Confetti & Cocktails Events Co.

rly important as we were planning our Maine wedding from Atlanta, so having someone "on the ground" was invaluable. Even when she had a personal emergency come up, her associate Kayla was able to step in and maneuver through our entire weekend with humor, professionalism, and grace. No matter who you work with at C&C, you're definitely getting some talented event experts!

almness to the stress of wedding planning. Whether it was fixing an issue, changing things we’ve picked out or simply being there to talk, laugh and support - she was so kind, professional and an overall amazing friend for us! When it came to the day of, Charli and her teammate Amanda were so helpful and supportive! Amanda went out of her way to help get all of our decor to our venue. I highly recommend Charli and Amanda. I can’t thank C+C enough!!!

were a huge part of what made it so amazing and special. She was so incredibly responsive from the first moment we talked and helped me execute the ideas I had in my mind into the perfect day. During our design process she was so flexible at working to find exactly what we wanted and everyone is still talking about all the details now. She was there all weekend long, helping assist when things popped up so we never had to worry about a thing. She kept the day flowing right on schedule and had my back every single step of the way so I didn't have to worry or stress on the day. She even helped us pivot and make sure family could be included after we had a family injury. We truly can't thank her enough for making the day everything we had dreamed of and more. I recommend Charli and her team to anyone getting married!

th her for our big day and would recommend her to anyone!

her team worked their magic and we are so incredibly grateful. As I took a moment to pause and look around in the middle of the party, it was so clear to me that we were in the best of hands. Charli and our entire vendor team crushed it! I was actually stunned when I arrived at the venue and saw how gorgeous Glidden was, especially in the pouring rain. It was moody and romantic with the candlelight, yet vibrant with the pops of color from CLO's flowers, and the tone was set with an array of delicious shucked oysters on ice, it truly was oyster chic. Charli & team brought our vision to life. The setting was so unique, the oysters were the best our crew has ever had, Maine memories were made. Justin and I had the best day and our family and friends have been raving about the whole experience and how great Charli was ( one of my cousins said to me today, " I think I told Charli I loved her at the end of the night" 😂 ) That is truly a testament to what she did to give us a day where we just experienced, enjoyed and celebrated. All the stressors were taken off my plate and I can't tell you what that means. I was actually calm on my wedding morning. She really took care of us, working incredibly hard on a logistically challenging day. From adapting the party space, reworking the floor plan to accommodate the weather, to picking me up for our First Look... to making sure we stuck to the timeline, all the while working in the rain, she is the wedding planning extraordinaire. I am forever grateful to have had the chance to work with Charli and her team and will continue to rave about my experience to whoever will listen. Planning a Maine wedding? Charli & Confetti & Cocktails Events Co. is a must.

ign planning, and day-of-coordinating. Charli and her team made the entire process, and of course the wedding day, truly a dream! I would recommend Confetti & Cocktails over and over again!

ier with our magical day.

ressful things–figuring out where to house guests, locking in vendors, getting the exact look and feel that we wanted for our once-in-a-lifetime day. We are so lucky to have found her. One of the best parts of working with Charli is her ability to listen and to create a shared vision that translates into a day-of experience that was an absolute blast. Our Wedding was incredible, turning out even better than we could have imagined, Charli truly helped bring our dream wedding to life. Charli was a joy to work with throughout the entire process, easing our minds and keeping us on track. If you are debating the need for a planner, book Charli, you will be so glad you did!

d in a planner (and who knows what they need when they're planning a once in a lifetime event?! I didn't think I needed a planner until I had one -- total game changer!). Throughout the whole planning process, she was very responsive to emails/calls/texts and definitely put us at ease about our special day. We so highly recommend Confetti and Cocktails for any planning needs. Our wedding day would not have been quite as successful had we not had Charli and her assistant there :) It was truly our dream wedding. THANK YOU!

the things you'd hope for when planning your big day (as well as your day-of coordination). She figured out things we didn't even realize we needed to be thinking about, she was super knowledgeable about all of the best local vendors and solutions to our ideas, and she did such a great job in bringing our wedding vision to life. She was constantly positive and solutions-oriented, making the entire planning process and our wedding weekend as stress-free as possible for us. We had so many of our family and friends comment that our wedding was the best one they had ever attended, and a ton of credit is owed to Charli for making that a reality. If she's available for your date, don't even think about it-- just do it! :).

ted a Maine wedding planner to help us plan our Portland wedding. When we spoke with Charli the first time, we were blown away by how knowledgeable she is, how creative she is and also how down-to-earth she is! We decided to book her and it was the best decision we ever made. She found us every vendor, she designed our whole space, she created our color palette, she did everything! A couple of months in, we needed new vendors that we were more affordable and instantly, she presented us with all new options that fit our budget. She checked in with us frequently up until the wedding day. On the actual wedding day, Charli truly shined. We had a couple of moving pieces, some late night food items that needed tending to; Charli and her team did all of it! If there were any snafus, we did not know of them! She refreshed our drinks, she tended these fire pit things we rented, she updated us what was next on our timeline. She was perfect!! If you're thinking about getting a wedding planner, you will not regret hiring Charli. She clearly has created a name for herself in the New England wedding industry, with her professionalism, creativity and personal network of vendors she has worked with. It was a pleasure to work with her!

nning to end she handled the whole weekend flawlessly

for me. Somehow she always answered her emails like text messages. I felt like I never waited more than minutes for a reply no matter what the subject was. She made me feel like I was her top priority from vendor selection and budget setting in the very beginning right up to the day of. From a detail oriented Bride, you NEED Charli. I never had to get caught up worrying or stressing about the details because she was just on it. Whenever I even mentioned lifting a finger she would tell me ‘I didn’t need to be doing that, I should be sipping champagne.’ Can you say dream come true? I could be as involved or as hands off as I wanted under her care. I felt like she was by my side the entire wedding day and she and her team still executed every part of my vision for reception setup to the nines. I got to be fully present my entire wedding weekend because of her and her team. I truly can’t thank her enough. I know we will be great friends because I am going to need her and her services again in the future for all my planning needs!

uld be worthwhile, but we were really happy that we made the decision to hire Charli. She made the day run seamlessly, helped us with design decisions and ideas, communicated with vendors on our behalf, and was just overall great at communicating and making sure we didn't forget any important items or aspects. Definitely recommend!

hed out, and within a couple hours we were on the phone chatting. Every step of the way she took work off my plate, brought vision to areas where I had none, and pulled off an amazing, flawlessly fun event with as little stress as possible on my end. I would highly recommend her, and am so grateful we found her!!!

family. Charli and her assistant were amazing on the day of the ceremony, staying all day and keeping everything running smooth and organized. I would highly recommend Confetti and Cocktails Events Co. for any event that needs real pros!

as fun and that we were totally taken care of. On the day of not a single member of the bridal party or family had to worry about a thing. She was on top of all details and made sure that not a single piece was missed. I can't recommend her enough! Don't go into planning your wedding without a planner, and when you do - make sure its Charli

logistics of getting to the island where the wedding was and keeping all the guests in the right place at the right time. My only regret is not knowing her sooner so she could have worked my wedding too! I absolutely recommend Confetti & Cocktails Events, you will not be disappointed!

lowed the day to unfold seamlessly. Everyone and everything was where it needed to be when it needed to be there. She was very professional and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone.
