Tessa was a dream to work with! I could not have asked for a better person for my wedding day hair and makeup. With the recent events that occurred in Western Carolina and our wedding day happening less than a week later, we were unsure how our wedding would play out. After ensuring that Tessa and her team were safe, she was back to business and was able to make our wedding day. Tessa executed flawless hair and makeup for me and my 3 special ladies all on her own. I cannot recommend her enough. As someone who does not wear makeup and has naturally curly hair, she was able to capture my wedding look perfectly and enhance my natural curls. She truly will make you and your wedding day 10x more special.

I went to Paul Mitchell school to get my cosmetology license and then pivoted to the skin care and makeup world. I was over the moon to work for Juice Beauty for 3 years learning about skin care and makeup application in the San Francisco Bay Area. I began photo shoots, films and weddings on my own and gained confidence. I was formally trained at an Aveda Salon. I love fashion, traveling abroad, my purple roller skates and live music.

They worked with each of us to make sure we were happy and were so gracious about making changes or re-doing something if it didn't feel right for someone's personal preference so that everyone was confident and feeling great at the end! I thought everyone looked radiant - like themselves just enhanced - and by the end of a rainy ceremony and night of dancing, the makeup and hair was still intact! They were a pleasure to work with and I felt beautiful because of their care and skill. Makeup that matched who we are was important, and Contessa Aesthetics got it and has the talent to express that. So happy!
