Confetti & Cocktails is an absolute pleasure to work with! Andrina is friendly, upbeat, and professional. The best decision I made was to hire Andrina and her team for full-service wedding planning. As a working mother, and self-professed control freak, having someone who knew Carmel inside and out was key. This was an event we wanted to savor, not stress over. Andrina helped us select several venues and all the necessary vendors to bring my daughters dream day to life all while staying sensitive to our budget. Andrina’s previous vendor experience meant we received guidance on vendor contracts and she even negotiated one or two custom packages on our behalf. Vendors were responsive to her communication and this kept the planning process on track. Looking back on the wedding day, one word kept coming to mind for all of us and that was FLAWLESS. It was like stepping onto a movie set that someone else was managing and all we had to do was grab a glass of champagne and enjoy it. I’m convinced this was due to Andrina’s previous working relationship with all the vendors. This was a well-oiled machine! When thrown a few curve balls, Andrina successfully managed them and I was none the wiser. Exactly how you want it. Even the tear down was managed to a T. Vendor equipment rentals were prepared for pick-up according to details and all personal items supplied were returned to us packed for the trip home. I look forward to working with Andrina again and highly recommend her.
We recently got married in Carmel Valley and Andrina was the BEST coordinator ever! We did not sign up for full planning services as we had already booked most of our vendors by the time we found her. She went above and beyond from the very beginning. She helped plan our timeline and tailored it to our wedding. When she had leftover table chargers from a previous wedding that she thought we might like, she saved them for us to use so we didn't have to buy our own. She helped print our wedding stationery since we are not local and had all the details perfectly arranged at our venue. When we didn't know where to begin with choosing linens to rent, she helped with design and completed the order for us. All of these seemingly small details took so much stress off of us. Andrina was always responsive to our emails and made herself available for phone calls and video calls. She joined us for our tasting, venue walkthrough, and rehearsal and was beyond professional. Our wedding day went so smoothly because Andrina and her mother were there with us at every step to make sure that we were comfortable and happy. When my dress clasp broke, they were there to help. When our cocktail hour ended, they had drinks ready and waiting for my husband and me. When I told her at the last minute that my whole family had Converse we wanted to change into at the reception, she collected all of them the morning of the wedding and had them ready for us when the dance floor opened. We are so pleased and happy with how our wedding day went and we know that it would not have been possible without the help of Confetti & Cocktails. Since our wedding day, people have asked us if anything went wrong-- our response has been that either nothing went wrong or Andrina was able to problem-solve any issues that arose and keep that information from us so that we could enjoy our day. She was such a fun and calming presence on our wedding day and we are so glad that we picked her over a different coordinator we were considering. We cannot recommend Andrina and Confetti & Cocktails enough!
Andrina is seriously a gift from heaven! From day one and I mean it, it was as if my husband and I welcomed her into our family. She made us feel seen, heard and genuinely cared for us through all steps of our wedding journey.

Wow where do I even begin?! Booking Confetti and Cocktails was the best wedding decision my husband and I made when we were in the planning process, and we are forever thankful to Andrina and her team. Right away we never had to worry for a second working with them, and they made our wedding weekend better than we could have ever imagined! Andrina and her team didn’t miss a single detail and were so incredible to work with. They truly care and do everything they can to make sure you have the most special, best day. Andrina went above and beyond and is someone you can absolutely count on with such a big day, taking all the stress away. The Confetti & Cocktails team is so amazing!!! They made our wedding planning process incredibly stress-free, helping to keep us on track for key deadlines, managing complex vendor contracts for us, sourcing new vendors for our crazy ideas, and so much more.
