some mishaps and kept the Bride calm along the way. Anujin and Elena got us dialed in on our ceremony timing, handled some more last minute changes, had all of our stuff ready and packed for us to go home with when it was time to leave. We just felt really taken care of the whole time. We were really happy with the experience and would recommend Confetti strongly for day of coordination, and expect that they would be just as adept at planning a full wedding,

Rachel and her team were so communicative, organized, and just straight up amazing! Every single detailed was thought out and they made sure that my husband and I enjoyed our wedding without having to worry about the logistics. I can't stress enough about how amazing the team was to ensure our wedding was the most magical day! Although we we encountered rain (a typical weather for September in NOLA), they had everything planned and ready for a rainy day and communicated with all our vendors without us having to lift a single finger. Thankfully, the rain stopped on our day and we were able to proceed with our second line parade.
