She was communicative, professional, and extremely kind. The venue itself is gorgeous, the location is perfect, and the wedding package came with SO much! Aside from our incredible family, friends, and vendors who made the day so special, I have to give a heartfelt thank you to the amazing staff at the Conrad. They truly made our wedding weekend remarkable.
To be completely transparent, we toured several venues along the beach before making our decision. While the Conrad’s breathtaking oceanfront terrace and stunning ballroom—with its soaring ceilings and gorgeous light fixtures—immediately caught our attention, what ultimately made us choose the Conrad was the warm welcome we received the moment we walked through the doors. I left that first visit feeling an incredible sense of trust in the entire team.
Ally, the Senior Event Services Manager, is such a sweet soul. She is soft-spoken, approachable, responsive, and incredibly patient. Throughout the entire planning process, she made us feel supported every step of the way.
During our tasting, we had the pleasure of meeting Chef Troy and Francisco, the captain bartender. What an amazing experience! I absolutely loved Chef Troy’s honest, straightforward recommendations. His guidance helped us create an elevated, “wow-factor” dinner that exceeded every expectation. To this day, our family and friends still tell us that the Conrad served the best wedding meal they have ever had—and I couldn’t agree more.
Francisco is equally wonderful. He has a heart of gold, is incredibly attentive, and genuinely cares about making every guest feel welcome. And let me tell you—he makes the BEST spicy margaritas and Old Fashioneds!
Every member of the hotel staff was kind, welcoming, and genuinely excited to celebrate with us. The bridal get ready room they provided for me and my bridal party was spacious and thoughtfully designed. I loved that they included plenty of chairs and mirrors for hair and makeup, as well as a clothing rack and hangers for all of our dresses. It was clear that every detail had been carefully considered.
The Conrad truly thinks of everything and provides an exceptional experience from beginning to end. Our entire wedding weekend ran so smoothly thanks to their incredible team. The moment I arrived at the Conrad, I knew I was in great hands and didn’t have to worry about a single thing.
Lastly, the guest rooms did not disappoint. Their luxury all-suite concept is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for us and our guests to relax and enjoy the weekend.

Our ceremony on the deck overlooking the ocean was perfect, the ballroom was the perfect size, the food was amazing (our guests loved it all!) and the service exceeded our expectations. We had 3 stations at cocktail hour (sushi, pasta, and tacos) and passed bites and the cocktail hour + dinner service everyone loved! The guest experience is also unmatched - from the spacious rooms + suites, the restaurants on site, and the beach amenities were perfect!! If you’re looking for a luxury beachfront wedding weekend without being on the actual beach, we highly recommend the Conrad!! spitality of the entire staff - from the valet to the event team. First impressions are everything, especially at a wedding, and the Conrad FAR exceeded the standards we saw at any other venue. Their entire team is extremely detail-oriented, highly communicative, and highly knowledgeable about event flow and guest experience. I felt like this took a HUGE weight off my shoulders as the bride because I knew that they had such a high standard of excellence as a brand and team that they’d make sure to execute a perfect event - and they did. We worked with Ally, and Tara who all made us feel so confident and reassured throughout the planning process and made sure the entire Conrad team knew how to bring our dream wedding to life. Our wedding guests gave us SO many compliments on the food (which was really important to us), the attentiveness of the staff, and the cocktails - which are handcrafted by the Conrad’s team member Francisco who is beyond talented and nailed our perfect signature drinks. The Conrad team has worked together for decades (which says a lot!) so I had a lot of comfort knowing they all knew how to operate as a single unit and create a seamless experience for us and our guests. I’ve never met a kinder staff (our guests even said they were blown away by the warmth and sincerity of everyone at the hotel), and they all made me and my husband feel like celebrities the entire wedding weekend. It was so special. Also, the rooms are so clean and gorgeous - all of our guests that stayed in our room block raved about their experience. For anyone planning a wedding or other big event, the Conrad will not only be the most beautiful venue in Fort Lauderdale, but the team will make your life SO easy and stress-free. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. The ocean views, the modern yet warm feel, and the overall atmosphere made it such a beautiful place to say “I do.”
I have to give a special shoutout to Ally, the events coordinator. She was AMAZING to work with — organized, calm, and always on top of every detail. She made the whole planning experience easy and stress-free, and our wedding day went off without a single hiccup thanks to her and the Conrad team.