What's incredibly telling is how often other vendors told us how much they love working with Andrina and her team because they are so organized and easy to work with. We absolutely found this to be true throughout our 1.5 years of working together to plan our big weekend. C&C even helped us through as tricky of a wedding day as they come. After deciding against renting a tent because the weather was showing 75+ degrees with 0% of rain just a few days before our wedding, we ended up with significant rain on wedding day, even as our 260 guests were arriving. Andrina and her team sprang into action, moving our ceremony site to be inside without any issues or stress. They worked with all the vendors (floral, band, catering, and more) to ensure that festivities could carry on inside and that we would still be happy. They brought issues up calmly and gave recommendations as we asked for them; comforted and supported us as we made our decisions, but ensured everything would be ok - and it was. They made everything so beautiful that it felt like it should've been the plan from the start. Many of our guests even had no clue that our ceremony was moved from outside to inside. They heard how badly we wanted our first dance, toasts, and dinner to be outside if they rain stopped, and they made that happen, even though it wasn't easy. Not everyone can handle the stress of having to pivot a whole wedding plan that quickly and still make it feel like it was the plan from the beginning. I can't say enough great things about this team and would have them plan our wedding 100 times over again. Major bonus points: 1. they helped make my crazy plan possible to surprise all of our guests by secretly chopping off 1 foot of my hair in the middle of our reception, coordinating with the band so that my husband and I could make an epic return to the dance floor during a specific song (Mr. Brightside, duh!). 2. they managed to surprise this type-A bride with an intimate private last dance with a beautiful circle of our florals 3. they even helped us plan certain aspects of our Rehearsal Dinner and Welcome Party - truly above-and-beyond We can't say enough good things about C&C - we hope you are lucky enough to work with them for your wedding as well!

Andrina and her team made the whole wedding planning process feel so effortless. We went with her recommendations for all vendors and the wedding turned out beautiful—all of our guests kept asking how we made such a perfect wedding happen and we had to give Confetti & Cocktails all of the credit!! Andrina was also such a joy to work with, we will miss our planning calls with her! Before the ceremony she was able to whip out a spare Bobby bin to fix some stray hair and hit it with some hair spray. And right after the ceremony she was waiting with glasses of champagne so we could share a private moment. My whole family even commented on how great Andrina was and she was wonderful interacting with everyone the day of the wedding. As a mom planning our first daughter’s wedding could be stressful. Letting go of control of the before and day of details was the best decision ever! Having Andrina overlook and take on the days before vendors and the day of details was so stress-free. My husband and I were able to enjoy the wedding and our guests the entire time, Andrina checked on us to see if everything was to our liking throughout the night, and my daughter and son-in-law's vision and requests were followed exactly as they wanted it.

Not only does she have beautiful ideas and visions for wedding design but she is extremely attentive to details, quick to respond, and kind. She walked me through each step of the planning process from initial design all the way to executing everything on our wedding day. Her ability to communicate with our vendors effectively and timely and get our needs across was so helpful. Her extensive experience crafting weddings for prior clients coupled with her prior experience working with the wedding/events team at Pebble allowed us to fully trust and rely on her from early on and made the process so smooth. I don’t think I can fully express how thankful I am for Andrina. We worked together for over a year to prepare for wedding day. She seamlessly guided me through the whole process. I was able to book amazing vendors that she recommended to me that were all within our budget. You will gain back hours and days of work by having Andrina as a partner, because you no longer need to spend time researching and sending out endless inquiries. She is a well established planner and offers the best options.
Andrina took care to bring our vision to life. I sent her a barrage of pictures from Instagram and Pinterest that I loved and she pulled together the perfect concept and theme for the day. She always got back to us quickly during business hours and was mindful of letting us know if she might be away. Having such a responsive planner made a big difference for me in reducing stress. I also just appreciated her professional, warm and patient demeanor throughout the process.
On wedding day, one of the sole reasons I felt like I could relax was because Andrina was there. Her and her assistant put together all of the details we had discussed leading up to the event. While I was getting ready with my bridal party, she was checking in and coordinating with all of our vendors as they arrived, and made sure the day ran smoothly for us from beginning to end. This meant I could be present with my friends and family without making sure everything was perfect. I was able to enjoy our special day and will forever be thankful for those memories.
We hired Andrina to be our wedding planner after she came highly recommended to us from anther couple who used her help for their wedding. Even after hearing their glowing reviews, Andrina still managed to exceed our expectations! We contracted her for a partial planning package where my fiancé and I would do most of the legwork for the first part, and then three months from the wedding day, Andrina and her team would take over much of the work.
