sing linens for my baby shower. After having looked at the website, I wanted to look at the materials and feel the textures before making my decision and she seemed visibly annoyed that I didn’t come in decided on which linen material I was choosing. I understand that it is necessary for a company to know the size of tables/chairs/etc. that are needed to develop a quote (I had the table sizes and quantities, I was only missing dimensions for the chairs) but she made it seem like it was a bothersome experience to look at samples rather than walk me through what was available in a pleasant manner. She is suppose to send me a quote tomorrow but I will not be needing it because I’m looking elsewhere for linen rentals, and I suggest you do the same.

weddings, so the stakes are fairly high in that the linens have to be practically perfect, which they are. The colors & sizing are consistent, and there are never any rips or tears, no wrinkles, no burn holes, and ready to use. If I ever have any last-minute needs, my representative, Dean, has ALWAYS pulled through. There are so many moving parts in executing a couple's special day, or a corporation's annual conference, and that begins with a properly set room with high quality linens. omer service. In trying to politely explain your issue (even complimenting them initially on some things), you will be berated over the phone by a woman named Lisa. When you get tired of her unbelievably bad attitude, be prepared for Brian's condescending attitude. In an $880 order for our wedding, we thought we should have been refunded $47 because as far as what was on the paperwork upon delivery AND knowledge of delivery person, 2 table cloths were missing. Vital since were needed for buffet tables and a different size than all the others. We quickly rented 2 from a different company in much closer proximity. The $47 then becoming $77. Those two linens missing in end & possibly (but to be fair accidentally) taken by CD employee who retrieved linens after wedding. The $47 in the end becoming $137 to pay for missing table cloths. It turned out the 2 CD table cloths were delivered, but labeled as other pieces that were never opened because they were extras in sizes for bar top tables. CD later explained they put in extras in case. Huh? So we weren't charged for the extras we didn't need or ask for, which were probably over $100, but the 2 important table cloths for buffet that weren't listed on order and presumed missing, can't be refunded for the $47? I didn't even ask for the cost of the table cloths rented elsewhere and now missing. Just the $47. Then berated by a woman who just kept yelling at me because the order was complete and further more, why would I go by "just a delivery man and his paperwork?" Speaks volumes that the very accommodating and knowledgable young lady at CD I had been working with for over a month, quit right before my wedding. Upon looking up customer reviews, the first thing that appears are employee reviews for CD and negative to say the least. $47 Connie Duglin? Hope it was worth it.

e extremely different from the color swatch. They were basically light blue and again, nothing like the color swatch. I understand dye lot differences, but silver shouldn’t look light blue. I worked with my rep on the Friday before my wedding and they were helpful. They had a manager in the warehouse looking at the colors and packing up the correct silver linens to ship to me via overnight delivery. The linens never arrived the morning of my wedding as promised... We called Connie Duglin (on my wedding day) only to find out that the linens were accidentally shipped via 2 day delivery. Therefore, the linens arrived the Monday after my wedding. When this was addressed with the rep, he brushed off the issue as a mere mistake and provided little to no customer service.

fabric from typical napkins and our venue needed to change our napkin design. No big deal, but if you have a specific shape or design you want your napkins made into, make sure you ask what that specific fabric can do!

The champagne pintuck for all the guest tables was perfect! It's a neutral color with some shimmer and texture, to add depth, and it really made an impact in our reception room. CDL also supplied napkins and sashes for the cocktail tables. For the rehearsal dinner, bluegrass & bbq themed, we had blue and white checked cloths and royal blue solid cloths. t our florist gave us a brochure of Connie Duglin and we contacted the main office. We got a quick response and scheduled an appointment for the very next day. Marc was super helpful and patient! He showed us several different fabrics, set a few different looks and patiently waited for us to choose what we wanted, for I could not make up my mind… I was torn between two looks. Marc and Ivan (my now husband) suggested I use both and it turned out great! I was extremely happy when I saw the tables at the reception hall, they looked beautiful! The colors complimented the centerpieces gracefully and I was impressed! I spent more than I expected on linens, but it was SO worth it! It changed the look of the hall and it matched our theme perfectly. Great products and great service!