From the moment we walked in, we saw the attention to detail and the professionalism was unmistakable. Every member of the Conrad team was courteous and attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that our day was flawless. The seamless coordination and execution of every wedding detail were truly remarkable.
Can we talk about the food? It was simply outstanding! Each dish was exquisitely presented and tasted absolutely delicious. The care and expertise of Chef and his culinary team were evident in every bite, and we are incredibly grateful for the effort put into creating such a memorable dining experience. Chef attending the pasta station wowed us! We received numerous compliments from our guests throughout the entire night. I only wish I had the forethought to have my planner box up a selection from each station so that I could savor every bite again!
Our breakfast buffet the next morning was just perfect!
Ally, Conrad's Event Service Manager, who has the patience of an angel, ensured that every detail of our wedding was perfectly executed. Her guidance and support throughout the planning process were invaluable. I was a tough cookie about certain details, and Ally handled me with care :) and made everything happen!

When it rained on our wedding day the staff seamlessly moved our entire ceremony indoors. You would have never known it was not the original plan. Their preparation and professionalism gave us complete peace of mind.
One of the true highlights was the food. The tasting was such a lovely experience and the chef went above and beyond to accommodate my gluten allergy. Our guests are still raving about how it was some of the best food they have ever had at a wedding and we could not agree more.

From contracting with Elizabeth and Olivia, to Ally as our event coordinator, to the private tasting with the chef, to the bellman and front desk…. Every single interaction left me and all of our guests speechless! The staff is exemplary and 2nd to none. Kudos to HR for hiring such a great group of Hilton loyalists. We cannot say enough wonderful things about Alexandra Martinez, Olivia Sass, and Annette Whittaker. Each of them was professional, caring, and genuinely invested in making sure our wedding was everything we dreamed of (and more). Their dedication made us feel supported every step of the way.
One of the most incredible perks of choosing Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach is being able to host your guests right on property. Every room is a suite, so our family and friends were able to enjoy spacious, luxurious accommodations with beautiful ocean views. Many of our guests raved about their rooms, and it made us so happy knowing they were comfortable and cared for. We were also able to secure blocks of rooms for our bridal party and family, and of course, our upgraded suite for the wedding weekend on the pool level was stunning!
The property itself is breathtaking. From the elegant restaurants to the lively pool deck and bar, to the impressive ballroom where our reception was held, everything felt elevated and high-end. One of our favorite touches was having our cocktail hour on the pool level overlooking the ocean—complete with sparkling string lights that created a magical ambiance. It was the perfect backdrop for such a special evening.
Our menu tasting was another highlight of the planning process. The Conrad team allowed us to bring our parents, and we enjoyed an unforgettable day with wine, champagne, and an introduction from the chef himself. He came out to explain each dish in great detail. The food was incredible, and we loved being able to customize a menu that perfectly reflected our tastes for the big day.
On our wedding day, we were assigned a dedicated concierge who ensured we had everything we needed—from food, water, and drinks to lighthearted laughs that kept our nerves in check. Their attentiveness and genuine care meant so much to us, and it’s one of the many reasons we would choose Conrad Fort Lauderdale again in a heartbeat.
Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, thanks to the incredible venue and team. Our guests had nothing by kind remarks to say about the venue and we felt so proud that we made the decision to work with the Conrad. We had first contact with Olivia and once we decided on the venue worked with Alejandra. We were interested in a small 10 person wedding but wanted it to feel grand. The Conrad did not disappoint, we were treated as if we had a 100 person wedding. No details or choices were spared. The waitstaff at the wedding were so so kind and helpful. The way everything was set up was great, had such a luxe beach my vibe. We stayed the weekend in a beachfront suite and the room was enormous with sweeping views of the ocean and Fort Lauderdale beach. Room service after the wedding was delicious—cheeseburgers for the win! We also dined at the Italian restaurant in the lobby and MY GOODNESS hands down best Italian food we have had in quite some time. Happy to say we will definitely be back.

