Planning a wedding is stressful but we are so thankful we decided to book Whitney to help us with our reception. I have known Whitney since 2017 and when we got engaged I knew there wasn’t anyone else I would trust to coordinator our wedding. We live in Virginia and got married in Kansas City. I wasn’t able to come back a whole lot so having her in Kansas City made planning so easy. When I did come back she coordinated back to back meetings with vendors so no time was wasted and we could accomplish everything on our list. She knew my vision and my found the perfect vendor team to execute everything we wanted. She has made so many great relationships with Kansas City vendors so I trusted every name she suggested. She was there for every meeting and if I ever had a question or needed guidance she was always there. Whitney and her team made our day flawless! I have no idea if any hiccups happened on our wedding day, and that’s exactly how it’s supposed to be. We had so much fun and enjoyed every moment and never had to worry about the coordination of vendors, timeline. or ANYTHING. She made everything perfect for us. Whitney and team are amazing. Exceeded expectations and made it the perfect wedding weekend. words cannot describe the gratitude I have for everything that was put into making our rehearsal dinner and wedding the most amazing time ever. Things that blew us away. Impeccable coordination between, dj, event hall, food, cake, makeup and hair, hotel, transportation, decorations, photos and odds and ends we could have never thought of. Right down to helping get the gifts organized and packed and just overall pleasantry of everyone recommended and involved. We took the recommendation of the planner on everything and we are so happy we did. It was really an amazing time and everyone had so much fun. Rehearsal dinner of about 50 and wedding about 100. I cannot say enough amazing things about Whitney. She was my wedding coordinator and was amazing and then we hired her for my sister's wedding which was complete opposit of my wedding and she still was AMAZING. I seriously cannot imagine how the wedding would have went if Whitney wasn't involved. She makes the brides vision come to life and makes the whole entire wedding planning process so seamless. I truly credit her for the reason our wedding day was such a success. Whitney and her team are kind, graceful, kind, and truly one of a kind. From making several wedding day last minute store runs, completely setting up our decorations, quietly urging everyone to sit down when our officiant forgot, and always bringing the most positive energy every single day. 5 stars isn't high enough for what Whitney and her team did for us!! We were planning our wedding from California so we were totally dependent on Whitney and her knowledge of the KC wedding scene. She absolutely knocked it out of the park and delivered on every single thing we discussed. I really cannot recommend her enough!!!!!!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful Whitney truly is! I immediately felt like she completely understood the vision we had for our wedding day, and she made it come to life. Throughout the entire process Whitney was always easily accessible when we had questions or concerns, and her great relationships with other vendors made each step so easy. The wedding day itself was perfect and stress free! I never had to worry about a thing with Whitney and her team — they took care of absolutely everything. At the end of it all, I really feel like I’ve gained a friend.

It's hard to consolidate how helpful Whitney was into one review. My husband and I planned not one, not two, but three attempts at a "normal" wedding, with our first date being set as June 6, 2020-- yikes. Obviously we could not have even dreamed up how much of a nightmare our wedding planning process would be. I would have been a mess without Whitney. Whitney helped us move our date (which included needing a new venue and seeing which vendors were available) and then helped us plan a micro-wedding in Oct. 2020 of around 40 very close family and friends. Even further, she helped us plan the large "vow renewal" wedding we always wanted, one year from our date in 2021. Whitney helped me keep the cost of our wedding down despite all the COVID chaos and rearrangement. She also provided support and encouragement. She helped coordinate hotel blocks, selected vendors, selected a good color scheme, etc. She learned exactly what I liked so well that it was like I did it all myself. Pretty sure she knows our entire family history and dynamics. Our wedding(s) ended up both being gorgeous and went flawlessly. I didn't do a thing the day of our wedding. I absolutely could not have done it without her! Hire Whitney and you will have the perfect wedding.

Whitney was amazing right from the start! We clicked at our initial meeting and I knew she was going to be awesome. Throughout our journey, she’d send me reminders about payments (which I’m bad at), find on-theme goodies online to get my opinion (hello adorable Gatsby napkins!), and would just check in on my mental state throughout the planning and the pandemic! She was absolutely instrumental in helping us postpone the first go around, contact the vendors, and keep the team together for the following year. She also has a way with people! She has incredible ideas and connections and knows just who to call to make your wedding perfect. On her recommendation, we booked our DJ, caterer, make-up, and item rentals, and none of those vendors disappointed! Day of, she kept everything under control, did an amazing job decorating, and kept our crazy wedding party moving. I’m happy to say Whitney deserves a 10/10 for everything she did for our wedding!

I feel like I can't accurately summarize how wonderful Whitney is. We hired her for day-of coordination, but she always went above and beyond her role. There were multiple times I texted her at 9pm with a last-minute question and she responded - and fixed! - whatever I had to say. The day wouldn't have gone as smooth without her, and I highly recommend Whitney for your wedding day!

I can’t say enough about Whitney. Hiring her was the best thing I did when it came to my wedding. I hired her for partial planning. She quickly responds and she’s honest. She’s team bride. She’s your voice. She checks in on you periodically and asks how she can help you. My wedding day was not perfect. But no one—including me-would have never known—because Whitney took care of it (someone didn’t show up to do their job, thus landing on her-I found out later and not on the wedding day). She literally made my dream wedding come true.

