am extremely disappointed with my experience with Confetti’s. The company sent me a contract to sign, I signed it promptly, and they accepted and processed my deposit payment. The ...
very next day, they canceled my reservation, stating that they had accepted other bookings for the same date and time.
Their explanation was that quotes do not reserve equipment until payment is received and the order is confirmed. However, they had already processed my payment after sending me a contract to sign, which led me to believe my reservation was secure but chose to cancel after accepting a signed contract and deposit.
I understand that mistakes can happen, but I expected a business to honor its commitments or, at the very least, take responsibility for the situation. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. I would encourage anyone considering this company to get clear written confirmation that their reservation is fully secured before relying on them for an important event.
