Jelani was just wonderful to work with! Due to weather we had a VERY last minute venue change and he had no issue complying. When we asked if he'd be willing to take pictures of us in the rain he was all in and captured such beautiful pictures for us! He told us it may take up to two weeks for the photos to come out but it only took one. Our experience was so smooth, professional, and creative that we are planning to continue to book him for other life events we may have! Soooooo happy with our experience!

I was drawn to photography before I began studying the craft. There existed an undeniable pull to see through the camera's lens and capture the still moments of life. My mom gave me my first camera when I was 7 years old. It was a retro Kodak that photographed film. I immediately fell in love with taking photos and getting them processed. I was fortunate enough to grow up in a home where film was processed in a dark room. These are fond memories from growing up with a photographer mother. This was a part of my childhood and I thank my mother for introducing me to photography.
