CONTIGO RANCH FREDERICKSBURG has two venues - THE HALL and THE BARN ~ THE HALL | WEDDING RECEPTION ~ The Hall, along with its massive covered patio, accommodates up to 300 guests. The total combined indoor-outdoor space makes for a 6000 sq ft reception area and is customizable by opening the modern industrial garage doors. The covered patio has ceiling mounted mist|dry fans for use in warm weather months and patio heaters can be rented through Contigo for winter evenings. The connected lawn is surrounded by string lights with an oversized fire pit and Adirondack chairs for use all weekend. THE BLUFF | WEDDING CEREMONY ~ The Bluff is our stunning outdoor ceremony site situated 200 ft higher than neighboring Enchanted Rock ~ giving a panoramic view of the ranch and surrounding thousands of unspoiled acres. You can find pics on insta - contigoranchfredericksburg THE BARN | REHEARSAL DINNER | WELCOME PARTY ~ The Barn is designed specifically for more intimate gatherings and is perfect for hosting rehearsal dinners, smaller weddings or a welcome party...or just a good old-fashioned barn dance! The inside 1300 sq ft area has high beamed ceilings, wood dance floor and is open on three sides connecting to a 1700 square foot wrap around porch. This area is perfect for yard games. Full inventory of farm tables, Bentwood chairs, cocktail tables, bar and corn hole game included. ON SITE LODGING ~ Contigo Ranch Fredericksburg can sleep up to 45 guests in our ten contemporary cottages and five historic cabins. Lodging rates include breakfast room service for two, delivered to your door each morning. Those who appreciate a contemporary style will enjoy the cottages and guests who enjoy a cozier stay will be right at home in our authentic historic log and rock cabins. We had a retreat for around 30 people and the surroundings and setting were great. It felt like we had gone very far away and yet we were all from San Antonio. I love the design of the cabins and the water feature. This is a perfect place to have a retreat, it was fun, and productive.

Beautiful is an understatement. Loved the outdoor scenery, tons of space for everyone, and it went with my bohemian style I had for my wedding. Loved the on site cabins for family and friends! We are wanting to go back for our 1 year anniversary.

This venue was absolutely so beautiful, and our guests were in awe of the views that it offered. My husband and I knew the second we got out of the car for our venue tour that this was the one we wanted to go with, and I'm so glad we did. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the communication amongst myself, the venue, and our coordinators could've been a little bit more professional and clear. Other than that, we did have a great experience.

Contigo Ranch was a beautiful site for our son’s wedding. The pictures turned out gorgeous of the ceremony on the bluff! The groomsmen really enjoyed the trap shoot the morning of the wedding! The ranch is beautiful and all of the cabins and cottages are decorated with such class. All of the staff were very helpful and took care of us very well!

I am still not over how dreamy our wedding at Contigo Ranch was. From our initial arrival, us and all of our guests were so well taken care of. The cottages and cabins are all adorable and the breakfast delivered to all guests in the morning was delicious. Megan was our Event Manager at Contigo, and she was very responsive and easy to work with. She met with my me and my planner a few months before the wedding and helped us tie up loose ends. You do have to order your beer and wine through Contigo, however it was so convenient for us that is was delivered and we didn't have to worry about it. Go here for a venue tour and you'll book it!

The most amazing venue I've ever seen. Your whole crew can stay with you, the ceremony space on the bluff is BREATH TAKING, and the reception space is amazing. The buildings themselves are beautiful, the interiors are so chic and cute. Reception space bathrooms are clean and modern and spacious. The ranch landscaping is gorgeous, and there's adorable deer everywhere. If you visit this place, you'll book it.

Contigo Ranch is a DREAM. The epitome of a stunning Texas Hill Country Wedding. The reception hall is beautiful, the cabins and cottages on-site for lodging are all beautiful and so convenient for your family/guests. The actual ranch itself is a hidden gem and you will be shocked by it's beauty. They also have the coolest Watoosie cows on the ranch! There are SO many different beautiful locations on the ranch for wedding photos. The view from the bluff is absolutely breathtaking. And the staff - ya'll Cynthia and Sandra are the best. They work so hard and genuinely care about you having the most perfect wedding day. Highly recommend booking Contigo Ranch for your wedding day. You will not be disappointed and your guests will be WOW'd that a place like Contigo even exists.

I really enjoyed working at this venue. It was the perfect space for any event. Efficient, gorgeously decorated and the staff was extremely sweet and fun to work with.

If you’re looking to get married in the Texas Hilly Country look no further. The ceremony location on the cliff alone is a complete show stopper. We received countless compliments from guests saying this was the most breathtaking venue they’ve seen. Cynthia (the venue manager) is also such a joy to work with and an added bonus. We were one of the lucky couples who had a huge storm blow-in the morning of the wedding, but she helped us make sure the beautiful cliff could still happen.

Contigo Ranch is PERFECT!! I am so happy with my choice to host my wedding at Contigo Ranch. When touring the venue with my mom and Fiancé, they were both immediately sold that we cancelled all of our other venue tours and booked the venue right away!! All of the staff members were so kind and easy to work with throughout the whole process! Planning a wedding in 2020 is stressful, and everyone at Contigo Ranch was so accommodating and eased all of my nerves about the event! The entire property is so picturesque, and the view from the Overlook is unbelievable! It was the perfect backdrop for our wedding ceremony. I can't imagine my special day anywhere else :)

Can't say enough about this beautiful oasis in the hill country. My experience here as a bride and also as a guest on several occasions has never disappointed. From the stunning views on the bluff, to the amazing staff that helps make planning a wedding here stress-free, I highly recommend this place. Everything here is tastefully designed and thoughtfully curated, making for a dream venue or relaxing getaway. The location of this ranch is perfect - peaceful and private, but also has easy access to town. You're surrounded by nature, wildlife and rolling hills while only being 20 minutes from the quaint town of Fredericksburg. So happy I found Contigo for my wedding!

I don't think I can possibly put into words how thankful that my daughter chose to get married at Contigo Ranch. The entire staff was totally professional and went above and beyond to make their wedding weekend special every way. The venue is absolutely breathtaking and they spared no expense in making it truly unique. And the Cottages/Cabins that the family and guests could stay in were nothing short of AMAZING. Our guests couldn't stop talking about how gorgeous everything was and how there really is nothing else quite like this in Texas. The architecture is stunning and the all-white exteriors and attention to details everywhere surprised us everywhere we looked. It is the perfect blend of rustic and modern… no one wanted to leave. The property has endless amounts of gorgeous places to take outdoor photos as well. From the Outlook ceremony site to the Event Barn/Porch & the sprawling green lawn to the modern cottages and the rustic cabins….it was a true dream wedding weekend. We can’t wait to go back to relax and visit!

My husband and I had a November wedding at Contigo Ranch and the gorgeous location laid the foundation for the entire weekend to be magical. Contigo Ranch is in a stunning area nestled into a bluff just outside of Fredericksburg. The architecture and interiors of the cabins and event hall are so beautifully done - I had never expected to find anything like it. I joked to my friends that some brides cry when they find their dress, but I cried when I found this venue. Diane and her team were so friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond throughout our planning period and on the wedding weekend. We received so many compliments from guests on the beauty of the venue. The best part is that we can come back for future getaways as it functions as a bed and breakfast year-round. Booking Contigo Ranch was the best decision we made in terms of event planning and it set the perfect foundation for everything else.
