I had a great experience at Consignment bridal and prom. I found my wedding dress and veil in just one appointment! The woman helping me was knowledgeable about the dresses and had me try on a few different styles of dress that I wouldn’t have chosen myself but ended up loving on. The prices are great & the dresses look brand new. I would highly suggest dress shopping here!

The ladies here are pros! They’re so patient and helpful. I had ideas of what I wanted, but I also gave them creative liberty to pull some of the dresses that they wanted me to try based on my natural styles. They helped me find the perfect dress and veil!

I can not recommend this shop enough! I really wanted my wedding dress to be second hand, with not many shops in my area I made the 2 hour drive today to hopefully find some amazing dresses. Setting up our appointment was easy, I came today with my mother and maid of honor, we shopped for around 2 hours. The staff were phenomenal, they got to know me, helped me feel comfortable, and listened to my concerns. In the end I was able to find my dress today and I couldn't be happier. I keep looking back at pictures and smiling ear to ear. Can't wait for our wedding. My maid of honor also found her dress in there prom selection. I kinda wish I brought my whole party cus there selection of dresses were great! All in all I highly recommend, if you are interested in purchasing your dress second hand, make the trip!

Consignment Bridal & Prom was great! I had just had a pre-scheduled 90 minute appointment at a different bridal store, and didn't end up getting anything, and was feeling a little disappointed. I was in the car with my mom, maid of honor, and my future mother in law. My MIL-to-be told me that my sister in law got her dress at Consignment Bridal & Prom, and recommended we check it out. We looked it up, and it was an hour before closing, and we were half an hour away. My maid of honor called ahead (since we didn't have an appointment) and they were happy to help us! When we got there, the staff was super friendly and helpful. The racks were sorted by size, and she led us to the section that would fit me. They brought the dresses into the changing room for me. One thing I really liked was that they gave me my privacy. They let me change and step into the dress and pull it up, and then I told them when I was ready and they came in to help zip/button it up. The other place I went to let me change in privacy too, but they helped me put the dress on, which felt a little unnecessary. It was a small thing, but having the space to put it on myself was very nice. They also said that I could take my bra off, which also helped me see how the dress would fit. They helped me style with a veil and heels too. When I knew that I had found my dress, they also gave me information for a few tailors. It was just a nice, wholesome, and low-key experience. They also didn't rush me even though it was close to closing. I highly recommend them!

Consignment Bridal and Prom is an amazing business with excellent customer service! The owner let me bring 5 guests and helped me try on over a dozen wedding dresses until I found the one I loved. The dresses are beautiful, and look brand new. I strongly recommend shopping here!

Found my wedding dress here and for an incredible price! My appointment was great. My party and I were given space to pick dresses on our own but the ladies were available should you need anything and threw some dresses in the mix that were their choice with my okay. They ended up being the ones to pick my dress! I am so glad I was able to give them my business and have the perfect bridal shopping experience.

It was a really awesome experience, it felt like any normal dress boutique where you picked out dresses you liked, tried them on, and then went in front of the people you brought. I did find my dress here and I'm absolutely in love with it! I got it for a good price, especially because it fit perfectly so I won't need any alterations.

I struck gold and found the most beautiful wedding dress here -- a Martina Liana that was about 50% off the list price. The dresses are all brand-new or like-new. I tried on A LOT and all of them were amazing quality. The place itself is pretty relaxed, with helpful staff for sure, but they also let you explore on your own and don't hover or pressure or limit the amount of dresses you can try on. Very different experience compared to other bridal salons I'd visited! So glad I decided to check it out on a whim.

Consignment Bridal & Prom was a great experience for me! I went about a year before my wedding and really wasn't sure what style I wanted to wear but the staff there helped us sort through styles and I found the literal perfect dress in a comfortable and low key environment. There were tons of dresses of all different styles as well as various accessories to choose from.

Absolutely loved my experience at Consignment Bridal & Prom. There is more limited selection for small sizes than a huge warehouse bridal store, but I liked that a lot! It wasn't overwhelming, and I felt cared for and celebrated by the staff. Even for less selection, the variety was great! I had very different styles to try and found my perfect dress here! Couldn't be more thrilled with the purchase. After I purchased the dress over the phone, they were willing to hold it until I could pick it up. Such an accommodating place.

