rehearsal dinner and wedding the most amazing time ever. Things that blew us away. Impeccable coordination between, dj, event hall, food, cake, makeup and hair, hotel, transportation, decorations, photos and odds and ends we could have never thought of. Right down to helping get the gifts organized and packed and just overall pleasantry of everyone recommended and involved. We took the recommendation of the planner on everything and we are so happy we did. It was really an amazing time and everyone had so much fun. Rehearsal dinner of about 50 and wedding about 100. Smooth sailing so I would sought we could have tripled that and things would have stayed flawless. Not to mention Dec 17 right before holiday…not easy! Loved it! Thank you!

as June 6, 2020-- yikes. Obviously we could not have even dreamed up how much of a nightmare our wedding planning process would be. I would have been a mess without Whitney. Whitney helped us move our date (which included needing a new venue and seeing which vendors were available) and then helped us plan a micro-wedding in Oct. 2020 of around 40 very close family and friends. Even further, she helped us plan the large "vow renewal" wedding we always wanted, one year from our date in 2021. Whitney helped me keep the cost of our wedding down despite all the COVID chaos and rearrangement. She also provided support and encouragement. She helped coordinate hotel blocks, selected vendors, selected a good color scheme, etc. She learned exactly what I liked so well that it was like I did it all myself. Pretty sure she knows our entire family history and dynamics. Our wedding(s) ended up both being gorgeous and went flawlessly. I didn't do a thing the day of our wedding. I absolutely could not have done it without her! Hire Whitney and you will have the perfect wedding.

She was absolutely instrumental in helping us postpone the first go around, contact the vendors, and keep the team together for the following year. She also has a way with people! She has incredible ideas and connections and knows just who to call to make your wedding perfect. On her recommendation, we booked our DJ, caterer, make-up, and item rentals, and none of those vendors disappointed! Day of, she kept everything under control, did an amazing job decorating, and kept our crazy wedding party moving. I’m happy to say Whitney deserves a 10/10 for everything she did for our wedding!

But no one—including me-would have never known—because Whitney took care of it (someone didn’t show up to do their job, thus landing on her-I found out later and not on the wedding day). She is constant communication with you and your vendors. She took my vision to a whole other level. She is so well connected in the wedding scene in Kansas City, which helps because she has access to anything! She answers literally any question at all hours of the day, no matter what. She truly cares for her clients and wants the best for them. The sweetest and most genuine person I know. She was my saving grace, she’ll go to vendor meetings for you if you cannot attend, she helped my in laws with the rehearsal dinner, she does it ALL. Also, I was planning my wedding during COVID and had to reschedule and I CANNOT imagine doing it without Whitney. My husband and our families LOVED our wedding so much because we were actually able to enjoy the weekend because Whitney took care of everything and everything went so smooth! Whitney takes charge and finds a way to get anything done. She is the most organized person and makes your wedding dreams come true! From a guys point of view sometimes what we want gets overlooked.... whitney always asked for my opinion and priortized what was important to me. without her i don't think the wedding planning process would have been that enjoyable. she was SO organized (all the time) as well as the day of the wedding. she sent out a detailed iteneary before the wedding so my family/groomsmen could refer to that and i didn't have to answer a bunch of questions. she helped my parents and fiance plan/set up/clean up the rehearsal. I persoanlly really liked that I could just enjoy the weekend and whitney took care of everything else. not to mention we had to reschedule our wedding due to covid and we would not have been able to do it without whitney. she literally took care of everything. she was direct and when something needed to be done she found a way to get it done. very great to work with!

initial phone call Whitney was extremely honest and candid with me and didn't try to upsell anything. When the pandemic happened, she was the cool, calm, voice of reason and incredibly kind considering she had her own business to worry about.
