ectations! While we had done some of the initial vendor booking, Mia helped us research and book all the straggling vendors that we had put off. She also handled all the communication with all our vendors as soon as we brought her on. She was extremely communicative and responsive, which was very important to me - I always felt like things were in good hands and that things were being taken care of. We had a few unique cultural and religious traditions at the wedding and Mia was able to pick up on and handle all of those items as well. She brought such relief in the lead up to the wedding, and the day itself ran without a hitch. No one asked us any questions and Mia made the timeline come to life. I would recommend Mia to anyone getting married. She really was just so great to work with!

If you want someone who is professional, responsive, honest, detailed, and truly lovely to work with, Mia is your girl. We used her for our entire wedding. From the booking venues,...

to negotiating prices, to hunting down the answers to every question or detail we thought was probably overboard but wanted to make sure of, she did it quickly and with no questions asked. I went through my entire wedding day with no knowledge of an issue until it was already solved or the wedding was over because Mia was on it. I fully trusted Mia to handle whatever would come up on our wedding day. Our parents can attest to how grateful they were to be able to just enjoy the day and be the parents and not worry about being the coordinator of the vendors or point person for issues. We received SO many compliments, genuinely, whether it was our guests who were super impressed by the timeline and flow of the wedding day and reception, or the vendors who never failed to mention how great it was to work with Mia because she made the coordination feel effortless. Having her be your planner is 100% worth it. My husband and I have talked about it multiple times since our wedding and we have ZERO regrets of having her as our planner, and would book her over and over again. Especially day of coordination!! I could go on and on, because let’s be honest, planning a wedding is quite stressful at times with lots to plan, but Mia was our saving grace when we lived 400 miles from where we were having the wedding. We can’t thank her enough for all she did and she is truly amazing to work with!

to properly plan our wedding. With a number of vendors asking us a week before the wedding for specifics, Mia came through. Mia met with us and helped us plan our wedding day minute by minute. The timeline she gave us was so detailed that everything went smoothly without having a planner present. The vendors in Colombia were impressed with the amount of detail they were given in the timeline. Mia also guided us and offered us her advise on the amount of time we should leave for pictures, listing the names and number of people we’d take pictures with, etc. the timeline was so organized that we had no stress on our wedding day. I truly think that she saved us from complete chaos on our special day. Everything turned out so great and it was a memorable event.
