We hired a violinist, Rachel Handman, through Continuo Music for our ceremony and cocktail hour. She was wonderful. She played beautifully, and gave us happy memories of her playing. She worked with us to create a wonderful ceremony playlist and learned a new song for us as well. We greatly appreciated her help.

We hired a violin-guitar duet from Continuo for our wedding prelude and ceremony, and are so happy we did! The impact of having live musicians instead of a recording was incredible. Our wedding was in a fairly remote location in NYS, but Barbara (the owner) was extremely accommodating and charged a very reasonable travel fee to send the musicians I requested from CT. I unfortunately was "hidden away" for much of the musicians' playing time, but our guests said everything was wonderful. We highly recommend Continuo!

Barbara was so professional throughout the entire planning process. She was quick to respond and gave amazing advice that helped us feel confident ahead of the wedding day. We had a trio of musicians who played music for our ceremony (Barbara was part of the group!) and a pianist who played during our cocktail hour. The music set the tone for the entire wedding day and we could not be happier with how beautiful and memorable it was for us and the guests. Barbara knew our DJ too so setting up sounds and communicating to ensure everything would work went so smoothly. Continuo music did a great job for our wedding. The musicians were talented and communication was good leading up to our wedding date. The only things I would change was that the bridal entrance song started up too early, before I was at the top of the aisle. Also, the cocktail hour was moved under a tent due to rain, so the musicians set up inside our reception area instead of under the tent, where they could not be heard at all. Other than that, I think they selected great songs, added a really nice touch to the ceremony, and I would recommend them to others.

We were very happy we hired a Continuo duo for our ceremony and cocktail hour! They played classical music during the ceremony and some fun Irish music for our cocktail hour. They were prompt and professional and sounded great. We received a lot of compliments on our music, and would recommend them to anyone!

We used them for our wedding at the Waterview in Monroe, CT. The violinist played before & during our ceremony. We received many compliments on his playing. He helped us arrange the music & made suggestions on songs he thought would work well. He was able to play songs by The Beatles, Elvis & many classical songs. Barbara Wyton from Continuo was very helpful in setting things up & always responded promptly to my emails.
