Located in Breckenridge, CO, Continental Divide Winery is the highest-altitude winery in the world, as well as a wedding reception venue. The staff offers the use of three private event spaces for your special celebration. All of these are on Main Street and conveniently accessible for your attendees.
The three event spaces at Continental Divide Winery offer different experiences for your occasion. The VIP Barrel Room is an intimate area, ready to seat up to 28 people at tables, as well as eight on fireside lounge seating, five at the bar, and between 10 and 15 on the adjacent patio. With two fireplaces, two televisions, and a bar area, the Barrel Room is wedding-ready. The second space is the sizeable outdoor patio adjacent to both the Barrel Room and the tasting room. Up to 60 people may be seated in this area, with market umbrellas provided for each patio table. The patio is unheated and is best suited to spring and summer events. The third event space is the main tasting room, with a 30-foot-long bar and standing tables - ideal for a cocktail gathering. The tasting room is only available to book as part of a full winery buyout of all three event spaces.
Continental Divide Winery hosts wedding ceremonies and receptions as well as elopements, engagement parties, bridal showers, pre-wedding parties, and rehearsal dinners. The staff offers to arrange wine-tasting and wine-blending events as part of your booking. Additionally, they welcome you to enjoy their recommended catering service, bring in outside food, or book food from nearby restaurants.

Earmarked this spot during the planning of our trip out west, who can pass up the highest winery in the continental US. Easy to find in Breck and well worth the effort. Great selection of local wines as well as tastings and classes on blendin...
g your own wine of which you get to keep when finished. Great vibe and service, stop in and have a glass then you can say you have been to the highest winery in the US!

Loved everything about this winery! The wines are delicious and the setting is beautiful, cozy and cute! What really has made me a repeat customer is the staff! Michelle, the wine tender, makes the whole experience next-level. She’s attentive, ...
hilarious, and has a way of making everyone feel right at home. Between her humor, her service, and the great pours, this is hands-down a place worth coming back to (again and again and again!!) so glad to be able to find such a unique and beautiful place in the high country! Also…. It’s pet friendly!! I bought a few bottles and they sure didn’t last long. Thanks Michelle and crew ❤️

It's a tradition for my family and I to visit the Continental Divide Winery on our annual ski trip to Breckenridge, and I also just recently came here with friends on a girls' weekend.
You can make reservations, which is always a perk (especia...
lly for peak season). I've done the wine flights, by the glass, and bottles - No matter which route I go or which types of wines I try, I always have a great time whenever I visit this place!

Natalia at Continental Divide Winery made our visit absolutely fantastic. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, explaining each wine in a friendly, approachable way. Her passion really shines through, and she made everyone feel...
relaxed and well taken care of.
The atmosphere is fun and inviting, making it a great place for a girls’ night or any group outing. Natalia’s recommendations were spot-on,. The wine flight is a great way to sample a variety and discover new favorites. We’ll definitely be back—be sure to ask for Natalia!

Review on wine blending - -
We had Michelle guiding us for our group of 8 on a Saturday afternoon for our friend’s 30th birthday. We had so much fun and it’s a unique experience. I made a little oopsie on the calculation, I’m assuming because ...
wine poured out, Michelle made no big deal about it & we wiped it up with a cloth. (also we were drinking in high altitude on our second day in town heh)
We all had a fun time wine tasting & even though we’re all friends, we learned a lot about each other’s palate and taste preference. After blending we got to cork and label our own wine. & we’re millennial females, so yes, we did a little photoshoot with our wine bottles! Birthday girl named hers “The End of a Decade.”
Overall, great & unique experience I haven’t found elsewhere!
