Owner and lead coordinator, Kacie Brinner is an enthusiastic individual who uses her innate creativity and organizational skills to execute original event ideas. It is her ambition to accurately incorporate her clients’ wedding day vision into her final event design. After tying the knot with her husband, a spark was ignited inside Kacie as she began to dream of becoming a wedding planner. This was reaffirmed when she was given the opportunity to plan a work colleague’s wedding and it went off without a hitch. Soon after, Kacie established Constellation Events which is now an ever-present in the wedding industry. Constellation Events aims to take care of all the essential details of your wedding day so that you can focus on enjoying your engagement season. it back and relax. She took care of things that I had no idea should even be taken care of, and had an emergency kit in it that came in handy! If you have any hesitation about hiring her, just do it, because she is so worth it! I literally cannot say enough amazing things about her!

Kacie coordinated my wedding day-of in November 2018 and did an amazing job! The day went off without a hitch. She handled making sure things and people got where they needed to be. I had ordered all my florals from an online DIY florist (Bloom...

inous) and Kacie arranged all my bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and my hairpiece. She also handled the cake cutting. All in all, I was incredibly pleased with Kacie's coordination and attention to detail during our wedding and I really believe it would not have gone so well without her help! I would absolutely recommend hiring Constellation Events, especially if you are going the DIY route for your wedding. She brings it all together and makes it happen!

e. She handled our rehearsal dinner and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure our wedding day went perfectly, everything ran exactly on schedule and I didn’t have to stress. She was there to ensure all of the vendors arrived on schedule, things were set up, kept everyone on schedule and let us know where we needed to be and when, made sure my husband and I got to eat by serving our plates first and so much more! She loved coordinating a wedding so much she is now the proud owner of Constellation events! Ladies, don’t hesitate to book her for your wedding coordination! I'm not from Texas, but I got here as fast as I could! I was born & raised in California, and moved to the DFW area almost ten years ago. I live in east DFW with my husband and two dogs. I enjoyed planning my own wedding that I decided to start a side gig helping others with their big day. My day job is project management in the promotional products industry and I write novels in my spare time. I love tacos, trees, romance novels, and rescue dogs.