ortunately, the rest of our experience fell short. The cocktail hour setup looked messy, and during the reception our band was gone for an extended period, leaving the energy flat. When I asked our day-of coordinator (recommended by the venue) to have the band switch up the music to get people dancing, she shockingly told me no. To me, the bride .. which felt incredibly rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping problem-solve, she simply dismissed the request while our guests were left waiting for nearly an hour.
The main venue representative we worked with was also dismissive, often directing her attention only to my husband rather than to both of us, which was frustrating. When we asked to work with someone else, we were told that wasn’t possible.
To make matters worse, after the wedding we were informed we owed additional money, despite having already paid everything in full beforehand. This left a sour note on an already frustrating experience.
Overall, while the Conrad offers a beautiful setting and our ceremony was unforgettable, the disorganization, lack of professionalism, and poor communication made our overall experience good, but not great.

as the perfect spot for this, the views were amazing! The staff at the Conrad were wonderful to work with, they knew who we were from the first day we arrived at the venue for the weekend. Our room was upgraded and we had gifts waiting for us, the sweetest touch! Planning our wedding was very smooth, Alexandra and Olivia were there every step of the way and super responsive! The food at our wedding was top notch! Till this day everyone still raves about how amazing our wedding food was, compliments to the chef! The bartenders were also so sweet and kept the drinks coming! I would recommend this venue with my eyes closed, they were so amazing. We could not have had a better wedding, thanks Conrad!

Even though it rained on our wedding day, the ceremony inside was just as beautiful! you couldn’t tell it wasn’t suppose to be inside. It was all so beautiful.
Ally, Elizabeth and Olivia were amazing. They answered all our questions in depth. They answered or got back to us within 24 hours.
Unfortunately, Hurricane Milton impacted a few of our guest but the staff were so understanding that I am truly grateful for them.
Throughout the wedding the staff itself made sure my husband and I were good! I don’t ever remember getting a drink at the bar. The food was absolutely delicious. I’m kidding when I say that EVERYONE spoke about how good the food was.
I highly recommend this venue for your wedding and or next event they do it all!!

ion, and brunch at the hotel. The food was so delicious! I can’t believe how detailed the chef was when serving 140 guests. The staff was so attentive to me and my husband throughout the entire night. They ensured we had everything we needed or wanted throughout all of our events. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and beyond spacious! Each room is a suite! The guests from our room block loved the hotel rooms, and some even tried to extend their stay! No one wanted our weekend at the amazing Conrad to end! Thank you so much Olivia, Cailyn, and the rest of the staff for an unforgettable weekend!

incredibly accommodating, understanding, and went above and beyond to make sure the day went perfectly. The staff are amazing and instead of asking how they can help, they take initiative and are one step ahead of the game at all times. Ashley, the senior catering manager and my personal contact at the Conrad is one of the most amazing people I’ve ever met. She goes above and beyond for her brides and their families and answered my 100 emails a day. Throughout the weekend, she was there Friday-Sunday making sure everything went smoothly and even on the day of, she was helping me through different elevators holding my dress up to ensure that guests did not see me prior. She is such a special human being and made my wedding day at the Conrad that much better. So thankful for the Conrad for making my wedding a dream come true.

aveling in from out of town, the Conrad was not only our ceremony and reception venue, but it was also our home base for the entire wedding weekend. To start, the hotel property is brand new, and the guest rooms are something every other hotel surrounding it should be envious of.
Our guests could not stop talking about the beautiful property, great location, and incredible service. As the bride/host, it was so calming to know that my guests were being exceptionally taken care of all weekend long. This excellent and thoughtful service was matched by the catering and events team as well. Senior Catering Sales Manager, Ashley Gordon and her team went above and beyond to make sure our day was exactly what we wanted (and then some), and completely stress free. Ashley was there to help guide us through the planning process. It was easy to see that she loves what she does, and genuinely wanted to make sure we were happy. She loves her job and it shows. On our wedding day, Ashley was there (well into the evening) to make sure everything went perfectly. Many other members of the staff from the valet, to banquet captions & bartenders, and even housekeeping worked in harmony as a team to seamlessly made every guest feel welcome. Each request we asked for from the hotel was a pleasure rather than a burden. As far as the wedding venue space goes, the ceremony space offers breathtaking panoramic true oceanfront views. The reception space is perfectly modern yet warm, and can be fully decorated, or look absolutely gorgeous even with minimal decoration. The cocktail hour hors d’oeurves and the reception dinner was something you would read about in Bon Appetit. Each course was prepared with love to match the events of the evening. A wedding steak is not just a wedding steak when done at the Conrad, a visual masterpiece only outdone by the taste. Thank you to everyone at the Conrad for making our wedding weekend so special, we are so grateful to have worked with such a special team!!