Amazing experience. I loved the variety of gowns they had and being able to try on gowns in my size. The salesperson was very experienced, once I said what I liked she was able to pull 3 dresses which had all my favorite features and I liked them all so much that it took me about an hour to decide which one to get! She was very patient and let me try them each on as many times as I needed. Buying consignment is perfect for a wedding dress as you don't have to wait for the dress to be ordered and made, and they have a full variety of sizes to try.

Consignment Bridal and Prom has large and impressive range of dresses in a variety of sizes. I expected to have to make several trips to find my dress, but that was not the case! I was able to try on various styles and felt confident that the dress I picked was the perfect dress for my wedding.

Consignment Bridal & Prom was the first place I went to look for a dress and I found the perfect dress! Jeanne and her entire staff were so professional, helpful and friendly and my whole experience was relaxed and wonderful. I didn’t feel pressured to buy a dress because I was able to walk around and tag some dresses to try on. Jeanne was so attentive and it made the whole process so easy. I found my wedding dress here! The sales associate was very helpful and the owner actually came over and helped as well. They were respectful of my budget and I found my dream dress after trying on only a few dresses! The only downside to the whole experience is that they don't have a bathroom.

I needed a different wedding dress than the one I originally purchased, and I was running short on time to find one. The staff at Consignment Bridal & Prom were so fun and helpful! They turned what could have been a very stressful experience to one I can look back on fondly. They helped me find the perfect dress for my big day!

I just bought my wedding dress here yesterday and I could not be happier. The women working were helpful, friendly, and very accommodating as I had to wait for my mom to come from work to see the dress. The selection of dresses is much larger than I was expecting and the prices are extremely fair. I was surprised my designer dress wasn’t more. Definitely stop in here for your prom or wedding needs!

Had an appointment with Consignment Bridal and Prom on Saturday and FOUND MY WEDDING DRESS!!! Worked with Gina and she is incredible! Knowledgeable, pleasant to work with and very nice! She came up with such creative solutions and really knows this space. She was incredibly helpful and supportive, yet didn't push. She really has a great way about her! We really appreciated her help very much. As far as inventory goes, there was lots of dresses to choose from. The dresses I tried on ranged from ~$400-$2,000. Great inventory and there are some beautiful gowns! This was the first place I looked and I was able to leave with a dress that I absolutely love! It's exactly what I was looking for and feels like it was made for me. I will say, with all this inventory, there aren't a lot of small sizes. Really fewer small sizes than larger sizes. I am exceptionally petite though as I am under 5 feet and don't weigh 100 lbs. Luckily for me, there was a dress in a size zero. Lastly, I had read in a review before I booked, it's a little off the beaten path to get there. That's true, but it's not terribly so and definitely worth it. The building is very warehouse-ish. This was fine for us as we aren't picky when it comes to things like that. But if you are looking for that high end/lovely bridal shop experience, this isn't it. Overall, I recommend Consignment Bridal and Prom without reservation. Definitely give it a try! You will not be disappointed! So glad we did!!

Today was my second visit to Consignment Bridal and Prom, and I found my dress! I worked with Gina today and she was absolutely amazing!! She was very attentive, kind and helpful! I had originally come in to try on a gown I had fallen in love with the week before, but Gina had pulled aside another equally as gorgeous gown for me to try and it ended up being the one! She even helped by taking pictures for me that I could send to my mom and my sister because they weren’t able to join me. Overall it was the best experience ever, all the ladies make you feel so welcome and supported. If you’re on the hunt for a gown and are in the area, I can not recommend them enough!!!

But Jeanne was amazing throughout the process and my mom and I had the best time. It was a relaxed, lovely atmosphere and I tried on so many beautiful gowns. I cannot say enough lovely things about this consignment shop. This was my first experience trying on wedding dresses and I ended up finding my wedding dress here. Jeanne is wonderful and very helpful. She wasn’t pushy and let you slowly feel out your style. You can take your time and not feel rushed. When my mom couldn’t make it with me to try on dresses, we were able to FaceTime for her to see. Jeanne was flexible with her time so we could come back the next day for my mom to see the dress on me before purchasing. I would highly recommend trying this consignment shop.

