pricing and payments. My grandma bought me a pair of earrings from there as an engagement gift to be worn at my wedding that are stunning. My fiancé and I bought our wedding rings there a whole year in advance just because we wanted to make sure we did all our jewelry with Congress. I could not recommend them more highly.
