During our design process she was so flexible at working to find exactly what we wanted and everyone is still talking about all the details now. She kept the day flowing right on schedule and had my back every single step of the way so I didn't have to worry or stress on the day. her team worked their magic and we are so incredibly grateful. As I took a moment to pause and look around in the middle of the party, it was so clear to me that we were in the best of hands. Charli and our entire vendor team crushed it! I was actually stunned when I arrived at the venue and saw how gorgeous Glidden was, especially in the pouring rain. It was moody and romantic with the candlelight, yet vibrant with the pops of color from CLO's flowers, and the tone was set with an array of delicious shucked oysters on ice, it truly was oyster chic. Charli & team brought our vision to life. The setting was so unique, the oysters were the best our crew has ever had, Maine memories were made. Justin and I had the best day and our family and friends have been raving about the whole experience and how great Charli was ( one of my cousins said to me today, " I think I told Charli I loved her at the end of the night" 😂 ) That is truly a testament to what she did to give us a day where we just experienced, enjoyed and celebrated. All the stressors were taken off my plate and I can't tell you what that means. I was actually calm on my wedding morning. She really took care of us, working incredibly hard on a logistically challenging day. From adapting the party space, reworking the floor plan to accommodate the weather, to picking me up for our First Look... to making sure we stuck to the timeline, all the while working in the rain, she is the wedding planning extraordinaire. I am forever grateful to have had the chance to work with Charli and her team and will continue to rave about my experience to whoever will listen. Planning a Maine wedding? She figured out things we didn't even realize we needed to be thinking about, she was super knowledgeable about all of the best local vendors and solutions to our ideas, and she did such a great job in bringing our wedding vision to life. She was constantly positive and solutions-oriented, making the entire planning process and our wedding weekend as stress-free as possible for us. We had so many of our family and friends comment that our wedding was the best one they had ever attended, and a ton of credit is owed to Charli for making that a reality. If she's available for your date, don't even think about it-- just do it! :).

When we spoke with Charli the first time, we were blown away by how knowledgeable she is, how creative she is and also how down-to-earth she is! We decided to book her and it was the best decision we ever made. She found us every vendor, she designed our whole space, she created our color palette, she did everything! A couple of months in, we needed new vendors that we were more affordable and instantly, she presented us with all new options that fit our budget. She checked in with us frequently up until the wedding day. On the actual wedding day, Charli truly shined. We had a couple of moving pieces, some late night food items that needed tending to; Charli and her team did all of it! If there were any snafus, we did not know of them! She refreshed our drinks, she tended these fire pit things we rented, she updated us what was next on our timeline. She was perfect!! If you're thinking about getting a wedding planner, you will not regret hiring Charli. She clearly has created a name for herself in the New England wedding industry, with her professionalism, creativity and personal network of vendors she has worked with. It was a pleasure to work with her!

for me. Somehow she always answered her emails like text messages. I felt like I never waited more than minutes for a reply no matter what the subject was. She made me feel like I was her top priority from vendor selection and budget setting in the very beginning right up to the day of. From a detail oriented Bride, you NEED Charli. I never had to get caught up worrying or stressing about the details because she was just on it. Whenever I even mentioned lifting a finger she would tell me ‘I didn’t need to be doing that, I should be sipping champagne.’ Can you say dream come true? I could be as involved or as hands off as I wanted under her care. I felt like she was by my side the entire wedding day and she and her team still executed every part of my vision for reception setup to the nines. I got to be fully present my entire wedding weekend because of her and her team. I truly can’t thank her enough. I know we will be great friends because I am going to need her and her services again in the future for all my planning needs!