wedding venue had to be switched only several months prior to our event due to Hurricane Irma, we had limited time to work with Ashley, but throughout the process, she made us feel incredibly comfortable, and assured that we would be taken care of. Beyond being professional, detail oriented and organized throughout our planning experience, Ashley knows how to orchestrate a tremendous wedding--day of, she was on top of everything, making sure that we adhered to our timeline, she helped us find any items we had misplaced, and she was responsive and communicative when we needed anything. In short, she made us confident that everything was going as we wanted it to! Our outdoor ceremony and cocktail hour were stunning, and our guests could not get over the sweeping views of the ocean. There was no shortage of cocktails or appetizers thanks to Ashley's coordination. Overall, from the delicious food to the gorgeous ballroom that held our reception, our wedding was flawless. We couldn't be happier to have chosen this venue and I don't believe that there is one more beautiful in South Florida!!

The two of them and their team helped with unloading 3 cars full of luggage and wedding decorations with no questions asked. All of our guests had no problems with checking into their rooms with great costumer service from the front desk and concierges, Richard at the front desk is a breathe of fresh air to work with! All of the rooms are gorgeous! From the Junior Suite Oceanview to the Two-Bedroom Suites each room has a stunning view of Fort Lauderdale equipped with endless cooking supplies, electronics, top fo the line and updated furniture and bedding. Ashley Gorden (Senior Catering Sales Manager) was a pleasure to work with as any question was answered the same day leading up to the wedding. The week and weekend of the wedding she made me feel like I was her main priority. Everything on her end ran flawless! Chef Jorge- OMG the food was exceptional: my guest for days did not stop speaking about how amazing the food was (we had food set up as stations). The staff at the Conrad is exceptional. I thank you ALL for everything over my wedding weekend. It was successful due to the help you all provided!
On my wedding day; Ashley and her staff constantly checked on me and my husband during the day time. During the ceremony which we had outside, everything was exactly as we practiced during rehearsal with a very smooth transition into cocktail hour and then up to the ballroom. The whole weekend, I felt that my husband and I and our friends and family were the hotels main priority.

nce because my first venue closed after sustaining damage from Hurricane Irma. I had to re-plan my wedding all over again with only 4 months until my big day. Lucky for me, I found Ashley Gordon (Senior Catering Manager and Coordinator) at the Conrad. Ashley and her team went out of their way to help me book, plan, and achieve everything I wanted for my big day in just a few short months. They answered questions, coordinated to transfer all my plans with vendors, planned food tastings, made special menus, ordered my favorite chairs and linens, kept me organized with detailed timelines, and set up everything on the day exactly as I wanted. The staff, especially Ashley and Manuel (Banquet Manager), were absolutely incredible and a pleasure to work with. They made me feel like anything I ever wanted was not only possible, but that they could make it happen in the blink of an eye. I am not the only one still gushing about this fantastic team and venue. My guests are still complimenting me on how they had never seen such a flawless wedding, which speaks volumes about how hard this team worked. The team at the Conrad is really special, detail oriented, attentive, professional, and focused on making sure that the bride and groom, as well as their families, are well taken care of and happy. They checked on me throughout the big day constantly and made sure my family and every guest was happy and comfortable. They made sure I ate (incredible food), had a drink in my hand, had any props that I needed whenever I needed them, and fixed the train of my dress to make sure I looked perfect, all with a smile and a hug waiting whenever I needed them. I will never be able to thank them enough for their incredible efforts to make sure that my wedding day was spectacular and one to remember.