Consignment Bridal and Prom was fantastic! My fiancé and I decided to get married quickly and I needed a dress for our wedding four weeks away. I reached out to CBP and asked for an appointment as quickly as possible. They set me up the next day and I went with my mom, sister, and mother-in-law. We were the only ones in the store (not sure if that is COVID protocol or standard for them). I tried on about 10 dresses and ended up purchasing and walking out with the perfect dress that was brand new (tags still on) and luckily doesn't need any alterations. They had quite a few dresses to try on but if the one I chose wasn't there I probably would have kept looking at other options.

I had the best dress shopping experience! Jeanne was helpful, kind, and patient. The shop was easy to look around and wasn’t overwhelming. During my fitting appointment, I felt comfortable and like the dress was perfect. Jeanne is very knowledgeable and made my entire experience fabulous. I was able to find my perfect wedding dress!

This was my first stop trying on wedding dresses. The place was full of dressed that you could peruse and try on. I tried on a few different cuts, made a comment about wanting some color on my dress and the lady helping me came back with the most beautiful dress with red accents. It was exactly like those I had been looking at online. I became overwhelmed and left (I knew I had found the dress which meant my wedding was real!). I picked up the dress the next weekend.

This place was suggested by my mom's friend, I was definitely skeptical going to a consignment shop, but when I went there, there was SO many dresses to choose from. I ended up with a brand new with the tags on ball gown that I loved.

I can't even begin to say enough about this store, from the staff to the atmosphere and, of course, the selection of dresses. As soon as you walk in you immediately feel welcomed and comfortable. Jeanne is so knowledgeable about the bridal industry and wedding gowns. She has a true gift and is able to pull dresses for you that you didn't even know you would like just by asking a few questions. The atmosphere is so much more relaxed than a traditional bridal store and of course the prices are too! They are always bringing in new merchandise and there is such a variety to choose from. I highly recommend this store and will definitely be going back for my next event!!!

When I first walked into this store, I was welcomed so politely. I instantly felt so comfortable, when I met Jeanne she had asked me only a few questions and instantly started to help me pick out dresses. This was my first time shopping for my wedding dress, and I was very confused. But Jeanne took so much time helping me understand, and than I began to try on dresses, and she made me feel so special. She was telling me she used to design wedding gowns so she knew so much about the alterations needed, etc. She listened to what I liked in a dress, and what I disliked, and helped pull dresses out for me, she found ones I would have never picked out myself, yet were my favorites. Finally, I put on one gown, and instantly knew. It was my dress. I had such an amazing and magical experience at Consignment Bridal and Prom and left that day feeling on top of the world and with my dream dress, for 40% cheaper than the original price!!! I was worried to shop alone in a bridal store as my family could not come shopping with me as they live in another state, but I never once felt uncomfortable. My experience at this store was 11/10. And I am so happy I chose to shop here.

What a hidden treasure! We shopped here for my niece's wedding and found the perfect dress!! Jeanne's enthusiasm and personal attention made the shopping day everything and more than we could have hoped for. I highly recommend this store!! I will be back!

My favorite thing about buying consignment is you find both quality and affordability, especially at North Andover Consignment Bridal. Having shopped around before finding this gem. It was my experience that everything I really liked was out of my price range and everything in my price range wasn't my style and was low quality (ahem, David's Bridal). I found so many styles here that I liked and ended up with a beautiful dress that I would have never been able to afford brand new. Plus, I love that when you shop consignment you are being sustainable and eco-friendly! The women at the shop were all super helpful and friendly. I really love that they have an in-house seamstress who does all the alterations too. Highly recommend checking them out!

I came in to the store in a panic needing to leave with a dress that day, and CBP absolutely delivered. I couldn't believe how many dresses were available for try-on, and so many sizes too. Jeanne was an absolute pleasure to work with, she helped me pull some styles, knew which I should avoid, and even did some last minute bead-work on the dress I chose to ensure it was at it's prime. I knew it was my dress as soon as it was on, and received countless compliments on my wedding day. Thank you Jeanne - you were wonderful!

