We work with local farmers as well Chef Mary has her own farm and gets great joy from offering her own produce and herbs. Her house made fig lemon jam, made with figs from her farm, has garnished many a cheese plate! From family style, farm to table, buffet, plated and served we offer an excellence in service with experienced and attentive floor staff and bartenders.