I called Whitney about some last minute planning for my sister's wedding. First of all, she was SO responsive. When we spoke details over the phone, she determined that using her may not be the best route given what we needed & budgeting. I really appreciated her honesty and all of the advice she was giving us. It was very generous & refreshing. I would highly recommend using her even though we didn't get the chance to!

I hired Whitney for the final planning stages and of day-of coordination for my wedding, as I already had many of the big details booked and just needed help with the small details and timeline. Whitney checked in every single month asking what she could do to help and any question I had she had an immediate response. If you're wanting someone thats professional, get's things done quickly and gracefully and becomes a friend through all the craziness, Whitney is your girl. I hired her after two of my best friends had her as a wedding planner and their weddings were amazing, so it was a no brainer for me! She makes the process actually enjoyable and not stressful. She takes care of literally everything you need… There’s no way I could have done it all by myself. She is constant communication with you and your vendors. She took my vision to a whole other level. She is so well connected in the wedding scene in Kansas City, which helps because she has access to anything! She answers literally any question at all hours of the day, no matter what. She was my saving grace, she’ll go to vendor meetings for you if you cannot attend, she helped my in laws with the rehearsal dinner, she does it ALL. whitney made the entire wedding planning process so easy for my fiance... and myself. But mainly for my fiance, as I did not have to do much to plan the wedding because whitney did absoutely everything, answered all the questions we had, reached out to anyone we wanted her to. she is very resonably priced compared to other wedding planners out there and it is worth everything! From a guys point of view sometimes what we want gets overlooked.... whitney always asked for my opinion and priortized what was important to me. without her i don't think the wedding planning process would have been that enjoyable. she was SO organized (all the time) as well as the day of the wedding. she sent out a detailed iteneary before the wedding so my family/groomsmen could refer to that and i didn't have to answer a bunch of questions. she helped my parents and fiance plan/set up/clean up the rehearsal. I persoanlly really liked that I could just enjoy the weekend and whitney took care of everything else. not to mention we had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and we would not have been able to do it without whitney. she literally took care of everything. she was direct and when something needed to be done she found a way to get it done. very great to work with!

Whitney is amazing. We hired Confetti Events for our (planned) June 2020 wedding. I am not from Kansas City and really needed help navigating vendors, good areas of town, etc. Our initial phone call Whitney was extremely honest and candid with me and didn't try to upsell anything. When the pandemic happened, she was the cool, calm, voice of reason and incredibly kind considering she had her own business to worry about. My bridesmaids all commented on what a wonderful ally she was to have. HIRE HER!

Wow, wow, wow! I just CANNOT say enough great things about Whitney and the Confetti Events crew! Whitney was hands down our best investment for the wedding and worth every penny (and more!)!! From our very first meeting she understood my vision and was in tune with my every wedding dream, and from that point on I knew she was the planner for us! Through every phone call, email, text and meet up she was professional, personable and doing everything she could to make sure my vision became a reality. Whitney is very thorough and detail oriented, she will not let any detail go unnoticed or undiscussed. Whitney thinks of everything. She knows the wedding industry and the Kansas City vendors and thinks of every question and detail you could imagine. She has amazing communication and responded to every email I sent, no matter how crazy! And, was in constant communication with all of my vendors. Hiring Whitney was one of the best investments we made while planning our wedding day! I planned a majority of our wedding myself, but when I found Whitney with Confetti Events about 6 months out, I knew we had to hire her to be our month of coordinator so that I didn't go crazy in the final weeks leading up to our big day. She was so responsive and helpful with ALL of my emails and random questions and helped keep my OCD mind at ease. She even connected us with an amazing cake baker that I never would have found without her help. Whitney was very conscious of our budget and found multiple ways to help us save money, which is always a huge plus! She was generous enough to let us borrow several pieces of decor, frames, vases, etc that really made my wedding vision a reality. She created such a thorough day of timeline that everything flowed perfectly and we were really able to enjoy our day without having to stress about any of the details. We had multiple people mention afterwards that Whitney was a total rockstar at what she does and we couldn't agree more!

Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and Confetti events played a huge part in making that happen! At first we were hesitant to hire a wedding planner because we wanted to stay “within budget”. We ended up hiring Whitney and Samantha and we are so glad we did! Worth every penny! We planned our wedding from out of state (California) and Whitney was crucial in helping us contact all the vendors, thought of all the little details that helped make the day more beautiful and stunning then we could have imagined, had great suggestions for vendors, and allowed us to send favors and decorations to her office for holding until our big day(so we didn’t have to haul it all the way from California)! We hired Confetti events as a day of planner but Whitney went above and beyond that and totally surpassed my husbands and my expectations! The day (and month before) ran so smoothly and Confetti Events made it possible for us to totally enjoy and take in the whole day and leave the set up and last minute details to them! My husband even decided he wanted a photo booth 2 days before the wedding and Whitney and Samantha made it happen!!

At first, I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator because our “wedding budget” was already capped and I was focused on not spending any more. However, hiring Whitney as our wedding planner was a great decision. She is well respected in the industry and has a long list of contacts. She took our budget into consideration and through her connections, we ended up saving us some extra cash while getting the services we wanted. She is very organized and made sure our wedding day went smoothly. We did have a minor issue with one of our vendors; however she handled all the details on our behalf. Whitney is the best wedding coordinator! She helped my sister leading up to the wedding and day of. She helped Kim and her fiancé plan everything out and had great recommendations for vendors. Whitney was so great to work with. She worked closely with me to understand my wedding vision. I didn't have to think or lift a finger the day-of or even week of.