Jeanne at Consignment Bridal was an absolute pleasure to work with, and I couldn't recommend her more wholeheartedly to a bride-to-be looking for a unique and affordable wedding dress! I visited her shop with my mom, and had a pretty good idea of what I wanted: something vintage-style with a high neck, lace, and no train. I picked out 6 dresses that fit the bill on the hanger, but one thing or another wasn't quite right when it was actually on my body. Jeanne listened intently to each of my issues (the lace is itchy, the bottom is too poofy, etc.), said "one minute," went to a corner of the store, and picked out a dress for me to try on. It was one I never would have picked out myself -- it was strapless, off-white, and had a lacey train, but once I put it on, my mom had tears in her eyes because without exchanging a word between us she also knew it was the one. It fit so well, it seemed like it was custom made for me! It was elegant, comfortable, and affordable, as it was a "new" returned dress 40% off the retail price. Jeanne used to design wedding dresses, so she has a keen eye for detail, could discern the aspects of a dress that I was looking for, and had such a warm, welcoming personality to boot. She spent more than two hours with us and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We had a lovely day and left with a lovely dress. Thank you, Jeanne!

After spending hours looking in department stores for the perfect dress for a black tie wedding, a friend recommended Consignment Bridal & Prom. Making an appointment was easy. The owner, Jeanne, was able to find me several dresses in my price range and understood exactly the look I was trying to attain. She made me look and feel beautiful - my black beaded dress is amazing. I needed a few alterations but with the on-site seamstress the entire process was a pleasure. The store is unique, and the attention and time spent with me to find what I was looking for priceless!

The staff here was so friendly and helpful. The owner saw what dresses I was interested in and pulled one I hadn’t seen- it was “the dress!” Alterations were fabulous and reasonably priced. I was also able to find matching jewelry here. My grandmother also purchased her attire for my wedding here. I can’t say enough great things!

I was so thrilled with my experience here! I went with in with the intention of just trying stuff on to get a feel for bridal styles that would look good on me, but I was WOWED by the selection and prices. The owner was right there helping me every step of the way even though I was only a walk-in and hadn't made an appointment. I felt no pressure to purchase a dress from the staff (my family was another story haha!) But I have been thrilled with the choice. Even though it is a consignment shop, I actually did get a new dress! The used dresses I tried on were in excellent condition. I have returned twice for alterations. The alterations weren't forced upon me either. I was nervous because I've heard stories about people at other bridal salons paying more for their alterations than their dress. Ultimately, they only recommended bustling it and I chose to add a belt. My alterations only cost $60!! They have looked fabulous. I also got my veil for an amazing price. I highly recommend making this your first stop for a bridal appointment. The selection is smaller than a big bridal store but if you can find a dress here it is definitely worth it!!

This was the first place I tried on wedding dresses and Jeanne was amazing. I called ahead and scheduled my appointment and she answered all the questions I had about what to expect. Don't be fooled by the outside (it's in a warehouse/industrial type park), Consignment Bridal & Prom has everything you need. When we got there (I brought my 3 sisters/bridesmaids) Jeanne showed us around and then allowed us to choose some dresses that we liked for me to try. My sisters had comfortable chairs to hang out on and Jeanne made the process of trying on dresses seamless. She even chose MY DRESS for me to try on, something I probably never would have picked up on my own. Jeanne wasn't pushy, she knew this was my first time trying on dresses and wasn't sure I was going to purchase one that day but I fell in love and for the price, there really was no beating it. We were allowed to take photos and really make an afternoon of it. I highly recommend checking Consignment Bridal & Prom out!

The owner of the shop was very helpful and clearly had a lot of experience with wedding gowns. The selection of low cost wedding gowns was very large. If you are on a tight budget but still want a fairy tale gown, this is the place to go!

I am still reeling in excitement over my experience at Consignment Bridal and Prom with Jeanne. I went into the appointment just wanting to find an affordable wedding dress. I walked out with my affordable, gorgeous designer wedding dress, but more importantly having had a wonderful and personal experience working with Jeanne. She did not pressure me into anything. She let me and my mom look around, without pressure, select dresses, and try them on. She offered great feedback, but more importantly she LISTENED to what I was saying and what my body language said. After looking and listening to what I liked in dresses, she ended up pulling the absolutely perfect dress for me. Not once did I feel pressured to buy that day, but rather she offered professional and thoughtful feedback that made me feel 100% comfortable. She was gracious with my mom, grandma, and mother-in-law. She listened and got to know us as people and because of that, it made our whole appointment special and personal. I would 100% recommend this shop because of the great selection, but more than that I would 1000000% recommend it because of the personal, thoughtful, and wonderful experience that we had with Jeanne. Your shop is wonderful! A ton of variety lots of sizes. We could have spent all day shopping! The dress size organization is amazing we were able to find the dress within the first three dresses we tried. The staff was so friendly kind and patient!
