Conti's Pastry Shoppe

Conti's did our wedding cake for 10/19/19. It was beautiful and delicious. My husband is a chocoholic and I thought for sure we would end up with a chocolate cake. However, when we did our cake tasting, we ended up loving this almond cake with amaretto and apricot mousse. I was shocked that even my picky husband loved it. We went with this cake and it was so different and delicious. We worked with Senada and she made the whole process so easy. She is the best and so funny! We are so happy with our cake and so sad there is no more left to eat!

My venue came with a cake through Contis. When we walked in to do our tasting they greeted us with professionalism and respected our reservation. I could quickly tell that it was family run. Everyone was super nice and the young lady that we worked with did a wonderful job of explaining everything. We ended up with an Almond cake with apricot filling as our main cake and a red velvet as our sheet cake. We reveiced a lot of compliments on both cakes. I highly recommend Conti's.

We were happy to find that a wedding cake from Conti's was included in our venue fee since we had been visiting Conti's for years with our family. They were able to accommodate a tasting for us on a very busy Saturday. Everything was delicious. We loved the cake, especially the oreo cream filling!

Amazing the cake they did for my wedding was AMAZING and not only they did my dream cake they work with my budget and my grooms cake OMG I took the cake topper that it was done for my daughter and it didn’t look perfect they fix it for us and make it look amazing totally free and the cake was delicious omg words can express how tankful I am

My husband-to-be and I worked with Gianna in the weeks leading up to our wedding after meeting her at a bridal show hosted by our venue. We went for a tasting (everything is SO delicious), made our selection, and showed Gianna a few photos of the look we were seeking. Well, our cake couldn't have been any more perfect or delicious! I unfortunately only got a quick bite at the wedding itself, which was a shame - it was that good! We highly recommend Conti's Pastry Shoppe for your wedding cake!

Our wedding cake was by far one of our favorite aspects of our wedding. Several of our guests raved to us about how delicious it was! For our main three-tier cake, we chose the lemon chiffon infused with sherry, with a vanilla custard filling and buttercream frosting. We also ordered an additional sheet cake, which had cannoli cream filling. Both flavors were phenomenal. We worked with Senada during the planning process, and she was very positive and receptive when we were describing what we envisioned. The design was beautiful, especially the sugar flowers and ribbon that matched our color scheme. In addition, I've also had the pleasure of working with Conti's in the past for customized birthday cakes. Each time I've worked with them, the cakes have been delicious and beautifully designed, and the customer service was excellent. I look forward to working with this bakery again soon.

My cake was amazing from the taste to the look it was everything I asked for and imagined. They were wonderful to work with, I met with one of the owners Senada and she was so friendly. She took the time to get to know us and figured out of my likes and dislikes.. My cake tasting was an amazing experience. I could not have asked for a better bakery. Their desserts are nothing short of delicious.

Our wedding cake here was part of the package with our wedding venue (Pelham Bay and Split Rock Golf Courses). We came in and did a cake tasting at the shop with our families (which was fun and informative). We had an initial idea of what we wanted the cake to look like, and we worked with Senada (who was very helpful) to finalize the design. After tasting the various cakes and fillings, we picked a chocolate cake with fresh raspberry mousse filling. Our wedding cake was delicious (you really could really taste the raspberries)! Something to keep in mind: The team here clearly knows how to make great cakes and are skilled at decorating them, but they are a little lacking on the business side of things. The shop was sometimes disorganized. For example, they called me the day before my wedding to rearrange the drop-off of the flowers for our cake (even though I had already confirmed everything with them). Bottom line: You'll get a lovely wedding cake, but there may be a few small bumps along the way. Just keep calm and carry on.

They worked with my to create a simple and modern design. The cake came out beautiful and tasted amazing. We can't wait to eat the top on our year anniversary :)

I found Conti's bakery by googling bakeries that would make 3D cakes. I wanted a "tuxedo/top hat" cake and they were in my borough and it was convenient for me to come and do a tasting. The cake was cheap compared to other bakeries and I was very please with my cake. Not only did it look beautiful but it was delicious. This will be my bakery from this point forward for any of my future events. This was not a wedding but it looked it like a wedding.

Conti's made and designed my wedding cake. It was both pretty and delicious! It was way better than I could have anticipated. They are highly recommended.

Conti's did a superb job with our wedding cake! After a consultation and tasting (of course)we picked a cake that reflected up perfectly (though it was hard to choose since everything tasted SO good!). Our 4 tier cake was so beautiful it looked like it was from a bridal magazine. They were professional and a pleasure to work with. They do amazing work and we are still hearing from guests about how good the cake was!

Conti's prices were very good, the cake we ordered was very pretty, the piece of cake I had was very good but my guest complained that the cake tasted as if he had liquor in it which I was not happy about. I also ordered a simple groom's cake which was never delivered to the venue. When I called them a week later they tried to blame it on the catering hall. No one called me to apologize or offer to give me a refund. I was very upset and disgusted!

I ordered a black and white cake for the event with chocolate cake and raspberry filling on one tier and red velvet on the others. The cake was beautiful and delicious. The cake arrvied on time and everyone loved it.

Conti's is great. No complaints at all. The prices are reasonable and the cakes we got were both beautiful and so very tasty. Forget saving the top of the wedding cake, we just ate it. Also, my husband studies martial arts, so for the rehearsal dinner we had a grooom's cake in the shape of a judo gi (uniform) it was so cute. tasted great too!

Conti's made a beautiful wedding cake for my wedding. However, they forgot a very important detail to my order which ruined a birthday surprise for the groom. So I was VERY disappointed with that aspect.
