We chose to have breakfast for dinner as our reception meal, and they did not disappoint! We were able to have a tasting for my husband and I and some of our family members to try ...the hors d'oeuvres and entrees beforehand, then we narrowed them down from there. We ended up having waffles, french toast, breakfast quesadillas, and a carving station with filet mignon and ham. We were thrilled to be able to do this because many other venues/caterers didn’t seem to offer it or be open to the idea. Our guests loved it too! We also added on a smores station, mini desserts station, mimosa & bloody mary bar, and a late-night cheesesteaks and fries station (this one was a hit! People took extra cheesesteaks home and were having them for lunch the next day 😂). All of Knowlton’s/ Conroy Catering’s staff were great to work with and very attentive to us for the entire day. We were never empty handed when it came to drinks or food!
