- and she was a star! I don't live in the area, so I came in for a trial 2 days before the wedding and then returned that weekend along with my bridesmaids. I'm glad I went for the trial - I don't wear make up that often, so it was helpful to be able to have it done in advance, wear it, and then provide some feedback when I came in for the actual day. (I hardly had any feedback to give - Jen really understood what I had in mind and did a perfect job of creating a natural look for me.) For my hair, she did a braided / fishtail updo, and I loved it - it was exactly what I wanted! Everything about working with her - from booking the appointments to the trial to the wedding morning - went incredibly smoothly. My bridesmaids had their hair done by two of Jen's colleagues (one was Angie; I believe the other was Jenna), and they were both really happy with the result. I have no hesitations in recommending Contempo's bridal team - they're excellent!