In the early part of the planning process she got us started off on the right foot with lots of vendor recommendations and was available for promptly answering questions and reviewing the contracts we were signing with vendors. Many of the vendors we ended up hiring came from her lists of recommendations. All the information during the planning process was organized on her planning website and when it came time for her to take over the logistics, it was a seamless transition. Once the final months came around, her coordination with all the vendors was detailed and efficient. She easily handled the coordination of a team of vendors by sending out detailed instructions, timelines, and finalizing any last minute details. I felt completely confident that she had the whole day under control and would handle any issues that might have arisen.
As the bride, I was excited to make all the aesthetic choices for our day, but Andrina’s opinions and experience definitely came in handy whenever I had questions deciding certain details. She understood my vision from the very beginning and enthusiastically helped me bring it to life, while understanding and working with the budget we had set for ourselves.
My favorite part about working with Andrina on this project was her enthusiasm and positivity. Andrina’s professionalism, design abilities, organizational and management talents, and overall fun, warm demeanor made the entire process a breeze. From the first phone call, she was able to capture the vibe and aesthetic we wanted - and worked incredibly hard to ensure everything was amazing. When problems popped up in the months beforehand, she was able to resolve them quickly while keeping us in the loop the entire time. We were particularly impressed with her impeccable attention to detail, whether it was color schemes, contract fine print, or correcting errors in vendor orders. She also has such a strong understanding of how to approach different wedding struggles and logistics (our photographer said we had the best day of schedule she’d ever seen!) and has close relationships with many other local vendors who were all thrilled to get to work with her again. On top of all that, she’s such a lovely, kind person who was so easy to work with.
The design was beautiful, and the day (and whole weekend) were flawlessly planned and executed. While wedding planning is always stressful, when it came to the wedding itself we were confident that Andrina had a plan, had our back, and would take care of any mishaps – though of course there weren’t any!

Andrina and her team at Confetti and Cocktails are the greatest wedding planners ever ever ever. We wanted an intimate wedding and I was worried that a planner would not be as invested as they would for a larger wedding - that could not have father from the truth. From the initial call, all the way through the wedding day and beyond, she has been our designer, therapist, and dream maker. Her professionalism, quick response times to my million questions, and advice on all things wedding related were so helpful during the planning process. She knows the best venues and has great relationships with vendors near and far. The design creation was so fun. She sent a personalized mood board of things we had discussed on the phone and I got to go through and choose the ideas that spoke to me. Then we got to meet at the showroom and put all the pieces together. The day of, Andrina came prepared with EVERYTHING you could possibly ever need. She managed all the vendors and helped everyone stick to the timeline. All I had to do the day of was enjoy getting married. Everything went so smoothly and the day was exactly what we had hoped and planned for. I literally cannot put into words just how wonderful of a person Andrina is and how talented she is. You can tell it is not just her job, but also her passion. If you are looking for a planner, I recommend her a million times over.
When I spoke to Andrina for the first time, we immediately hit it off. Her kindness, care, and planning expertise melted away my stress. Andrina with Confetti&Cocktails was a dream to work with and is very professional. One of the main criteria we were looking for in a planner was someone who understood our vision for our wedding and our vibe as a couple. She is super attentive to detail and really understanding of how complex, emotional, and hectic weddings are. She reviewed our contracts and even caught things we missed before the wedding. The day of, she had thought of everything and was prepared for whatever came up and always with a smile and a solution. Without being pushy, she recommended things that we hadn't even considered. Regardless of who she was working with -- whether family, bridal party, or vendors -- Andrina was able to communicate with ease and grace. If you are looking for peace of mind and everything to go as smoothly as possible on your wedding day we highly recommend Andrina.
