Constellation Events

Kacie is such an amazingly warm, organized, and fun person to work with. We are so glad that we had her as our day-of coordinator! She went above and beyond in every area, with great communication, thoughtful suggestions, strong leadership, and problem-solving, to heartwarming emotional support the day of- and through the WHOLE process. She made our backyard wedding an absolute dream come true. So many little details were put together exactly as I’d imagined and we got many reports from guests and family about what a BAFM helper and hard worker she is. I highly recommend hiring her for your wedding.

If you're thinking about hiring a coordinator, do it! This was such a lifesaver for me and really let me enjoy my wedding without having to worry about anything but myself. I cannot say enough good things about Kacie. She sends a very extensive planning questionnaire that really makes you think about every little detail for your big day. This was incredibly helpful. Kacie was on top of everything for our whole day and was very aware of our special instructions for certain things. My dad and my husband were super impressed with Kacie and loved everything she did for us. I couldn't have made it through my wedding day without Kacie and appreciate her flawless execution of our events.

Kacie was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond on everything, and is much more than just a day of coordinator. She came to my venue walk through and rehearsal, and took care of so many things on the day of my wedding so I was able to sit back and relax. She took care of things that I had no idea should even be taken care of, and had an emergency kit in it that came in handy! If you have any hesitation about hiring her, just do it, because she is so worth it! I literally cannot say enough amazing things about her!

Kacie coordinated my wedding day-of in November 2018 and did an amazing job! The day went off without a hitch. She handled making sure things and people got where they needed to be. I had ordered all my florals from an online DIY florist (Bloominous) and Kacie arranged all my bouquets, boutonnieres, corsages, and my hairpiece. She also handled the cake cutting. All in all, I was incredibly pleased with Kacie's coordination and attention to detail during our wedding and I really believe it would not have gone so well without her help! I would absolutely recommend hiring Constellation Events, especially if you are going the DIY route for your wedding. She brings it all together and makes it happen!

Kacie is a colleague that expressed interest in wanting to be a wedding coordinator and knowing her I knew she would be great and execute all my plans exactly as I wanted. I did all of the planning and handed off the reigns to her the day before. She handled our rehearsal dinner and made sure everyone knew where they needed to be and I didn’t have to worry about a thing. She made sure our wedding day went perfectly, everything ran exactly on schedule and I didn’t have to stress. She was there to ensure all of the vendors arrived on schedule, things were set up, kept everyone on schedule and let us know where we needed to be and when, made sure my husband and I got to eat by serving our plates first and so much more! She loved coordinating a wedding so much she is now the proud owner of Constellation events! Ladies, don’t hesitate to book her for your wedding coordination!