We worked with Andrina in a partial planning role, and I can't imagine it have gone any better. She was very available throughout the course of our planning timeframe (11 months) with my fiancée and I, who are both very type-A planning personalities. She also helped immensely in coordinating with our vendors and venue since our wedding was in California but we live in Wisconsin. We visited only twice in advance of our wedding weekend but felt very confident in the logistics and plan for everything we hoped for, and it was even better than we could have imagined. Andrina was the master - we had to adjust for a tent being put up the day before, delivering various materials from our parents to her and to the venue, rain the day-of (moving the ceremony indoors within 40 minutes of it starting)... she was everywhere at once, all while making sure we were taken care of. I couldn't more highly recommend her if I tried, she was everything we could have hoped for and more.
We could not have asked for a better wedding planner than Andrina! From start to finish she made the whole process enjoyable and made sure everything was planned perfectly. She was extremely organized and helped us plan for every detail even those we wouldn't have thought of without her. On top of that her positive attitude and energy make every call, site visit, etc. a fun experience. She was always quick to respond and gave me great ideas throughout the process to help find the designs and look for the day. On the day she made sure everything ran smoothly - we had 3 different venues to coordinate between and she kept everything moving with any issues.

Andrina was exceptional! We worked with her for month-of wedding coordination but she made her self available and was helpful with any questions we had long beforehand. She very responsive, professional, and friendly! Leading up to the wedding day she didn’t have me worried or stressing about a thing. Same for on the day of. She was always asking how I’m doing or if I needed anything, which I appreciate her attentiveness. She’s very proactive and had great recommendations for details on our day of. Great attention to detail throughout the entire planning process.

By far the best decision we made for our wedding day was hiring Andrina to run the show. From start to finish, every little detail you could think of and could not think of, Andrina was on it. She kept us informed, and was constantly communicating with us to ensure everything was good to go and running smoothly. On our wedding day she kept things on track, and rolled with changes on the spot while checking in on us to get anything we needed. We literally did not have to worry about a thing. There is no doubt in our minds that our day would not of been as amazing without Andrina. If you want the best, then look no further. Andrina is the best!
I just want to start out by saying that Andrina is a phenomenal! To add some context, I recently worked with her on my wedding, which took place my house. I’m also DIY bride, so when I was looking for a wedding coordinator I needed someone who I could trust to make my vision come true on the big day. From the first time I talked to Andrina on the phone, I knew she was the one. She is friendly and personable, but also very organized and professional. I knew I could talk to her about any of my concerns or crazy ideas without feeling judged and she was always there with great advice.
Soon after meeting her I told her that I was having trouble finding a caterer. Even though it wasn’t in our contract, she selflessly helped me procure one. She got several quotes, set up the tastings and helped us narrow it down to our final choice. I honestly wouldn’t have been able to do it without her.
She came to the house and helped us create a floor plan, which wasn’t easy considering the landscaping was only half finished at that point. She made sure that every space was utilized to the fullest and everything flowed like how it would at any other venue.
She checked in on us consistently the several months leading up to the wedding. We had multiple calls to narrow down details and she even joined in on calls with my vendors. She put together a spreadsheet with a timeline and day of details and shared it with all my vendors to make sure they were all on the same page.
Having our wedding at the house was logistically difficult for many reasons, one which was the parking. Andrina made sure to let all the vendors know about the parking situation and even dealt with one of my neighbors who was worried about the neighborhood parking because they were also having a party the same day as our wedding.
The day of the wedding, when we got back to the house after our first look, I literally gasped when I saw how beautiful everything was. She made the space even better than what I envisioned. She knows what she’s doing and she made the decisions I trusted her to make.
I could probably go on and on about how fabulous she was to work with, but I don’t think anyone wants to read a 10 page essay, so I’ll stop here. If you are thinking about hiring her for your wedding or event, don’t even hesitate!
Andrina was an incredible resource to me throughout the wedding planning and day-of coordination process. She was always available to answer any of my questions, served as a sounding board when I was stressed out, and overall led the charge in making sure the planning process stayed on track and any issues were handled quickly. On the big day, Andrina managed virtually every detail and I was able to stay stress-free and enjoy my time with friends and family. Andrina is a true pro and I'd work with her again in a heartbeat!
Andrina is amazing to work with! I planned my intimate wedding in 6 weeks and Andrina was immediately onboard and provided support at every stage of the planning process. I met Andrina when another planner canceled without notice on my event. Thankfully she was connected with me through a friend and we hit it off immediately. I had a specific vision and when I explained it to her she instantly went to work to make my dream a reality.
During this process I felt so at ease. She went above and beyond what I could have hoped for from the site visits and stationary artist down to final details of choosing stemware and utensils. She was attentive to emails and met my concerns with understanding and a level of calm I certainly couldn't muster.
As the day grew closer and my anxiety was peaking Andrina was reassuring and thoughtful. Everything went off without issue. She was friendly and welcoming to the guests upon arrival, the venue looked flawless, and the guests couldn't stop complimenting the event.
I would absolutely hire Andrina again without hesitation and recommend her to anyone looking for a wedding or event planner.
I can’t say enough good things about Andrina and how much she helped me (at the eleventh hour!) to pull off the wedding of my dreams. I found her at a desperate moment (post-pandemic when everything was so uncertain), two weeks before my wedding, and she jumped on board with her happy, professional demeanor despite the short time frame, and I felt comforted immediately knowing she was on my team.
The day of my wedding she executed everything perfectly—always with that winning smile—and although I was stressed with my own perfectionism, Andrina calmed my fears every step of the way through her precise understanding and execution of everything I wanted.

This review is long over due. Andrina is simply amazing at what she does and truly goes above and beyond in her work. She not only helped my husband and I with day of coordination but she took the time to help us with the actual wedding planning! She was our dream wedding planner and once she took me under her wing I totally felt at ease with everything. She connected with our other vendors, helped create the exact vision we wanted for our special day and was so passionate about her work. On the day of I felt ZERO stress, all thanks to Andrina! She is a true gem. I originally was going into this without a wedding planner however, Andrina's attention to detail and attentiveness to the little things made me realize I could have not done this alone! I would hire her again in a heart beat. Her services are definitely worth the expenses. Although confetti and cocktails was not our cheapest option, it was an expense that ended up exceeded our expectations and more. Andrina's services are top notch and soooo worth it! You won't be disappointed
I wish I could click even more positives for Andrina! She was absolutely incredible! I had been handling the planning myself up until a month before the wedding when I started feeling I would need help to be able to actually enjoy my wedding day. Andrina helped take over the communication with all my vendors. She helped me fill in all the gaps I had in service! She helped me through a particularly difficult situation with a vendor I had chosen before meeting her. FYI ask Andrina for suggestions she has incredible people working with her! She managed the day beautifully I got to enjoy the entire day without worrying about anything! She is such a joy to work with and her assistant and the banquet captain she pulled in last minute were the best! They worked so hard to make the day perfect! Andrina helped coordinate a very quick and impressive flipping of our ceremony space to reception setup. She did this without the caterer (which normally a caterer would help set tables with glassware, silver and such). We provided her with some assistants as well as her own and they worked some serious magic to make the transition smooth! The setup was beautiful! She had the best little touches around the site! (The desert table and welcome table were so sweet!) When the night wound down, she had already had everyone clean out trash and rentals so we could keep on partying!! I can't say enough good things about Andrina! Everyone loved her!! Hire her!
I honestly could not imagine our wedding day without Andrina. I was originally working with a different company and Andrina took over all the details and planning of our event literally days before our wedding. She was kind, professional, and so accommodating to our needs. It truly felt like she had planned our wedding from the very beginning. Her execution was flawless; she met with us at every location we stopped by for pictures, drove us personally from our ceremony site to our reception site, and even made sure we had something to drink and were comfortable. She even held onto some of our personal items to ensure they were not lost and reminded us of details I would have never considered! In addition, Andrina navigated some challenges with specific vendors with ease and grace. I truly felt like I could actually enjoy our special day without having to worry about the details. Many people in my bridal party as well as other guests made comments about how wonderful of a job Andrina did. From my perspective, this is a very difficult business and to possess both professionalism and a warm, kind, personality is quite unique. Andrina has it all and I plan on recommending her to friends and family in the future. If you want to have a wedding planner who you can trust and who has your best interest at heart, she’s your girl!
